Very well maintained grounds. My only issue is pool was very murky leading me to believe it wasn’t very clean. That was only complaint though. Staff was very friendly and it was a great stay.

Nice clean grounds and facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Some sites have connections on different sides- need an extension cords or long sewer lines.

Very crowded facility. Very minimal store supplies.

Have stayed here for the past 5 consecutive years - it is kept clean and orderly. Kiko in the office is AWESOME - she can fix any billing or scheduling issues and answer any questions. Internet could use an upgrade. Issue with the refusal to refund part of payment in case of earlier than scheduled departures (other KOAs do) - they have no problem filling spots when campers leave. Greedy.

We love the friendly staff, and the clean bathroom and pool/jacuzzi We go every year for spring training with our son, Our last stay we had to leave one night early and i ler them know 3 days in advance and i still had to pay which was a disappointment. I believe if thry knew our loyalty they would/should have been more understanding But we will go back There is a game room too,

Good location, friendly staff, good site size (we had a pull through on an end row), busy rv park but it quieted down at night. They did a wonderful job cleaning the sites and keeping the place clean.

Called about issues with reservations and questions the day of our stay and nobody called back or cared. Than I was sick and tried to stay an extra night but the park ended up being fully booked, and because I was ill we were literally 15 min past when we we’re supposed to leave which I didn’t even realize and they were quite rude. Usually all the KOA’s are so sweet and accommodating.

Great, super well kept and nice wide spaces. Very nice staff. Farther than we thought for all our spring training baseball games but that was my fault.

My wife and I came in from CA to watch our Giants play some spring baseball. My parents who live in AZ drove down to meet us for part of our stay. I had asked the good folks at KOA to not take any money from them as this was going to be our treat. The staff was great, refusing to take their money even after upgrading their site! Thank you all for helping us make a great memory!

An acceptable gravel KOA on a main road. Stayed here mid-Jan 2024. Pull-through FHU 50 amp. All gravel. Site #41. General: It's an acceptable option to see some local stuff. The area smells bad some days. Staff: Staff are very nice and helpful. Sites: Our site (#41) was very spacious and had LOTS of room behind it all the way to the retaining wall at the main road. Had daily trouble with folks site cutting with dogs off-leash, and most were repeatedly disrespectful when asked to use the campground road to access the area. Campground Road: Paved/gravel mix. Campground WiFi: Could not connect on any attempt for thee 14 nights. Grounds: Clean and maintained really well. But definitely needs updating. Bathrooms/Showers: Shower stalls in an open bathroom environment. Poorly light showers. Laundry: 6 washers (a couple did not work well) and 2 working dryers (1 was out of order). Pool: Did not use. Location: 3-5 min from gas and groceries. 20 min to Lost Dutchman, 45 to Casa Grande NM, 1hr 20min to Tonto. 25-35 min to Phoenix and Scottsdale areas. Near highway: Yes. Close to highway and highway noise if that bothers you. Near train: No. Cell: Verizon worked but the signal is deceiving. Spotty and caused issues with meetings cutting out. Could stream but with buffering. Cell: AT&T worked best and could work on vpn and uninterrupted Zoom calls. Could also stream movies.

We are full-time rv'ers. We often stay in KOA's for our short stays. This is an immaculate, well run park. No issues at all and the location is perfect for local sight seeing. The pulled pork sandwich at Papa Bears BBQ is a plus!
