Very well organized, very clean, friendly folks. My only complaint: very poor wifi. In this day and age reliable wifi should be available. We were in site 20 and there was no signal at all.

Will never stay here again. The only available restrooms are closed for cleaning from 10am to 2pm. Who does this with out a backup facility. we were tent camping and trying to shower before check out at 11am. The woman was extremely rude. We also had a transit situation across the drive. Man with a cluster of everything he owned in a green van. He kept coming to our site. Never again.

Appreciate staying near Phoenix. The facilities were clean and updated. The pool and hot tub were sparkling clean and warm.

This is our 3rd year staying at Mesa KOA. We attend a 3-day Gospel concert in Mesa and found your RV park to meet our needs very well. The grounds are always immaculate and all the spots are easy to access - even the back-ins are at good angles. We'll be back again in 2025.

A very nice, clean park with huge spaces for camping. The facility is well kept and the staff are friendly and helpful. Everything you would expect from a KOA is there.

The stay was very good but disappointed you did not have fire rings to have a wood burning fire if I had known you did not have then I would have brought my own but also at other camp grounds you can rent them which I think would be a good thing for you to do.

First impression not very good. There were three of us in our group when the first person pulled in I pulled in behind them and the person that was behind me started to pull in, but his rig was sticking out in the street so I pulled over into the next lane. No water at times due to water leaks. Wi-Fi was spotty but was told that at check in. Water in showers was very inconsistent between hot and cold and had to be adjusted through shower. Overall not bad but could be better due to these issues.

Very dark Rv park. Garbage cans a long ways from the rvs. They spend a lot of time making the spots look nice. The spots are nice and wide. The internet is horrible. Even when I sat in the cold outside the office the internet didn’t work well enough to even check my email.

Easy access, but the tradeoff is the traffic noise. We live in the mountains so not used to it. Wi FI access is very poor...as is the tv reception. They were having water issues when we stayed, no water twice in the 4 days we stayed. Low water pressure when it was working.

We were without water (that we paid for) for 50% of our stay. We were never notified that the water would be turned off for repairs. We simply found out when we went to shower or use the restroom that the water was off. We were, however, charged for full hook up for our entire stay, even though they were not available.

Nice view of the Superstion mts. but that's about the end of the positives. The few roads that are paved in the park are pot holes and rutted. Only one dog area that is a mud pit after a rain. For the whole park there are only 6 washers and THREE dryers. Got in a line behind 4 people for the dryers one day. The 2 small dryers are totally inefficient. Cost over $5 to dry one small load. RIDICULOUS

Excellent KOA. Great staff, constantly driving around the park in golf carts to make sure everything is clean, neat, and tidy. The office staff was friendly and helpful. We had a patio site, large, with a grill and patio furniture. Great location.

The "dog park" is a joke. It needs to be at least 20x bigger. The tent sites are crammed in too close together.

We enjoy this campground. It is very clean and spaces are large. However, on check out day you need to be out by check out. Even if you are nearly packed and ready they are calling after 10min past to “remind” you of check out time. Think they could be a little more lenient with that especially when there are multiple spots available.

The basic camping cabin was just what my wife and I were hoping for. The portable space heater supplied by KOA was more than adequate to keep us warm in January. If you’re used to a soft mattress like I am, I recommend you bring a memory foam mattress topper along with your bedding from home. Cabin was clean, warm, and close to the pool/hot tub/bathroom area.

Easy check-in, sites racked and kept up, clean facilities, staff excellent,dog friendly, and close to lots of activities. Only thing is hot tub could be better maintained and temperature higher.

First off when I walked in to check in I was greeted by a sign stating that no refund was available for early check on. Should have been my first clue. The place looked extremely rundown. People are living there with stuff everywhere around there Arby’s, including dirty, diapers next-door in the site we stayed at. Also in the middle of the night I was awoken by someone trying to open our storage

People were nice. I don't understand though, why with so many spaces open I got stuck right next to the dog park and dumpsters. I spent a lot of money to listen to constant barking and vehicles speeding past my spot to dump garbage and then speed away. Full timers there are inconsiderate and rude. Disappointed

1 hour, $6, sopping wet clothes. Mentioning this to the clerk, she said, “That’s the way they are.” Maybe you could put an “Out of Order” sign on the dryers instead of wasting people’s time & money? Or, better yet, fix them?

Clean, quiet, heated year-round pool, very friendly seasonal guests, employees courteous and helpful. Only complaint would be that 'deluxe' tent sites (those with 20 A power and water) are 'hidden' from tent campers on the app and online - as those sites are listed under RV sites - ie: only tent campers 'in the know' would check their availability. Give them a call if interested.

We really enjoyed our two week stay and should have stayed longer! We used the pool and hot tub almost everyday. The whole camp is extremely clean and all the workers are really friendly and you can tell they really care about this camp. We were especially happy to watch the woman working with great joy when doing housekeeping! Makes you smile. We also really enjoyed Barleens Dinner Theater.

The campground is looking fantastic with all the new improvements. We did notice people with dogs did not always have them on a leash....pitt bulls, and other large dogs. A fight broke out between several dogs in front of space 36 on Mon. morning before we departed. Another unleashed dog attacked our leashed beagles as they were walking during our stay. We do not feel safe walking our dogs the

Don’t even pick up the trash from the sites but you got like 4pr5 golf carts with old men riding around charging 8 dollars per kid when the dogs bark and poop everywhere other koa pick up your trash

We had a great stay. Our electric cord was to short and they loaned us a 50 amp extension. Sites are very clean and manicured after each use. Good experience as this is our first time at a KOA

An acceptable gravel KOA on a main road. Stayed here mid-Jan 2024. Pull-through FHU 50 amp. All gravel. Site #41. General: It's an acceptable option to see some local stuff. The area smells bad some days. Staff: Staff are very nice and helpful. Sites: Our site (#41) was very spacious and had LOTS of room behind it all the way to the retaining wall at the main road. Had daily trouble with folks site cutting with dogs off-leash, and most were repeatedly disrespectful when asked to use the campground road to access the area. Campground Road: Paved/gravel mix. Campground WiFi: Could not connect on any attempt for thee 14 nights. Grounds: Clean and maintained really well. But definitely needs updating. Bathrooms/Showers: Shower stalls in an open bathroom environment. Poorly light showers. Laundry: 6 washers (a couple did not work well) and 2 working dryers (1 was out of order). Pool: Did not use. Location: 3-5 min from gas and groceries. 20 min to Lost Dutchman, 45 to Casa Grande NM, 1hr 20min to Tonto. 25-35 min to Phoenix and Scottsdale areas. Near highway: Yes. Close to highway and highway noise if that bothers you. Near train: No. Cell: Verizon worked but the signal is deceiving. Spotty and caused issues with meetings cutting out. Could stream but with buffering. Cell: AT&T worked best and could work on vpn and uninterrupted Zoom calls. Could also stream movies.

We are full-time rv'ers. We often stay in KOA's for our short stays. This is an immaculate, well run park. No issues at all and the location is perfect for local sight seeing. The pulled pork sandwich at Papa Bears BBQ is a plus!
