Always a nice stay there. Staff is very friendly! Not a big fan of the sign in process with the I pads! Would have given a 5 if it wasn't for that!

We've been staying at Wildwood for over 20 years now. We love it very much. It is definitely the best campground that I have ever seen in my 68 years of like. So many amazing new changes. Thanks you Wildwood

1st x staying here, pleasantly surprised with all the family friendly spaces to play. Maintenance ppl were exceptional. A few things:(1) the office staff is lacking maturity/professionalism especially during a very busy Check in weekend. (2) getting a hold of anybody in the office prior to Memorial Day weekend was impossible. We tried 6x. (3)holiday wkend bar closed at 4 on Sun, why? Overall goo

Cabin was nice & had a lot of things you need. Very dog friendly place but no cabins that allow dogs. Staff seemed very confused about many things. Only had 2 sets of 3 bags for Cornhole. A kid that was a seasonal renter was swearing constantly & got in my son's face (9 yrs old) so that wasn't very pleasant. Saw staff tell someone they couldn't drive through to check out the grounds. Not my fav.

For the second year in a row, my family of 15 RVs and 1 tent site went camping taking up one area that again had not been mowed at all. Having all of us booked months in advance should have been done prior. Also having to fill out so much on the tablet when you check in was not convenient. It should be sent much prior in an email to make check in smoother. Will camp elsewhere next year

We had a great time! Lots of low spots that collect water early in the season. There is a spot at the base of the bridge over the creek that looks like a golf cart hazard if you’re over too far- should be patched probably. Office staff should be more specific when filling out the info on the tablets to include “yes” to golf cart if you are renting one rather then bringing one in.

The site that we booked was not ready for the season so they put us in another spot where all the traffic is. Nonstop traffic all day and night. Kids going by on golf carts blaring their music. Not our kind of campground

We enjoy camping here once a year however the interactions with workers Columbus Day weekend were highly disappointing. Very rude to not only the multiple adults but to the children as well. It was craft time on the schedule and when asked for a craft they were annoyed to just hand it to the kids and not even do it with them. Hoping next year they will have a better attitudes.

I have been coming for over 7 tears now, different holidays and themed weekends. Love the store, the staff, the grounds. I recommend Wildwood to everyone!

Had a fun time with Halloween weekend. Enjoyed all trick treaters. Only issue cable TV doesn't work, our antenna was able from to all local stations. Unfortunately they don't offer a discount to seniors who are visiting, 80 yr old couple charged $20, to visit with family for the day.

We had a blast all weekend, our site was a little tight (yes I gave the correct measurements) and the check in process could use a little work. We left Sunday morning at 8am, realized we needed to go back and put fobs didn’t work.

Easy to register, lots of communication regarding process and stay. Our unit was absolutely spotless! Had a great weekend and we will be sure to glamp at KOA Medina again!

The 5 times we stayed were great lots of stuff to do and the place is clean and staff was friendly and helpful will definitely be returning and hopefully becoming seasonal kampers

it's good that you have a quiet hour policy but that shouldn't mean that you allow ridiculous sound levels during non-quiet hours. we camped next to a large group of people that we using a concert grade sound system to sing karaoke all day. what a shame for all the people with small kids trying to enjoy the Halloween theme weekend, you should be ashamed of yourselves for not handling it.

We always have fun but the extra expenses are rough. Family of 6 which are all adults and having to pay extra for 4 of them is getting very costly on top of the nightly rate.

Very well maintained campground, family friendly. The only downfall was that the girl at the check in counter was rude to several individuals and was more worried about going in break at her exact time then checking in the line of people that was out the door.

It was very nice in every aspect stay wise. The only thing I'd like to mention that made this a 4 and not a 5 is that alot of the staff were not very friendly. They almost seemed annoyed they had to do their job.

the Halloween theme was awesome the campers went allout at night the darkness was ablaze with orange lights and scary skeletons ghosts and witches the rain did nto stop the fun

Our stay was great for the Halloween weekend. Only big down fall is that we parked up front with our golfcart trailer and got a flat tire by running over a nail. Either in your grass when we dropped it off or in the gravel where we parked. So $450 for a new tire was a big bummer bc the plug didn't work at the dealership.

Very nice clean campground.. kid friendly. Lots of evenrs .Wish it wasn't so expensive or we could go more then once a year as we travel to other camps that are half the price.

The only issue I have is the cleanliness of the cabins we stayed in. I stayed in 2 different cabins 2 weekends in a row and both cabins WERE NOT CLEAN AT ALL. The floors were disgusting and I don’t think had been actually cleaned in a while other than maybe a quick sweep, the shower had a USED shower cap hanging in it, amongst other cleanliness issues.

The staff was very kind. They were able to accommodate early check in for us. The grounds were well kept. A nice relaxing week end. We have made our reservations for next year!

We absolutely love it here! We traveled to many KOA's a year. This was out 1st time as seasonals- we usually came here at least 2x a year. We are so happy here. Medina KOA is clean, fun themed weekends, great bands. They have a great dog park & we love the creek!! The winery is nice added bonus! Everyone seems to keep their sites very nice- no dumpy campers with messy crap all around their site. Staff is always on the ball, they are everywhere all the time working. (Love jayden- she us so sweet!) I feel 100% safe leaving our camper at the site without worry of theft. We have met alot of friends & so has our son. He is 13 and still loves coming with us!! We are so happy to be here & will continue coming for many, many more years!!

We absolutely love Wildwood KOA! Having a permanent site here has been one of the best decisions for our family. The facilities are always clean and well taken care of, and you can tell the team truly cares, they're constantly making upgrades and improving the grounds. It never feels stagnant; every season there's something new or better. What really sets this campground apart is the sense of community. Our kids have made so many great friends here, and it's become a place they look forward to going, not just for camping, but for the people. The amenities are top-notch, between the pools, beach area, fishing spots, and relaxing in the creek, there's always something to do. The golf cart parades and themed weekends are a blast and make every stay feel like a mini event. If you're looking for a campground that's clean, family-focused, and full of things to do, this is it. Highly recommend!
