All good! Restrooms are Indvidual and in good condition. Grocery store (Piggly Wiggly) right down the street. Near the highway, but not much road noise.

We were only there one night, but cabin was great had everything we needed. Virginia w/ karaoke was great with the kids, they loved it.

Summer heat aside, our three month stay at the Milton/Gulf Pines KOA was very enjoyable. Our site was shaded by several large trees with amble parking for two or more vehicles. The office and support staff were very friendly. They do a great job of putting on coordinated events such as Saturday afternoon cookouts, Sunday morning breakfasts, Karaoke and movie nights. Value added!

We stayed on 2 occasions August 4th-5th and August 18th-19th and both stays were AMAZING! Every single person I spoke to about reservations was very kind, able to answer all questions and made sure we got the best cabin for our trip. Loved that there were things to do for adults, kids, and furkids :-D we all had a blast and look forward to staying with you all again soon.

We have stayed in our motor home with slide outs on our trips back and forth to FL. Easy off/on to I-10. The park is very neat and clean. The sites are very spacious. Pull thru sites are plenty long. We have never used the amenities but all look wonderful. Will stay again and again and again.

By far the CLEANEST KOA we’ve stayed at. First cabin with linens included and towels. We loved it enough we changed our plans and stayed an extra night.

They said the internet worked great but it was out several days. They said they had cable. It didn’t work either. Transformer blew power out. Asked for credit to leave early and was told no credits given. To be 20-30 miles from the beach was the biggest shock but being only near a Waffle House and gas station was a big disappointment. Big learning experience for me.

We had a blast at Gulf Pines! The tent site was nice, clean and quiet, restrooms and showers were nice and clean. But above all, the staff was great! Thank you so much! The kids just love their tie-die shirts and the spontaneous kareoke evening lives on for eternity :)

Everyone who works there is so friendly and so helpful. The grounds were in good shape. Due to the heat we did not enjoy camping as much as usual, but that wasn't KOA fault. We had family whom came to visit and spend time with us while staying. Thank you so much for a good place to camp and be with our family whom live in the area. The Riley family

A great over-night stop when returning to Texas. The facilities are clean, concrete pads and secured restroom/showers.

Had a wonderful time. The staff here are top notch, the park is clean and rates are good. We only wish that we could've stayed longer. The activities for the kids were perfect and the breakfast on Sunday was amazing!

Very nice KOA with friendly helpful staff. Convenient location and clean facilities. Well maintained. The only thing I would suggest is a bigger dog park with grass.

All staff were very friendly and helpful. Derrick had Karaoke and Movie nights. The pool was so awesome and never over crowded. The property was well maintained and the shower houses we very clean. The office staff were very knowledgeable. Lincoln, John and Debra are very professional and friendly. I would definitely return for another stay. They have a game room, and 18 hole mini golf.

We stayed at Milton KOA for 2 weeks. We came back 3 weeks later to utilize the storage for our fifth wheel for 2 weeks +.. We pulled the RV out, put it on a site and stayed 3 more days. We were sad to leave because of all of the staff who we got to know. The staff was incredibly friendly, nice, and helpful. Next time we are in Florida we will definitely stay at Milton Gulf Pines KOA!

I stayed at tent site 4. Most of the tent sites had a good amount of shade and the trees were perfect for my hammock. The staff were amazing and always willing to help. The bathrooms were cleaned twice a day. They have a kitchen station near the tent sites which was very convenient. It had some counter space, outlets and a sink. I had a great experience and plan to return!
