This was our first KOA experience and it was everything we hoped and more. Every member of the staff we encountered was amazing and genuinely personable.

Overall a fine stay. Very friendly staff, clean park. Giving 4 stars instead of 3 because they have on-site breakfast and they’ll deliver dinner direct to your RV - huge plus after a day of travel. Would be 3 stars just due to space/size - come out your steps and feel like you’re immediately going to bonk your nose on your neighbors rv. Otherwise positive, easy acces in/out even for a 4

The people that work there are amazing people everyone is super friendly, they are always busy as well so could use a upgrade in the WiFi and a bigger laundry room but other than that a great campground

We were staying here to enjoy some of Memphis sites. The campground was clean and the pool was nice. Staff were great as well.

This is a perfect example of what a KOA should look like. So many of them are now run down and below the standard that used to be the norm. This one is a good example of what you used to expect from a KOA. Friendly staff, great RV sites, everything in working order and maintained well. They have lots and lots of green grass and a great dog park. Well done!

Our site was narrow could barely open our slides,the employee helping us pulled us forward so much people could just get by in front of us and we were now too far forward to reach the sewer line..The cafe was nice to have and the food was very good.Employees friendly.

The site was clean and easy to find with friendly staff and clean facilities. Did laundry and was easy to finish with an air conditioner and Prime TV.

Stay was good except: 1. Pool was out of service our entire stay because staff couldn’t/didn’t know how to get balance and not have it be green. 2. No care or concern that we wanted to use the pool, therefore no compensation 3. Needed late check out, but there was a fee for that!(but no compensation for pool?) 4. Parked too many large rigs together causing us to back up to leave(pull thru

This KOA was a mosquito haven, we are still trying to get rid of them in our RV. We were bitten many times, there's a water hole that's breeding them like crazy. If we end up with west Nile virus it will because of that. Also when we arrived the doors were locked as the only receptionist was in the bathroom, at 1:00 in the afternoon, why didn't she have an assistant. Had to wait till she go done

Beautiful place, well manicured. Making hot food available to campers is a terrific asset. Dog Park is WAY TO FAR from most of the RV sites.

We travel to texas at least twice a year, Memphis KOA is our stop going and returning, friendly customer service , cafe supplies food( love the pizza) , we’re usually tired and don’t feel like preparing food. The grounds are always well maintained , clean , mowed, etc . We’re going to be using this KOA for years to come

We were in a tough spot right beside the entrance street light and the highway. Many bugs attracted to us because of this light.

This campground is well maintained and the people are super nice! We ordered dinner and had it delivered to our site - delicious and worth it to not have to go out to find food. We really wanted to love this campground, but in our tent we felt like we were sleeping on the shoulder of the highway. Very loud all night long. Probably fine in an RV or cabin. So sad because everything else was great!

Nice and clean. If you are looking for a place to stop for the night that is clean and well maintained this is the place. There is no pool so your kiddo’s might not be happy. The owners are very nice!

Everything was super nice… except the thousands of mosquitoes. We made a point to close our popup camper door as soon as we could and still had hundreds in our camper.

FYI Because your campground brochure indicates just one trash receptacle in the back I was prepared to take our trash with us when we left in the morning. I was going to ding you for not having more trash cans. As we were pulling out I saw someone driving around collecting garbage and unloaded ours.

Quick easy overnight stop. We had no issues getting our 45’ motorhome in or out of the site. We didn’t use any of the offered amenities. It did appear they had quite a few activities for kids. We would stay again.

I would have given this KOA 5 stars but the location was adjacent to the freeway off the frontage road and was quite noisy even with a sound machine on. The sits were so close together and I felt a bit claustrophobic with the larger Class A trailers around us. It is another 7 mile drive away from I40. The staff were not as friendly and much too serious. The store had a variety of Elvis memorabilia

It's a KOA on the side of the highway, in the middle of AG fields. Very windy when I was there. Close to Memphis though, so there's that.
