You advertise WiFi, but there is nearly zero connectivity, even next to the office. Also, it goes off at 9PM? Due to very weak cell signal in the area, it would be nice to have some method of checking e-mail. etc.

Great place! Beautiful, clean and fantastic amenities. My only complaint - During karaoke, they allowed songs that contain cursing. Several songs played contained f**k; b**ch, etc. This is highly inappropriate as there were more children than adults present. I brought it up to the employee, however she continued to allow these songs. We eventually left.

I always love staying at Manchester KOA not only are the staff always helpful and friendly, surroundings clean, and the patrons are always friendly and happy. Its a special place!

We stayed in the DL2 cabin. We had a light out over the table, the toaster did not work and the heater went off in the middle of the night and we were cold. Once I let the office know, they were right on it and fixed everything. They even brought a floor heater for us in case the heater stopped working. Otherwise everything was ok.

It was a nice stay. The hot tub and pool were very nice and clean. The only issue was with the ice cream night. The ice cream was too melted to serve. The karaoke night was fun. And they showed a good movie. The workers were very helpful and friendly.

Great campsite! Enjoyed the area over our 2 day stay. Highly recommend the Point Arena Lighthouse compound for a walk about. DO NOT drive the Mountain Road!! Except for the ride of your life!

The grounds and our cabin were lovely - we'd never stayed in a KOA cabin before and were so impressed with it's cleanliness and comfort. The night check in process was easy and the staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed end of Sept, and enjoyed how quiet the campgrounds were, but it may get busier during peak season. Minutes away from a beautiful and rugged beach walk. Will definitely return!

We stayed in one of the basic cabins. The campground was lovely and clean, staff very friendly. Unfortunately, we didn't get much sleep as we found the beds/mattresses rather uncomfortable. Other than that, great stay! Thank you :)

A tree branch fell off and just missed the cabin next to us! I was impressed with how fast your crew cleaned it up! Love my walk to the beach. Its a short hike, but so beautiful. And that beach! No one or just a few people for miles! I also like all the different things to do- like frisbee golf! Everything was good, but wish the sun would have come out!

I enjoy the deluxe cabin it was very clean and had all the amenities for a great stay. The pool and hot tub were great as the weather was awesome for the second week in September. The beach access was great and very large. I would rate it a five star.

This is our 3rd year staying at Manchester KOA. We love it everything. We stay in the cabins they are always clean and inviting. The staff is amazing. We had alot of wind this go around but it's the coast and to be expected. We can't wait to return next year.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Everyone was friendly. The cabin accommodations were as expected—clean, plenty of space. The restrooms were well kept up. We expect to visit again and bring other family and friends with us.

All of the accommodations were great. Bathrooms were cleaned once a day, log cabin was wonderful. The only issue we had was the horrendous smell of trash or something decomposing through almost our entire stay. It was unbearable to the point where I had to take breaks being from being by our campsite.

Wonderful and restful, but the pricing is a little bit high. The last night was a little weird with people walking around making strange noises as if we are already in the Halloween season. Preferred the first night where it was very quiet and comfy...

This place is always clean. Staff is friendly. Fun events for everyone such as community camp fires and movie nights. Pool is heated. Highly recommend staying here.

We have been going to Manchester KOA since 1996. We love the campground and being able to go the beach. We enjoy the activities they provide during our stay. The one complaint I would mention is the curfew rule is NOT followed through with because we could hear neighbor campers yelling and playing loud music past 10:00 pm and kids playing loudly outside before 8:00am.

We rented an RV. The refrigerator 9 hrs to get cold and then didn’t stay cold we had to put cold food in a refrigerator in our daughters trailer which was a big inconvenience. A propane sensor kept going off when we showered and used the stove. I told the person at check out and she made some notes but never apologized for the inconvenience. We should of had our stay discounted but they did

Nicely laid out. Good service. Clean hot showers. The only reason we were disappointed was although the site does have proximity to the beach (1mile), dogs are not allowed as it's a preserve. We picked this site for the location but was unable to use that primary feature.

We had a fantastic stay. Staff was above and beyond. You must check out the lighthouse, 3 mile drive. Well worth it! We will be going back! Thank you Angie and Yolanda!
