Nice, quiet area. Great staff from the short interactions we had. We were in town for the Albertville soccer tournament, and this worked out very nicely for us. We'd definitely consider staying for a family weekend getaway.

This was our first time camping with our three girls. We had a blast. Staying at this location was convenient, welcoming and fun.

The campground was clean and quiet. I love that they spray for mosquitos - we did see some but I know they would've been much worse otherwise. It was also nice to have activities for the kids, although the pool was FREEZING and the golf course was pretty worn out. I felt a bit nickel-and-dimed with having to pay for golf and even coffee is $0.75 a cup?

Clean campsite, nice location. Owner decided NOT to heat pool. It was ice cold. Real letdown for our kids. Since camping is only May-Oct and swimming season is even shorter, the pool is a must for entertainment. Unfortunately we could not use it because of the temperature.

Our stay was long term. The owners could not have been more supportive, helpful, friendly and gracious. They were always available when I had questions or needed additional propane. The grounds are so well maintained and cared for. It is a lovely site and I thoroughly enjoyed walking around the entire site.

Very friendly, helpful staff. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the campground and the little cabin I rented. I was given a little space heater to use which took the chill off and there was an AC unit for the warmer weather days. The bathrooms were neat and clean throughout the day and night. The campground was peaceful in the evenings. I highly recommend this KAO!

The campground was extremely dirty, the gravel roads were not maintained and slow speed limit was not enforced. Very disappointed in the lack of care of the roads there.

Just passing through on my way to North Dakota. Clean, nice campground. Don't trust waze for directions - it sent me into a dead end construction area. The map on the confirmation is correct as was Google Maps.

The owners keep this campground on tip top shape! Clean restrooms, beautifuly kept green space, level and roomy sites. Easy access to freeways and shopping. They are very accommodating to the needs of campers! Would definitely recommend. We stayed in a 5th wheel for 7 nights.

We only stayed overnight but checking was friendly and easy. The shows and bathrooms were spotless. Good stop���

Nice but many improvements needed, mainly cosmetic. Grass was high, at least six inches with dandelions in bloom everywhere, just a cut will make difference. Roads and sites need gravel, mud at all sites after rain, gravel would make difference.

We did a last minute booking to just get a way and get out of the house. They were able to find us a full hook-up. When we arrived, the owners were still there!! Very friendly, very clean, and welcoming! RV slots werent bad. My kids had fun on the playground though it could be updated! Would book again!!

The paint on the picnic table was peeling. Asked if we could get another one and they said there wasn't any available. No one was staying 2 sites over from us and they had a picnic table that wasn't used all weekend. Pool was ICE Cold and concrete around the pool deck was dangerous. Concrete patches were rough and stuck up. Overall park seemed run down. It could use some updating.

Just a brief overnight stay on my way home after a winter sojourn in The South. Beautiful, well-kept grounds, large pull-through site, which is wonderful for overnight stays (no unhooking the tow required)! Very helpful staff. So quiet, yet so close to The Cities. I highly recommend!

Overall the facility was not too bad. I didn't care for each spot being grass and no gravel or asphalt. When it rained I had ruts where other travelers had got stuck and there was standing water which brought all the mosquitos. The bathrooms weren't well ventilated and were a bit dirty in areas. It was a busy Memorial Day weekend, so a lot was going on. The staff was kind

Stayed here while hunting nearby, just sleeping in the bed of my truck. Pricing was fair, bathrooms were very clean.

This KOA was amazing! The hosts and Gary truly care about their guests. They were helpful, professional, friendly and courteous. The entire property was well maintained and immaculate, including the showers. Hard to believe it's right in the city. We couldn't have been happier. We'll be back for sure.
