Let me start by saying the employees at this KOA are wonderful. They are nice and very helpful. This facility also has a restaurant at the location which is wonderful. The reason for my rating is the location. This location is right next to I-55. Traffic noise day and night. I would say I got 2 hours sleep the night I stayed there.

This campground could be nice. We were there when they had a serious problem with black flies. They swarmed at around 5;30 in the afternoon. They put a week vacationer in the sunny sites in the heat and would put the overnighters just traveling through on the shady sites. Also I was told to take my rug off their grass while the permanent residents had trash, rugs, trailers and cars on the sites.

Worst KOA we’ve have ever overnighted. Couldn’t open awning for a very large tree. Sites are very narrow great for thr Sixty RV’s not for the newer large Class DP. Sun was bright and right on our kitchen slide.WAC. Was offered anther site same issue. After I gave up setup Bob manager I assumed offer a larger just a little Bob. Needless to say with traffic from I55 and all night train schedul

Easy checking, welcoming staff, and good space between sites and they were level. Would definitely go back if in the area. We never took advantage of the food service but they came and picked up trash.

Crystal And Amanda were wonderful. Great customer service very personable and helpful. The park itself was clean and inviting. Great people doing wonderful work should be commended.

This KOA needs a lot of work on its sites. They are not well maintained uneven and aged. Efforts to reduce mosquito infestation needs to be addressed.

Check in smooth, everything looks good, pool, games on the yard, go carts or so to rent very good but as soon as we park the fly nightmare started. Hundreds of fly came in to the inside of our camper, we started to kill them but we we’re not fast enough, the more we kill the more show up. We ask the front desk and they told us that yes that’s a problem that they have and they don’t know what

Great for an overnight stay. Easy on and off interstate. Delicious BBQ dinner or pizza can be delivered directly to your site. Very nice and helpful staff.

We stayed in a rustic cabin and it was very neat and clean. The park was well maintained and staff was friendly. The pool was nice and bathroom facilities were clean as well. We would stay again.

This was our third stay at Memphis. We love the campground there. At first it may seem to be out of the way but really it is not. It's only a ten minute drive down to I-40 and there are plenty of eating choices there plus the campground has food. Walmart is a ten minute drive away. The pool is nice and the staff friendly and helpful.

The reason for the lower ratings was the fly problem. Couldn’t open the door without an unusual amount of flies coming into our camper. Spent a lot of time swatting flies. The overflowing dumpsters may have been the reason. I would warn friends our family about this problem. Other than that our stay was fine.

The pool was very nice. Campground could use more rock to keep water from puddling so much from rain. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It's a KOA on the side of the highway, in the middle of AG fields. Very windy when I was there. Close to Memphis though, so there's that.
