I’d give 10/10 for this KOA except that many of their spots are close to the noisy road. Previously we stayed in the back of the campground and it was much quieter but they didn’t have full hook up back there available. Beautiful KOA. Will be back for sure!

Awesome! The sites were very well maintained and clean, the restrooms and showers were some of the cleanest of all campgrounds. The staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. I saw a staff member taking teaching a young lady how to back her vehicle and camper into the site she was going to be camping at, it was obvious she had not ever been properly taught how to back up - it's an act of kindness!

Beautiful campground with lots of trees and open areas. Hosts were awesome and saw to every convenience. Location provided easy access to Minneapolis as well as daytrips north. Maple Grove has many restaurants and grocers.

Nice level sites. Pull through places and plenty big for our 40’ MH with 4 slides Very nice area in Maple Grove . About 25 from downtown or the University. Easy few miles off I 94 , would go back if in the area again.

Since there aren’t many rv parks in the nw Minneapolis/ St. Paul area, I will continue to book here. But it should be noted the back in sites are not always level & water/electric connections can be on the opposite side of the site to the sewer connection. This means cables & cords everywhere. Add that to not level & you get the picture. You

I’ve been camping at the Maple Grove MN location for the last couple of years, and my girlfriend and I enjoy our time there. This year however, we were not given the same cheerful and professional guest service that we have come to expect and deserve. I don’t know why this happened this year. Same staff that has been there along. I am very unsatisfied with my experience.

We had a bad experience with the check in person at this campground. I wanted to redeem rewards points, but the girl said we paid in full (as was required for online one night reservation) so we couldn't redeem points. However, we redeemed points and were given refunds for one night stays at two different KOA's on the night before and the night after respectively without any problems.

This is the only place we will stay when we are in Minneapolis Mn. The property is very well taken care of. We stayed in a motorhome.

we showed up needing a site for 1 night and we very warmly greeted by the ladies at the front desk. we were shown to our site and had a good evening. I used the restroom and shower facilities and they were very clean.

Office staff was friendly. Campground needs work. I have a 22ft trailer that I pull with a SUV. I was assigned site 48 which has a deep dip. When I pulled in all the way my SUV was at an upward angle and my trailer was at a downward angle. No one could unhitch a trailer with those angles. I told the man who took me to the site I wasn't happy with it and he just drove away.No driveway just grass.

Our stay was great ! It’s about 20 + or - minutes to down town and most anywhere. Easy place to get on and off the I-94 freeway for a trip into the city.

We needed a late checkout for work reasons, and were told that it would be $54 to pull out at 3pm versus the 12pm checkout. We ended up pulling our camper to a busy work site for lack of a better option.

Water had a bad smell. The water in the pool looked dirty. Bathrooms need to be updated.

I mentioned disconnnecting, although not my reservation;I just wanting a hot shower; a pull through became available, he came running out to our rig to ask if he’d want it. Such charming, helpful staff, facilities incredibly clean, & shower really was hot. After 5 days in the back country north woods…heaven,. Thanks

We have stayed here many times. The location is very close to shopping and the Farmer’s Market in Maple Grove. The only drawback was the heat and the fact that our site had absolutely no shade. A shady spot would have been nice.

Stayed here while hunting nearby, just sleeping in the bed of my truck. Pricing was fair, bathrooms were very clean.

This KOA was amazing! The hosts and Gary truly care about their guests. They were helpful, professional, friendly and courteous. The entire property was well maintained and immaculate, including the showers. Hard to believe it's right in the city. We couldn't have been happier. We'll be back for sure.
