The new management is awesome. Penny goes out of her way to help you. The park has been upgraded since the last owners. The hosts are very friendly, and even hand deliver dry firewood to your site. The sites are improved with gravel and leveled. The power delivered now is solid 120 volts. We were at the outer edge and got wifi ! A very nice stay and will be back!!

Great…had an unfortunate incident w/our camper & there was a repair service on site. Jason fixed our issues and kept us going. Super people on site. Will be back again, we do have family in town so will be staying often.

Best kept campground ever! It’s so nice there we are planning on a trip just to stay there again. Staff was extremely nice and campsites were clean spotless.

The park is very beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was so friendly and made us feel very welcome.

The showers were extremely clean. The bathrooms must have been completely remodeled. The girls at the registration desk were most helpful.

The owners were so friendly and helpful. Campground had a clean, warm pool, beautiful shade trees, patio with grills available for use and a well-stocked store. By far the nicest bathrooms I have ever seen in a campground...better than many hotels. Overall, the whole place was extremely clean and well kept with lots of nice touches. Miles City seemed kind of meh, but campground is A+

Nice, clean, well-maintained park. We were there for overnight. Great staff. Level lots. Excellent WiFi. Great shade trees. Be sure to follow their instructions to come in from I-94 and Main Street from the west. From the east there is a low underpass.on Main Street. (At my request I was told of Seabeck Pizza. Mom and Pop pizza way better than the chain stores'. IMHO)

New owners of the KOA are fantastic people/doing a great job of bringing campground upto par! Great customer service and staff.Stayed 4 nights and will be back stayed there in the past and see the improvements.Great location for rver's coming from the east/west/south/north.There is a fair amount to see and do in the area.Sites are nice and big/room for longer units!10/10 Nice washrooms/laundry/etc

This is an excellent, well maintained, extremely clean facility shaded by old growth cottonwood trees for plenty of shade. The amenities are excellent and the owners/staff go overboard to ensure your stay is a very pleasant one.

Immaculately kept! The host wiped down the picnic table when she took us to our site. Have never had that done before. Bathrooms had been remodeled and were beautiful. Did not use the pool but it looked great too.

Very friendly staff upon arrival and during the five day stay. The washrooms and facilities were beyond clean and others we talked to at the camp also commented that they have never been to a camp that had such clean and tidy premises. We do have one regret and that is that we had to leave but Miles City KOA can rest assured that we and friends will be back as soon as time permits. All great.

Location is next to a train and 2 busy roads. Lots of traffic at all hours. Kind hosts and lots of amenities. Very clean facility. The campground offered Wi-Fi, however don’t bother booking the “premium” spot because it’s too far from the main office and the Wi-Fi doesn’t work. Overall, I would probably not return to this KOA.

Miles City was great. So much history and people were very friendly. Campground staff super. The campground is in town and by the river so some traffic adjacent to campsites but traffic not an issue at night. We would stay again.

Friendly staff, beautiful quiet setting among mature cottonwood trees, wonderful spotless bathrooms with cute decor and a great small pool that was a bonus on a hot day. Small touches like wiping down our picnic table unasked and offering earplugs to block noise from freight trains in the distance were appreciated. Best KOA ever!

We pulled in about 3:00 p.m. and I was warmly greeted at the front desk then cheerfully escorted to our site. Quick setup on a fairly level site. It appeared most rigs required some sort of leveling. Took a walk by the river. We'd stay here again while passing through. For us it wouldn't be a destination just a stop on the way to our destination. A very nice campground with beautiful trees!

Very impressed!! The campground is beautifully maintained!! The restroom was like a 5 star hotel, absolutely incredible!! The Hosts were were extremely friendly , helpful and like meeting up with old friends!! I would definitely recommend this campground!! Thank you Penny and TJ for your hospitality!!

Our stay was a last minute, no reservation stay. There was an after hours kiosk and was very easy to understand. Had different sites available on maps with directions, just pick one and go to your site. Seriously the cleanest bathrooms ever!! And really cute little sayings on the backs of each stall door, nice touch! Host/Owners are very friendly. Highly recommend!!!!

Very friendly staff! Escorted each camper to their spots, delivered firewood and picked up our bags of trash each morning. Pool is heated. Bathrooms are amazing! Little store met all our needs! Amazing place!!

Very nice owner. So helpful. This very well kept and the cleanest campground we have been to. Great pool washrooms and strong WiFi. I would highly recommend this KOA.

The KOA was immaculate and the new owners extremely friendly and accommodating. They have completely redone the bathrooms/showers. The entire place was immaculate. You can see that they care about the property and guests. Would highly recommend.
