Reserve a year in advance got there they raise the rates $30 the roads are dusty and dirty places in general disrepair

The park is very nice; there is ample space between RVs, which we liked and appreciated. The campground is well-appointed and very clean. The people in the store were cheerful and helpful. There were plenty of places to visit between Fort Bragg and Sea Ranch (our destinations). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back again.

I am starting over. Ran out of space. Loved the campground, especially the cleanliness. Hated the band on our last night. I love loud music. Have played in rock bands for years. But conversation was impossible ANYWHERE in the park. Did you thing everyone wanted to be a part of the "concert?" Ruined our last "campfire night." Set up a venue facing AWAY from the campers!!!!

Having the community fire pit to gather around was so great to meet and share travels. The owner, Tarey was wonderful and made our stay memorable. We have already recommended this KOA. If ever in this area again would definitely stay. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

A great KOA with all the basic amenities (and a few more) that you would expect. Very nice low key staff and daily events. Very quite park with a 1 miles walk to a huge sandy beach. Would love to go back again.

We had the most amazing time, a beautiful camping spot with a view, a heated pool for the kids and beautiful weather! We loved it!

This is such a great KOA!! We had a wonderful time. So close to beautiful beautiful Manchester Beach and the Point Arena Lighthouse. Staff is unbelievably great! And activities are so much fun. Thank you for being there. We will definitely be back!!

Our stay was lovely. We were very comfortable and greatly appreciated the clean bathrooms and showers. The beach wasn’t as easily accessed as we had hoped but other than that it was lovely.

We enjoyed our 5th year stay. And the staff was very helpful as usual. We enjoyed the beach. Did not like no phone service and now we have to pay for wi-fi.

absolutely beautiful showers with on demand hot water. So many wonderful activities like community campfires and movies. And there is nothing better than falling asleep to ocean sounds

We stayed in a full hookup pull thru. We liked the facilities, the evening campfires and the easy walk to the beach. It felt very peaceful and relaxing.

Made appt for rv to be pumped out. KOA did not show up at appt time. Had to remind them after the fact. Cable for television did not work.

If I was camping with kids, I would give it a five star rating! So much to do for the kids, swimming, riding bikes, ice cream socials, movies, art activities, etc. However, my kids are grown, and I prefer a little more quiet camp setting, lol. A nice 20 minute walk to the beach. Great campground smell and feel! Well kept and clean, a little dusty! Overall, a very nice place/area to camp!

The park is wonderful with aged trees, plenty of facilities, and pleasant staff. In particular, we were very impressed with the dog park and the activities area with bocce ball, volley ball net, and basketball hoop. We did not use the pool area, but plenty of families did. We will be back.

For a KOA this place seemed rustic. Maybe that is what they want it to feel like. Sites are not level, bathroom and showers are dilapidated with low shower heads. They could use some remodeling or minimally a shower wand to get the shower head tall enough for a 6’ person. The staff was friendly the grounds are rustic. I was expecting more as it had won an award this year.

Quiet clean campground. Great location. Multiple trash and recycle bins which is awesome. Many of the games were out of order for the kids. We will definitely recommend and return though!

Great place to camp. It’s clean & well maintained. It’s kid, family & dog friendly. Several different areas for kids and families to play. A great dog park, that our dog loved. And the staff was friendly & helpful.

Overall a pleasant stay. Clean and well organized. The only negative was the group behind us had about 6 tents and a trailer on their 2 sites and really crowded us.

Hubby and I stayed for 3 nights, over the 4th of July weekend. It was super busy, but everything was perfect. Lots of activities for kids (free). We would love to bring our granddaughters back for a long weekend. It was clean, employees were always busy doing something. It was great.

We stayed during the 4th of July weekend. Lots of activities for the whole family. My kids loved the pool, the ice cream socials, and rock painting. The whole staff was super friendly! Thank you to the gal who gave my daughter her nail polish remover because the store didn’t carry it. That’s over and above what is expected. :) We will definitely return.

We had a fantastic stay. Staff was above and beyond. You must check out the lighthouse, 3 mile drive. Well worth it! We will be going back! Thank you Angie and Yolanda!

This KOA is very nice lots of amenities pool jacuzzi game room big Park disc golf nice Trail to a private beach untouched California this place is highly recommended whenever you're on the coast in Manchester thank you guys very much and we will be back

PLEASE DO NOT LISTEN TO GOOGLE - DO NOT TAKE THE MOUNTAIN VIEW ROAD ROUTE TO THIS AREA!!! Its dangerous and hard on your transmission and brakes!!! The staff have been trying to inform google and the state to no avail. If you find yourself on Mountain View Road with an RV of any kind - turn back. Such a beautiful place with tree'd sites and friendly staff. Highly recommend if you are travelling the Mendocino Coast.
