The whole family had an amazing time. There is so much to do! The pools, creek, golf carts, jumping pad and so much more! Our cabins were perfect! It may help to expand the check in/ food stand area. It was frequently quite crowded in there!

Very unpleasant. First, during check-in, we were made to fill out an extra legal form with personal information. Next, access to our assigned site was not clear on the map we were given. There were NO site boundaries visible; the site number was not visible. There was no table and no fire ring. This site was in the middle of a group. Our second night was disturbed with noise until 2:15 am.

This was the first time we stayed here. We totally enjoyed our weekend. The only thing that we had was at the pool. There needs to be more umbrellas available and the ones that were there were in very rough condition. I had to hold on to the one when there was a little breeze. The top came right off the shaft. We will definitely be coming back!

We absolutely love coming camping at your campground. Staff is super friendly. Everything is clean and well maintained. My only suggestion would be to add a shower bench and/ or hooks on the shower door in the ladies shower area. I had to put my bag on the floor and had nowhere to put my stuff. Other than that it was great. We will definitely be back.

I asked for a shaded site, I got full sun. “ Fortunately “ the second day was stormy. People were screaming and very loud until 1:00am, and nothing was done about it. WiFi was not very good.

Well run, very clean, and very friendly campground in a beautiful area of Northern New York. The staff was wonderful, and the offerings in the office were great, I really enjoyed my personal pizza. The campsites are large, and there was a lot of activities going on during the time we were there. My family really enjoyed our time there and hope to be back again.

Amazing stay. Has everything on property to keep the kids busy. We stayed on the creek and a golf cart is needed! We love this campground and will be back.

Well this is like my 4th stay in your cabins, second time in cl09. My personal opinion, they need to do a little better job cleaning. The bath room smelled like urine and we swept up the floor....We didn't yell and scream but just brought it up to the staff which a maintenance guy showed up not long after to spray some disinfectant around but by morning we still could smell urine.

Beware, you are REQUIRED to sign a Release of Liability (full text at waivers.medinakoa.com). This release says "You further agree to release, acquit, and covenant not to sue Medina KOA, its agents, and employees for all actions, including the NEGLIGENCE OF MEDINA KOA. This was disclosed after I booked and wasn't allowed to cancel. The place wasn't that good to take the risk. I'll never return.

We had a nice time, not a lot of activities available. The pools are beautiful, and the grounds are well kept. Cabins are getting old, a/c is very loud, and the door kept catching on the steps. Wish they would consider pets in the cabins!!

I have stayed here many times, and every single time there is an issue with the wi-fi service. Calling the service provider does nothing except verify there is a problem and a technician needs to come out to fix. I know the price for this is built in to the cost of the stay, so if the the service is inconsistent, I shouldn’t have to pay

The stay was good — staff helpful and accommodating for our early arrival. The excessive noise (loud blaring music) was way too much. It is one thing to have a little fun with a parade (candy toss) and to use golf carts to get around but to play load music and keep looping around the campsite was obnoxious and rude. It is my understanding that these may have been seasonal residents.

It was okay -campground was nothing special- we were rushed thru check in - didn’t know about a lot of the facilities - snack bar - include a menu in welcome pack or reference to it on the map - store was dark and over crowded with merchandise- didn’t seem organized - facilities were very nice and clean - poor parking by the store especially with a camper

Always have a great time at Medina KOA. Staff is responsive and professional making check in and check out a breeze. Great activities for children and families. The golf cart parade is a favorite. There were some guests who traveled through the campgrounds on golf carts with their music blaring and that was sometimes a bit much.

Wonderful campground. Clean facilities. Excellent fishing pond. Nice staff. Note: office doesn’t open u til 10am during the week…if you need to check out early morning best to return your fob the evening before in order to receive your deposit.

When we checked in it could've been a lot easier. I don't understand why I had to scan the bar code and then fill everything out on my phone. And I still don't understand why we are charged when we bring our own golf cart.

Well run camp ground. Clean efficient, helpful and knowledgeable. A special than you to Dan from maintenance whose help was amazing, as we were first time campers of a trailer camper, he gave us camping 101 lessons and checked back on us a couple time. He even directed us to the camp store for correct and much needed hoses. You are lucky to have him, and we brag to all about a kind caring person

We had a lovely time. We were in site 105. Great view! My only gripe is the closeness of the sites to one another in that stretch of sites. Placing the camper was tight even for a seasoned camper. My elderly parents stayed with us 3 sites down in 102. The ground was uneven w/ large tree root holes and large gravel made my parents unsure of their footing while moving around. I felt bad for them.

This year was great with 1exception, we had our golf cart rental parked next to the basketball court where the sign says golf cart parking and when we returned from buying ice cream our golf cart was gone! We finally tracked it down to an employee joy riding in it but he threw out our sunscreen and kids drinks and when questioned about denied taking it even though our tag was still hanging.

Camping this past weekend with my family was a blast!We all went fishing and everyone caught lots of fish,.Tht only gripes I had was the grass around the sites needed to be cut.Also, the mosquitos were brutal, maybe a little spraying could be done.Overall a great time for everybody!

Nice park with tons of activities for kids. The lake is also pretty. Friendly staff & always happy to help. We were there after a heavy rain so we had a lot of water around our site and had to wade out. Extra drainage would be helpful. This is our second time there & would definitely stay there again.

Men doing construction work on a nearby campsite and loud music after quiet hours. Also required to sign a liability release which says we “voluntarily sign” when it’s required. The form should be changed!!

We absolutely love it here! We traveled to many KOA's a year. This was out 1st time as seasonals- we usually came here at least 2x a year. We are so happy here. Medina KOA is clean, fun themed weekends, great bands. They have a great dog park & we love the creek!! The winery is nice added bonus! Everyone seems to keep their sites very nice- no dumpy campers with messy crap all around their site. Staff is always on the ball, they are everywhere all the time working. (Love jayden- she us so sweet!) I feel 100% safe leaving our camper at the site without worry of theft. We have met alot of friends & so has our son. He is 13 and still loves coming with us!! We are so happy to be here & will continue coming for many, many more years!!

We absolutely love Wildwood KOA! Having a permanent site here has been one of the best decisions for our family. The facilities are always clean and well taken care of, and you can tell the team truly cares, they're constantly making upgrades and improving the grounds. It never feels stagnant; every season there's something new or better. What really sets this campground apart is the sense of community. Our kids have made so many great friends here, and it's become a place they look forward to going, not just for camping, but for the people. The amenities are top-notch, between the pools, beach area, fishing spots, and relaxing in the creek, there's always something to do. The golf cart parades and themed weekends are a blast and make every stay feel like a mini event. If you're looking for a campground that's clean, family-focused, and full of things to do, this is it. Highly recommend!
