Old, nasty bathrooms. No Wi-Fi unless you pay (3 hour minimum). Nothing special at all about this location. Didn’t feel very friendly either….a weird vibe. Horrible road in and out of this location - not that this is the fault of this KOA, but larger RVs should know it’s a sketchy drive to and from!

Beautiful location and our spot was really big and included a nice fire pit. I wish that more sites were full hook ups but the honey bucket service (for an extra charge) made up for that. There was no cell reception but the internet worked well (also extra charge). Two things that I didn't care for: no kids in the hot tub and the fact that there are almost ZERO amenities (food/fun) in the area.

The workers were so friendly and helpful. The camground was very clean. Loved our site, #45. Definately going back soon

We loved this campground. There is no road noise, the grounds are beautiful with many trees and coverage. A trail that leads to the ocean.

Very nice campground and polite and friendly staff. The only drawback is the road from Hwy 101 in is a strenuous and nerve wracking drive if you are longer than 30 ft. Worth the trip but bring along Excedrin

I actually would rate it 100000!!!! if that was an option. The owner & the staff are so helpful, kind, fun, always a pleasure to see them and spend time in this beautiful, clean, well taken care of campground. Our #1 camping option when choosing our campground. we have not just recommended it, but our friends have come with us to camp.

Very nice resort. Clean. Nice pool but the heater was not working. I tried the park WiFi but it did not work very well in our space number 54. The WiFi service tried to help. The people that worked there were very helpful and polite. Excellent staff. The restrooms were clean. The campsite was clean. We picked up some litter inside the campground, but mostly very clean.

Terrible showers, not very friendly and when you pay a ridiculous price for internet you expect to have great service but nope that isn't the case here. Be aware this isn't the best place to stay but if you are willing to rough it go ahead. If you don't need to get in touch with anyone or check your email forget it this isn't the place for you.

This used to be a well maintained KOA. In the last 12 months this campsite doesn’t deserve to be called a KOA. The campsites are no longer maintained, the bathrooms look like a truck stop and have the smell to go with it. To make matters worst they have removed the free internet. This campsite is situated in a dead area with very limited cell phone coverage.

It was fine until the staff decided to kill a skunk that was wondering around the campground. This was COMPLETELY unacceptable. These are an animal that could be captured and moved a mile away. The animal was harming no one and people were leaving their trash out so this makes it a target for a scavenger like a skunk. Because of this, I won’t recommend this KOA and we’re not coming back.

I like the campground and location. I wish the spots were more clearly marked. I camped with several friends. We found that our neighbors parked in what appeared to be our camp spots. There should be markings or physical barriers.

The sites were spacious and clean. Staff friendly and efficient. Only problems were no paper towels in one of the bathrooms, bocce courts were too rough to use.

KOAs have always been our favorite. Everything is clean and a lot offer in amenities. Our stay was for one night and it was the last day in our three week trip. Unfortunately somebody came in with a double trailer and backed it into our spot. They were a big family, and they were very loud and felt the need to unload it all at 10pm Wish we could had gotten a hold of management then

Great pull through site, the park’s is well maintained and in a wonderful location, walking distance to the beach along with many attractions and state parks close by. The staff are friendly and helpful, we had a very nice stay and we will definitely return.

Great camp. Large and spacious. Clean restrooms and showers. A walking trail to the beach. Sweet little towns in a short distance. And most importantly: excelent wifi service you can buy.

Pool and hot tub great. Heated as advertised. Location awesome. A few dogs not on leashes. Funny, one charged a skunk in camp and got sprayed. Beach path not well marked.

It's a wonderful campground with great staff, but several recent changes have soured us a bit on the site. There is no longer any free wifi, and what they offer is ridiculously expensive for basic, bare bones wifi. Propane, which last year was a fantastic deal, is now more expensive than anywhere I have seen. It seems like the owners have joined everybody else in being "all about the $$$"..

Nice KOA. Lots of great amenities - pool, hot tub, showers. Reason for not recommending is the miserable in & out roads driving a RV with a toad. We came from the north (Crescent Beach) and the extremely windy road off 101 to 1 was miserable! Likewise, when we left Manchester and took Mountain Rd to 101 we had a similar road. Took 1 hr 20 min Togo 24 miles! Also, no Wi-Fi, no beach acces w dog!

Beautiful park, amazing area, very friendly and helpful staff. Hot tub even worked great! Highly recommend, and be sure to visit the Point Arena Lighthouse while there. Just plan your drive to NOT go on Mountain View Road when coming or going, especially in an RV towing. :-)

We had a fantastic stay. Staff was above and beyond. You must check out the lighthouse, 3 mile drive. Well worth it! We will be going back! Thank you Angie and Yolanda!

This KOA is very nice lots of amenities pool jacuzzi game room big Park disc golf nice Trail to a private beach untouched California this place is highly recommended whenever you're on the coast in Manchester thank you guys very much and we will be back

PLEASE DO NOT LISTEN TO GOOGLE - DO NOT TAKE THE MOUNTAIN VIEW ROAD ROUTE TO THIS AREA!!! Its dangerous and hard on your transmission and brakes!!! The staff have been trying to inform google and the state to no avail. If you find yourself on Mountain View Road with an RV of any kind - turn back. Such a beautiful place with tree'd sites and friendly staff. Highly recommend if you are travelling the Mendocino Coast.
