COVID 19 Campground Guidelines as of 06/04/2020? Maintain at least a 6’ foot distance from other individuals (other than immediate family)
? Limit gatherings to a maximum of six (6) people
? Stay on your own campsite and avoid having guests within your camper
? Wearing masks is no longer a requirement but you are encouraged to wear a mask if you are in a high-risk group or will be socializing with someone who is.
? Frequent hand washing with warm water and antibacterial soap is recommended
? Do not shake hands and cover sneezes or coughs with your sleeve or elbow
? Disinfect door handles and counter tops frequently
? Playgrounds are open. Social distancing guidelines are still in place so please maintain an appropriate distance from other campers. Please use hand sanitizer before and after use.
? The pavilion bathhouse is open. Please limit usage to one person at a time (unless from the same household) and wash hands with warm water and soap before exiting. Doors may be propped open to allow fresh air to circulate. The bathhouse will be closed for cleaning and sanitizing from 12p – 1p daily.
? Organized activities will resume on a TBD date.
? Pool will open on a TBD date.
? Non registered visitors TBD date.
? The camp store is open! We have the basics in stock plus new Meadville KOA t-shirts and camping-themed items. Stop by to see us! We open at 9a daily and we close at:
o 9p – Friday and Saturday
o 7p – Sunday
o 8p – Monday thru Thursday
We are taking reservations now for 2020 camping season.
From I-79 exit 147A, Meadville: We're 10 miles from the I-79 exit. We do not allow check-ins after 11:00pm. Follow Rt 19N and 6N bypass over the Smock Bridge (over train yard) to Park Ave. exit. At bottom of exit ramp traffic light, go straight on Park Ave (13 blocks). Turn right onto North Street (at Burger King). Follow North Street and signs for Hwy 27: thru 2 traffic lights. At Kwik Fill bear left onto State St. At next traffic light bear right onto Washington Street. At next traffic light, follow Hwy 27 East (straight ahead) 5 more miles. Slow down when you see the first sign on the left. We're at the big tan building on the left.
From The Southeast: Take 322 West from Franklin, turn right onto 173 at flashing yellow light, Follow 173 North to Rt. 27. Turn left. Follow Rt. 27 for 5 miles. We'll be on your right after Hunter's Inn. Slow down at first sign, entrance is just before second large sign.
