Friendly helpful somewhat downtrodden older site. Ask for a site where you won’t have to use ALL your leveling blocks.

The campground was very clean and tidy. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Bathrooms and showered were clean and well taken care of. Very nice experience!!

Beautiful campground with giant trees. We had a huge pull through with tons of space in-between sites. Penny was really helpful and nice. I thought this was nicer than the KOA i stayed in the night before in Butte which was a "Holiday".

We arrived after hours only to find out that the water heater was not working. All we wanted was a hot shower before bed after a long day on the road. There was a sign on the bathrooms warning there was no hot water for bathing. If the KOA had called to inform us there would be no hot water, we would have cancelled the reservation for a hotel. They knew it was not working, they should've called

Penny was so delightful to talk to and bent over to make sure our stay was perfect. They are the new owners and are making a difference. What a special stay it was and the trees there are so big. A very nice location and some of the best hosts you could ask for. We would stay here anytime we are close.

This is a nice park. It appears a bit old and slightly tired. However, TJ and Penny (new owners) are working diligently to make it an excellent Kampground. Our site (59) was nice, quiet and comfortable. The train nearby certainly toots its horn a lot as it goes through town but KOA has no control over that issue. One improvement I hope TJ and Penny can address soon is the weak water pressure. Thn

Very pleasant new owner and staff. The park was clean and the site we were in was level. Great area next store where there is a river and gravel operation for our dog to run and play. Great shade trees for the summer. Easy access.

The staff at reception was very helpful about the KOA itself, and the town surrounding it. The campsite was very well maintained, and the cleanliness of the washrooms was excellent. The wifi was speedy and reliable. I very much enjoyed my overnight stay at Miles City KOA, and would definitely go back.

Miles City KOA is great. Great staff, good location for a stop. I've stayed quite a few times now. Always been good.

I was a little disappointed. The cabin I stayed in was more expensive than other KOA cabins and not as good. They did not have a separate nite table only cloths racks, no screen door so Misquotes get in when you open the door, the curtains were full set not split so I could not open to allow a breeze or sunlight. This was compared to other sites I have stayed at. The store had almost no supplies.

Hosts are friendly. Cleanest bathrooms/showers I’ve ever seen. Grounds are well maintained. Lots of shade trees. Spaces are a good size. We’ll stay again.

We found the park to be just what we needed for an overnight stay. The owner was very friendly and made us feel right at home. The facilities were clean and in good order. We are likely to stay there again and highly recommend it.

Stayed in a cabin. Hosts did a great job. They were helpful and friendly. The only negative about the stay was that the girls bathroom door was difficult to get into. They had detailed suggestions on how to get it open if it wasn’t working right, but even then I couldn’t get in 3 times and people inside the bathroom let me in.

I have stayed at this KOA before, but it has a newer fresher felling. From the flowers outside the cabins to the updated shower area. Well done!

Very nice owner. So helpful. This very well kept and the cleanest campground we have been to. Great pool washrooms and strong WiFi. I would highly recommend this KOA.

The KOA was immaculate and the new owners extremely friendly and accommodating. They have completely redone the bathrooms/showers. The entire place was immaculate. You can see that they care about the property and guests. Would highly recommend.
