The cabins make camping for us older folks without an RV, pleasurable. Beds, kitchenette, and a full bathroom. If it weren't for the campfire and being surrounded by the great outdoors, you couldn't call it camping at all! We had a fabulous time, thanks to the attentive and caring staff.

Friendly hosts helped us find the perfect spot, then we grabbed some ice cream and hung out by the fire and made new friends. Manchester Beach KOA is everything I expect from KOA - kind and supportive hosts and the coolest fellow kampers!

the worst part about the trip is leaving! Amy, Sandy and Jessica (staff) are always so friendly. It's a place to go where everybody knows your name.

We have stayed at this campground for many years & have always enjoyed it. The cabins definitely need an upgrade on curtains, ones that are not see through would be amazing. The grounds are not as well kept as they could be, definitely could use a mowing, we had roof shingles & garbage in the bushes. They stack people on top of people but that is how most koa's are, overall a great place.

We stayed in a cabin that was very comfy and had all the amenities, and more, than we had needed or hoped for. We felt very much at home in our little space. The Manchester KOA if family friendly, with lots of options for the kids. It is just far enough away from the fog line to be warm and sunny. Nearby attractions are Manchester Beach, as well as Pt. Arena Lighthouse and Wharf.

The staff were all very friendly! We enjoyed the quietness and the ice cream and movie night events! We also appreciate our wood case deliveries saved us the trip!

Hi there was 7 of us that included 3 kids. We all had a fabulous time. We enjoyed the ice cream social, the movie night and the fence painting. The pool is wonderful. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The staff is amazing. Friendly, helpful and accommodating. The cabins are super clean, the dog park is kept up and people clean up after their fur babies. The grounds of the whole area is kept

We were pretty frustrated by our accommodations. Our reservation was for a "Deluxe Cabin (Full Bath with Tub & Shower)", which lists "Full Kitchen" and the drawing shows a stove top. We've stayed in this layout at other KOAs. When we arrived, we ended up with a partial kitchen and a hot plate with no real counter space to use it. The campground overall was clean and the staff were friendly.

All the KOA staff went out of their way to help us and make us feel welcome. Sandy was so accommodating and delightful selling ice cream to all the kids...and adults! We had over 50 family members staying at the park from all over the country and as far away as Turkey. Thank you for letting us use your facilities to show family slides and have a family gathering. This KOA became very busy since the pandemic and it is showing. Staff are not what they used to be... no longer happy and welcoming, instead of smiles one gets stern and matter of fact. Customer service is out of the window, because why should they care? There are plenty of people waiting to fill any vacant spots so the incentives are just not there anymore.

The public facilities were well maintained and kept clean. The staff was great. The cabin we stayed in had damage to the floor that made it sag and the couch was extremely dirty and stained. Also, the area on the edge of camp had no wind break so campfires were very unpleasant.

Everything went great except that the smoke detector battery started beeping in the middle of the night and woke everybody up. We had to get up at 2 AM and try to silence it. It ruined our sleep.

All staff were very nice and friendly. The owner, Terry, was very generous and accommodating with our group of 50! Except for the wind, we had a very nice time.

Cabins, bathrooms, and community areas were all very clean. Lots of kid friendly activities - great place for families. Also, the beach is right down the road which was a fun little outing. Had the entire beach as far as the eye could see to ourselves almost the whole time we were there.

The shower is so old and no heat in the bathroom. Kabin was not what I expected.

Website showed one small cabin available when we booked 4 days before, but only half were occupied. A 2 room cabin but was available when I arrived. We had to move all our stuff. The bathrooms, dishwashing areas and Kamping Kitchen were why we used to love this KOA, but they were in disrepair and dirty. Burners out, heat lamp out, filthy floors and sinks. Now costs $20 to select a site, sad.

The grounds are clean and the staff is friendly. Lots of amenities, beautiful scenery and it’s quiet at night. I would highly recommend this KOA campground!

Yolanda and her staff are kind, understanding and professional. It’s always a pleasure working with them. The cabin was clean and well stocked which was a great. The campgrounds are clean and the is staff always busy taking care of requests and what needs to be done. The social events are so much fun. I think the happiest place on earth. Haha

I have been going to this campground since I was a child and have continued the tradition with my own children. The only issues were the fan into the room didn’t work and the door got stuck and was hard to open and shut. Besides that my family will continue to come.

I hate camping and I haven’t gone in decades. A Camping trip with my granddaughter had to happen. KOA Manchester was so enjoyable. They made us feel welcome and safe. The community campfire, ice cream social and outdoor movies gave us an opportunity to meet people and have fun. There were kids and families everywhere for my girl to play with and make memories with. We will be returning.

I've been visiting this KOA for 20 years and it holds a special place in my heart. The staff is wonderful and the grounds are kept up. The only issues I've had the last three times I visited are underage drinkers being belligerent and people not observing the quiet hours. Over the last few years it has been very loud between 10 and midnight.

Had a lovely 3 days, at Manchester we walked the beach which was beautiful and drove up to Mendocino a couple of times. The site was soooo clean and well organised. Staff very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay. ���������

We had a fantastic stay. Staff was above and beyond. You must check out the lighthouse, 3 mile drive. Well worth it! We will be going back! Thank you Angie and Yolanda!

This KOA is very nice lots of amenities pool jacuzzi game room big Park disc golf nice Trail to a private beach untouched California this place is highly recommended whenever you're on the coast in Manchester thank you guys very much and we will be back

PLEASE DO NOT LISTEN TO GOOGLE - DO NOT TAKE THE MOUNTAIN VIEW ROAD ROUTE TO THIS AREA!!! Its dangerous and hard on your transmission and brakes!!! The staff have been trying to inform google and the state to no avail. If you find yourself on Mountain View Road with an RV of any kind - turn back. Such a beautiful place with tree'd sites and friendly staff. Highly recommend if you are travelling the Mendocino Coast.
