Enjoyed the campground and gift shop. Would recommend code lock be placed on bathroom doors.

We stayed here for about two months. Although it was a busy KOA, it was quiet and well kept. The staff was super friendly and helpful. This particular KOA has nice hot showers, laundry, an outdoor kitchen and an enclosed dog area as well as a area to walk your dog on leash. They even offer a menu for dinner! We were very happy here, and plan on coming back when we pass through again.

We stay in KOA campgrounds A LOT. This was about the 4th worst KOA we have stayed in. No one in the office when we arrived at 3pm. Left our stuff at night check in. Very rough CG, narrow spaces between sites, gravel roads, poor lighting. Showers and dog park far away. SKIP IT. IMHO it doesn't deserve the KOA brand. Very dangerous exits as well off the Interstate

Quick overnight in Dec! Very friendly staff. Very clean facilities. They offer home cooked dinners delivered to your campsite for a reasonable price!

Another nice stay! This is our 3rd or 4th time to stay here. I will say that this is the nicest rv park in the Memphis area, and that its not too far from the downtown. Clean nice bathrooms and some fun things for the kids to do. Will definitely keep staying here each time we are in the Memphis area.

Site was small, but it was as advertised. Staff was friendly. Perfect place for a stopover. Already booked again for an upcoming soccer tournament.

Very accomadating. The people were friendly and the park was clean. A little different than the other KOA's we have stayed at, but still nice.

Although the Memphis KOA campground was quite muddy, the important amenities like electric and water were in good working order. We did not use sewer or wifi. The campground is also an easy off, easy on location for those traveling on I-55.

I am a monthly camper I can say the staff is very helpful,friendly. The grounds are well kept. I would recommend the Journey KOA to anyone.

We were just passing through for the night, was a nice campground and will plan staying again when we pass through again. It rained pretty hard during the night and our sight had standing water the next morning, this would not stop us from coming back.

The pull through had busted, uneven concrete, making it difficult to level our FWT. Once we did, we discovered the site was so narrow we couldn't open our slides without hitting the hook ups and had to move and relevel again. While the campground itself was adequate, I don't plan to stop again. P.S. This was the highest priced stop of the 8 we booked.

Very nice campground. Excellent people run/ work here. Stayed 3 nights. Tried sandwich delivery. Only issue was a bad breaker in electric stand. They changed it out in a few minutes. Going to stay here next year.

Great, Friendly Staff with lots of helpful information. They have a wonderful dinner to purchase of BBQ and fixins' after a long days' travel! Definitely recommend this KOA!

We came in from Florida and it was late 7:45 pm. The KOA wasn’t even close to full and we were charged $56. We usually park in truck stops overnight, but the furnace was not working right. I know it doesn’t matter since you’re in business to make money. I would feel much better if we were given at least $10 off since we told the lady taking reservations we only needed electric.

This park has all the amenities we come to expect from a KOA. Since it's fall and cool out the pool was closed and we could not enjoy a sit by the fire. The roads and pads are gravel and take a bit of work to level your unit. The park was clean and easy to locate everything you would need. The close proximity to the train tracks and highway made it somewhat loud during the night, but we survive

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Thought the option of ordering in instead of cooking was a great idea. We used your laundry facilities. We were alone using the facilities so the number of out of order machines was not an issue. I imagine it could be however during the busier times. Appreciated having this facility. Thank you

It's a KOA on the side of the highway, in the middle of AG fields. Very windy when I was there. Close to Memphis though, so there's that.
