This KOA has these beautiful trees that create a canopy over the campground, which makes a great atmosphere! The beaches are beautiful, with nice hiking trails around the area. The staff was accommodating and helpful.

Je suggère fortement que votre courriel de confirmation inclus un avertissement concernant la « Mountain view rd ». Cette route est très dangereuse pour les RVs et le pick-up. Nous avons eu très peur d’être impliqué dans un accident ou une perte de contrôle. Si vous ne connaissez pas cette route, allez la parcourir. Merci.

Love this place. Very clean and spacious spots. Not many campers when we were there. Love the sound of the surf and no hwy 1 noise. Staff was pretty well versed and helpful. Will be back thanks

Been going to Manchester KOA for 28 years and it never disappoints. We love the beautiful setting and close proximity to the beach. Staff is friendly and professional.

Cabin was average clean. Staff at check in was friendly and quick. My biggest complaint was the bathrooms and showers were a long walk from the cabins that don’t have bathrooms. Would’ve been nice to locate some bathrooms and showers over by those cabins and tent spaces.

It was a great staying there always been really good people are friendly the only thing that would be nice If the cabins would have gravel in front of them or around them for the fire pit we will get rid of a lot of dirt it would be really nice if that would happen

We had a great time at Manchester Beach koa. Everything from the ice cream social, arcade, central location to great beaches and coastal destinations. The staff was great. They were very efficient at showing the skunk out of camp too.

I booked very late to get out of the heat during the almost completely sold-out Rewards Wkend. Yolanda and Mo worked w/me and w/ 1 move, I got 3 nights. I was concerned about safety protocols since I'm immuno-compromised. Everything was clean (as usual) and I saw the process at a neighboring cabin. WAY HIGHER cleaning standards than a state park campground. THANKS, All!

Love this place, it's our 3rd time here. Really appreciate movie night for the kids, the ice cream social, the large fire pit, and the Kamper Kitchen. We got to talking with other campers and had some great conversations with some great people. Only two comments: bathrooms needed to be cleaned more, and many of the electric ranges in the Kamper Kitchen were broken.

Very nice campground overall, but also very dusty. The grounds are kept up nicely, the store was well stocked for camping needs and the employees are friendly. Would definitely stay again if I was in the area. Employees should warn everyone about the poor condition of Mountain Jew Road.

Spent couple of days at this wonderful campground. It is close to markets and towns the staff maintain the property clean and sanitary at all times. Loved our cabin the wall fireplace was a nice addition to the cabin ��

This is the best Koa that I have been to. All employees to I saw and or had an interaction with was very friendly. I love how natural this campground is. For the most part it was very quiet. I like security drove around on a golf cart. But Saturday night 9/10 there was several campers very loud till past 11/12. But other then that it was great.

For a really full camp site, with lots of activity, I found the visit extremely restful. The camp site was clean and maintained. Location is fantastic. A great get-away!

It's so hard to say because the location is amazing especially the amenities, but the other guests are so loud. This is the 3rd time we've been to this location. Each time people are partying late & then crying babies are up so early. For this trip our tent site was neighbors with a group of 4 stoners. They smoked, got drunk, played with lighter fluid, peed by the tent, & had loud music past 1am.

Nice location. Closest to beach. Social activities and lot of amenities to leverage. Nice office staff helping with questions. Office hours are 8 am- 9 pm Heated water in swimming pool helped relax better. Crowd maintained no-sound curfew after 10 pm. No EV charging option. It is not mentioned in amenities but still letting others know so they know their EV car has to be charged elsewhere.

The staff was very kind in switching us to a site that we liked better. Everyone was very friendly. My one complaint is that the gas powered cart is very noisy and annoying. The electric one was much better.

Manchester KOA has great staff who work hard to help everyone enjoy their stay. The sites are not in a parking lot setting, like too many RV parks, so there is plenty of space between them. The park is close enough to the ocean to walk, but far enough that the winds and coastal fog are tempered by the sand dunes between them and the beach, and the trees surrounding and throughout the park.

It was great, FYI playground in front on the top deck railing (metal corner of climbing ladder at top) is rusted with a very sharp point easy for kid to fall into.

We were there for 3 days with W&E right across from the office and laundry room. Since we were there a short time it turned out a good spot so we could do laundry and use the restrooms since we didn't have sewer hook up. If I stay again I'd request further away. The spot was a little noisy during the day and on movie nights, but it was peacefully quiet at night. Staff always friendly.

Beautiful and well kept campground. It’s a great stop close to the Manchester Beach to explore this part of the California coast. Don’t miss the Pt. Arena lighthouse and the town of Mendocino.

We stayed two nights. Both nights they had a community fire, and then an outside family movie. One night they sold ice cream cones! Very clean, friendly, with plenty to do. The ocean is a beautiful 20 minute walk. And their rates are very fair, especially considering what some lesser quality parks in the area are asking!! We really enjoyed our stay and will return.

Wonderful as always! Labor Day Weekend was busy, but the staff handled things very well! Firewood, honey wagon service (awesome!), facilities were well kept. Of the countless trips here, one thing we can rely on is the store. Always stocked. Especially, ice cream! Movie nights and ice cream socials are super fun.

Nicely laid out. Good service. Clean hot showers. The only reason we were disappointed was although the site does have proximity to the beach (1mile), dogs are not allowed as it's a preserve. We picked this site for the location but was unable to use that primary feature.

We had a fantastic stay. Staff was above and beyond. You must check out the lighthouse, 3 mile drive. Well worth it! We will be going back! Thank you Angie and Yolanda!
