I was disappointed to not be given a tent space with electric and water as I had reserved. Most interestingly, this fact was not even shared with me when I checked in; no explanation. I also asked for a space closer to the bathroom. I was told I wouldn’t have any problem with the distance. I did. I asked for changes the following day. The staff could not help even though there were many options.

Nice KOA! We liked the woodsy feel! Our site was level, had a wood deck with a picnic table and fire ring! Fun campground to walk around. Nice store with real friendly staff!

Campground and pool were great. Bathrooms and showers were subpar. Limited amount of showers available due to one of the bathrooms being constantly closed. Very poor water pressure and issues with plugged drains causing showers to flood.

Fulltime for 6 yrs now and stay at many KOAs. No cable and sites are spotty as far as patio goes. Ours was old bricks that were very unlevel as our site was unlevel as well. Very close together sites. Ours needed mowing the month we stayed. People are lovely there, pool was clean and laundry sufficient. Beautiful trees. With a little work this could be a great park. It no Holiday though.

The campsites are clean and the pull through sites are nice and level. Nice playground and pool. Would be nice if they sprayed for bugs as we got a lot of bug bites. Rates are going up quite a bit for next year. This is not a cheap place to camp.

People were very nice. Campground was very clean. But site was very small. Camper and truck barely fit. Not much room for chairs or a pit fire.

Great staff, very polite, professional and helpful. The campground was mostly really nice. We ended up with one of the few spots that had no shade tree and the street light was directly over our spot. It was a nice stay otherwise. Showers had excellent water pressure. Bathrooms were kept clean.

Enjoyed my spot near the pool. Friendly staff who helped me park my trailer (I’m a newbie). Great location for the activities I had planned in the area. Very good amenities.

The sites are small. Our site faced the parking lot, so it was as if we were parked in somebody's driveway. The quiet hours are NOT enforced. The site next to ours was loud well after 11:00 (quiet hours start at 10). When I did inquire at the front office about patrolling the campgrounds, I was told that they are short staffed and didn't have the manpower to do it. Staff was pleasant here.

Very well kept campground. Restrooms and showers where spotless. Awesome pool! And the staff is very friendly.

I asked for two tent camping sites. One for my wife and I and another for our sons small tent. They told us there were non available. When we arrived there were multiple sites available. I asked if we could set up his tent next to ours since our site was plenty large and was told no. Both site on either side were open and we should have been able to put up his tent no problem.

Wonderful...very relaxing. Only negative was the flies around 8 pm every night was terrible..probably because site was so close to the dumpster. We could not sit out in the evenings after that time due to the flying little critters...

I’m not sure why this is considered a holiday, it’s more like a journey. If you are just there for a stop over or if you don’t plan to be at the campsite much it’s fine. We liked the proximity to attractions and shopping in the Minneapolis area. They have a nice indoor pool and the playground is good, but that’s about it. The mini golf is rundown and there were no activities when we were

Jim and Cathy were the best hosts, friendly, informative and great conversationalists. The dog park and the entire ground were well maintained. The pool is huge! It’s great for an early workout before the children show up.

My campsite was infested with hundreds of Boxelder bugs! No wonder this campsite was available on the 4th of July weekend! The manager was too busy partying with their friends to want to deal with me so within two hours I had left. Then they had the audacity to charge me for night! OMG...really? I have been trying to reach the owner of the campground for over a month to discuss without success

Very small crowded sites. Difficult to even get into many sites unless the ones across from them are empty. No room for the kids tent to be put all had to sleep in floor of camper. Don’t want to be there doing the week when the business next door is open. Extremely loud.

Our site was VERY tight, but it was well kept. The pool door didn't work - wouldn't shut. The store was well stocked, but the grounds seemed a little unkept. Road was quite narrow and trees needed trimming.

First—the STAFF was great! But second—the voltage at our 30 amp campsite fluctuated so much that it was not adequate to keep our ac running, and it was hot and humid :( When we book a KOA we assume there is a basic standard for quality accommodations, so we were pretty disappointed. Third—when we reported the problem, the staff responded with apology & discount, again—staff was great!

The stay itself was fine. But the photos are very deceiving. It looks like you will have a large site with plenty of space, but the sites are so close together I felt like I had no privacy whatsoever.

We rented the Deluxe Cabin and it was very nice! Comfortable bed and everything was very clean. Keurig was a really nice touch! The staff were all very kind and friendly. Thank you!

The pool was amazing and indoors. But we were supposed to have a patio in the backin site and paid extra. We didn't get one. Only the pull thru sites have the patios so it's misleading. The sites themselves are just ok. Really close together. The KOA is right next to a company that halls rocks with lots of trucks so it can be noisy at 5:30 in the morning.

Had a great time at the Mpls SW KOA. The cabin we had was great. It was clean, functional and the A/C helped make the stay that much more comfortable. The staff was very friendly and congenial. I highly recommend staying at this KOA.

There is no hot water regulator, so when you are showering and someone flushes the toilet, your shower goes scalding hot. It’s pretty dangerous for kids.

Stayed in one of their cabins for two nights in September while visiting family in the Twin Cities. It's located quite a ways outside the metro area, in a locale with businesses and a four lane highway not far away. The KOA property is okay, with trees. The proprietress was very accommodating and cordial. Our cabin was clean and well maintained. The restroom and showers facilities, and the laundry room, were also clean and well maintained. It took about a minute to walk to the restroom/shower/laundry facilities from our cabin. Most of the time, the wifi was very slow, but one morning at 6:30 it was pretty fast (perhaps someone had been streaming videos previously?)
