This is a lovely KOA. Spacious campsites in a beautiful setting and a great pool area with plenty of seating. The roadways inside KOA are wide and flat, and the campsite is situated close to the highway for easy access to attractions and shopping. We had a great stay and shall return in the future.

Enjoyed our 4 night stay Sept 7th to 11th. Park is not too big, has large level sites that are easy to access. Nice pool area, restaurant, and clean wash house. There is a lot of highway and train noise that becomes background sound. The staff is very friendly and keep the grounds impeccably clean.

First time staying there (3nights). Owners very friendly, and well run KOA. If you are travelling highway 401 and need a stop over this is excellent as just off highway but still don’t hear highway traffic..

we really did not appreciate the fact that there was only one site left when we booked our stay on line to find out that we could of had an upgraded lot or even one of the may sites available beside my brother ?

Susan and Richard are such welcoming hosts. Their friendliness and that of their staff make them a winning team. From the moment you arrive you will be impressed no only with the beauty of this KOA but how very well organized and clean everything is. Fri/Sat dinners and Sun breakfasts tastes homemade delicious. This is truly an oasis away from home and we look forward to returning next year.

Friendly and welcoming. Very clean and well kept kampground with plenty to keep you busy when not around the fire. Amazing local attractions close by in both Brockville and Rockport. Cruise the 1000 islands, you'll love it!

This is a very clean well maintained campgrounds. It has one of the best WiFi we have seen at a campsite. The Owners and the staff are very helpful and friendly. We had our grandchildren with us, they loved the pool and playground, very clean and safe! A clean and good size dog park also. Thanks to the owners and staff for a pleasant stay.

At $107 for 12 hours of use. A transient or overnight only area might be a good idea.. say $50 for just a spot to park eat sleep and leave ,, would be better than a Walmart parking lot .you could offer electric only no water or hook ups!

Our grand kids had fun. We found it quite expensive for a week when having to pay for some of the extra activities, but overall it was clean, friendly staff, nice sites and it kept the grand kids entertained. Have already recommended to other friends with children.

The train is very annoying all hours of the day and nights. There was many rules that were ridiculous 1. shower close at 10pm at night. 2. Laundry close at 9 pm at night and the best one is no toys in the pool, I was told it intimidate people of going in the pool which is completely absurd. Family camping involves kids and they like playing with toys. We had to pay to play Mini golf, ridiculous.

One complaint would be the vehicle parked beside us Friday night constantly ran something which was quite noisy. If I may suggest you had all that space in the adjacent campsites as to park them farther apart when available space to do so. Thanks though everything else was great !

Would absolutely stay here again!!! Beautifully kept park, everything is so neat and clean!! They make you feel welcome from the moment you drive in the gate. Susan was a great help with everything!!! We will be back!!!

The staff is wonderful. But the bathrooms are not clean the dirtiest with been in a KOA. Sorry just sit on the toilet and look around.

Stayed at this site quite a few times in the past before Covid. Same outgoing and helpful staff. Very clean and tidy grounds and public buildings. We will be back.

The staff and owners were wonderful. Made you feel welcome. They came to visit at the site. The restaurant was great. Ice cream was delicious. Loved the pool and go karts. They have a special on Sunday mornings for breakfast from 8-10. If you order you get an extra hour on your site. Definitely will be back again. Thank you guys. You were great!!!!!

Besides the lousy weather, our relatives who booked beside us asked if they could stay an extra hour before they left a day earlier than us. The owners told them they could only stay an extra 15 minutes because that site would be booked. Well that site was never booked so that was disappointing. Other than that, it was just an very average. Playground was dirt.

Other camper comments.Fantastic campground and well maintained. Lots of amenities including a fantastic pool. Grounds well maintained. Owners go out of their way to ensure your stay is excellent.

An expensive disappointment. Won't return. Nothing actually bad, just everything too bland for interest of people interested in outdoor activities that aren't created (such as bouncy pillow).

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Don't know how after only a few hours at our park that you could not find anything interesting to do or see. This is family camping.

Owners and staff went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. Sites are nice and large with some shade. Very quiet - but mostly we were treated very well by everyone at this KOA. Thanks for a great stay!

Check-in was a breeze, very helpful staff. The spaces are wide and long, easy to get in and out. We did not feel constricted in any way. The bathrooms are clean, and everything worked well. The location is excellent, from the campground, it was very easy to explore the Thousand Islands

We stayed in a cabin last visit this visit was a travel trailer. Still it was camping. We always have an excellent time. Super friendly staff Susan is a great host and the park was very clean. Dog areas were tidy and a good place to bring fido. We still had lots of fun.
