Check in smooth, everything looks good, pool, games on the yard, go carts or so to rent very good but as soon as we park the fly nightmare started. Hundreds of fly came in to the inside of our camper, we started to kill them but we we’re not fast enough, the more we kill the more show up. We ask the front desk and they told us that yes that’s a problem that they have and they don’t know what

Great for an overnight stay. Easy on and off interstate. Delicious BBQ dinner or pizza can be delivered directly to your site. Very nice and helpful staff.

This was our third stay at Memphis. We love the campground there. At first it may seem to be out of the way but really it is not. It's only a ten minute drive down to I-40 and there are plenty of eating choices there plus the campground has food. Walmart is a ten minute drive away. The pool is nice and the staff friendly and helpful.

The reason for the lower ratings was the fly problem. Couldn’t open the door without an unusual amount of flies coming into our camper. Spent a lot of time swatting flies. The overflowing dumpsters may have been the reason. I would warn friends our family about this problem. Other than that our stay was fine.

The pool was very nice. Campground could use more rock to keep water from puddling so much from rain. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

IT WAS TERRIBLE, WE WERE CHARGED $10 EXTRA FOR EARLY CHECK IN FOR ARRIVING 40 MIN EARLY TO A HALF EMPTY CAMPGROUND AFTER DRIVING MORE THAN 300 MILES, AND A TOP, WE WERE CHARGED THE DIFFERENCE FOR THE NIGHT BECAUSE MY KOA REWARDS WAS EXPIRED, EVEN THOUGH RESERVATION WAS DONE AND PAID SINCE FEB 2023, AND DECIDED NOT TO RENEW IT. WE WILL TRY TO STAY WAY FROM KOA, LIKE A PLAGUE. NOT RECOMMENDING EVER

The mosquitos were serious. We came in after hours and had read previous reviews so we came prepared. Or, so we thought. Layers, bug spray, bug lamps, and red lights. But, they were still vicious. Would not stay here again without an inside area. Our camp stove broke and was very thankful there was a stove on site. Breakfast cafe was a welcome break from fast food. Bathrooms were very clean.

Could not sit outside there were hundreds of flies during the day and mosquitoes at night. The flies were so bad the filled you RV everyday!!! You were also not able to cook outside due to the flies. Would not recommend!!

Staff friendly. Grounds in great condition. Bathrooms were clean. Don't stay in site 5 or 6 as people from other sites walk through to get to the bathroom and pool.

Just passing through. Didn't use any amenities other than sute, H2O, and power. Arrived late so not much to say. Glad they were there. Tired after a long drive.

Has improved nicely since our last visit here. Had a nice biscuits and gravy breakfast for $5. Wi-Fi is metered ergo you get poor response time. Not great for those who have to work. Also, In this area, apparently they are plagued with flies. They don't give you a heads up when you come into the office. They also not equipped with anything to combat the flies. Nice. staff. Will return.

We were hot and tired. You made us feel welcome. We were impressed that you had a playground for children. We had not seen that at other RV parks. We were also impressed that you made food available and picked up our bagged trash. It was a short but friendly stay.

It stay was wonderful until the last day, checked out 9/3 my father passed away so we had to cut our vacation short we were running behind and asked the lady at the front desk if we could have 20 extra minutes to check out as we had spent much time on the phone with family and were having difficulty with time, no compassion from her the answer no$20 dollars extra no exceptions. Shame on her ���

Our stay was our last night on a 15 day trip. Other than a lot of flys this KOA was #2 in our campgrounds we stayed with. The Taking Care of Business cafe was certainly a welcome surprise a I would rate the biscuits and gravy as #1.

Only there overnight but every one was great campground seem to be well kept except no sound on cable and the person who came to fix the sound didn’t have keys to the room where the equipment was in

Like many other KOA Journey's this one is in need of updating. Sewer connections broken, pedestals need to be updated and several sites need gravel or concrete pads replaced. This one appears to be owned by a corporation. That in itself should tell you something. Often wonder how often KOA corporate reads the reviews campers leave. Not sure if the folks that operate them read them.

We stayed twice, going and coming on our vacation. Very friendly and helpful staff-they even remembered that we had been there about a week before. Facilities were very clean. It was a very pleasant and comfortable spot to stop during our travels.

We usually stay here on travels East /West. Older but decent campground. Clean laundry. Playground. Pool. Great dog park. Staff friendly. They have a small menu for breakfast and supper and deliver supper to site.

Stay was great, easy in and out. Only drawback was no breakfast due to staffing problem. But, that would have been a extra add-on.

Memphis KOA has such a warm, inviting atmosphere, largely thanks to its amazing staff who are knowledgeable and truly go above and beyond. While the persistent flies were a slight setback and the facilities could use a touch-up, the heart of this place is unbeatable. Can't wait to return!

It's a KOA on the side of the highway, in the middle of AG fields. Very windy when I was there. Close to Memphis though, so there's that.
