The facility itself was great, however, the internet service was not there and it wouldn't work on my laptop with a hotspot.

It was ok! Wish dog park at grass… I broke my ring finger and my doctor called they want to do surgery so we had to leave a day early and would not give me my last night return? With doctors note even!

Your auto ice machine should have a sign to grab a bag before opening the shoot! We lost half! But the price was great! $2.00 for 10lbs. Very quit! I would stay again! The Manager was wonderful, staff great!

Safe and secure campground. The facility was well maintained and looked after. The staff was friendly and helpful. Campsites were easily accessible with plenty of space

Everyone that worked there was very helpful. They have some take you to you camp site, and will ground guide you if you have a back in spot. The KOA was clean to include the Community bathroom and showers. Only down fall could say is the North side of the park is near old west high way An occasionally you hear the guy with the loud exhaust at wants everyone to hear it. Would stay here again.

We are new rv'ers, the people at Mesa/Apache Junction were exceptionaly friendly, this was our very first stay and would consider coming back at some point.

Very clean cabins and restrooms. Extremely well groomed paths and campsites. Pool and hot tub awesome. Great location.

Very nicely kept and maintained KOA! Super clean and very helpful and friendly staff. We had a corner place with a BBQ station, table and chairs and truly loved it. Lot’s to do around Apache Junction and Mesa, we loved it!

Staff was great Park needs to do more the kids. playground is out of date. water pressure is lacking.all around the park is behind the curd when is come to family entertainment.

This is our 2nd time to stay here. The changes you made to the grounds, building, service are very much appreciated. The WiFi still needs work. It’s advertised that there’s access…and there is but you can’t do anything online as the performance is non-existent. If you’re not going to have a WiFi that works, please remove that service from your description. Otherwise, solid operation!

Easy to locate from US60. Park staff was friendly and escort you to your site. We bought a new 5th wheel while staying at the KOA and the staff moved around some site assignments so that both 5th wheels could be parked next to each which was very convenient. We really appreciated that!! Will for sure be back in the future when in Phoenix.

Very friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay even though we didn't use many amenities. We appreciated the use of coin operated washers and driers and being able to have our mail send to the campground. Thank you!

Staff was wonderful, facilities were great. However, park is on multiple septic tanks that can emit nasty odors. Our campsite and several nearby had a sewage smell from our arrival until the next afternoon when we changed sites. The staff said that sometimes too many people dump simultaneously, overwhelming one of their septic tanks. I won't risk that smell again until they fix the problem.

The campground is very well kept. The only drawback is that everything is dirt and fine gravel. The dog park is just dirt. The driveways are not paved. I would hate to be there during a dust storm.

Grounds are very well maintained; however, the quantity & performance of the washers & dryers seemed insufficient for the size of the campground.

No wi-fi was available!! So I could not book the next stop in KOA. The receptionist was unwilling to help. She said that the KOAS are different companies. Not very customer-friendly…..

The staff at this KOA are simply amazing! They treat us and our 4 goldens like family. We so enjoyed our 5 months here! Tent campsites need shade! More the better. Plant trees on the south side of each site. When it's hotter than 90 degrees, you can't camp in the sun.

We had a great stay. The staff was friendly. The only negative was the clogged toilets.

The staff works hard to make you feel at home. If something went wrong like leaks or toilet failures, it was immediately all hands on deck. They worked together as a team. We hope to see many next year. Tim and Darcy

Water and sewer were spaced to far away, from each other. This required me to purchase longer water hose. The excessive traffic noise due to proximity of intersection.

It was a quick overnight so we didn't get to see it use much of the park; the restrooms were clean, the office/store was nice, people using the heated pool were having a good time. Debbie and Jackie were helpful and informative.

We enjoyed our stay. Well maintained sites. Friendly helpful staff. It is a bit noisier than most other KOAs we've stayed at because it is all gravel. The only other complaint that is more serious, is the shower facilities. My husband said they are very small and outdated. It was nearly impossible to set the water temperature. Gift shop a bit disappointing. It is a Journey KOA, more basic.

An acceptable gravel KOA on a main road. Stayed here mid-Jan 2024. Pull-through FHU 50 amp. All gravel. Site #41. General: It's an acceptable option to see some local stuff. The area smells bad some days. Staff: Staff are very nice and helpful. Sites: Our site (#41) was very spacious and had LOTS of room behind it all the way to the retaining wall at the main road. Had daily trouble with folks site cutting with dogs off-leash, and most were repeatedly disrespectful when asked to use the campground road to access the area. Campground Road: Paved/gravel mix. Campground WiFi: Could not connect on any attempt for thee 14 nights. Grounds: Clean and maintained really well. But definitely needs updating. Bathrooms/Showers: Shower stalls in an open bathroom environment. Poorly light showers. Laundry: 6 washers (a couple did not work well) and 2 working dryers (1 was out of order). Pool: Did not use. Location: 3-5 min from gas and groceries. 20 min to Lost Dutchman, 45 to Casa Grande NM, 1hr 20min to Tonto. 25-35 min to Phoenix and Scottsdale areas. Near highway: Yes. Close to highway and highway noise if that bothers you. Near train: No. Cell: Verizon worked but the signal is deceiving. Spotty and caused issues with meetings cutting out. Could stream but with buffering. Cell: AT&T worked best and could work on vpn and uninterrupted Zoom calls. Could also stream movies.

We are full-time rv'ers. We often stay in KOA's for our short stays. This is an immaculate, well run park. No issues at all and the location is perfect for local sight seeing. The pulled pork sandwich at Papa Bears BBQ is a plus!
