Stayed at this site quite a few times in the past before Covid. Same outgoing and helpful staff. Very clean and tidy grounds and public buildings. We will be back.

The staff and owners were wonderful. Made you feel welcome. They came to visit at the site. The restaurant was great. Ice cream was delicious. Loved the pool and go karts. They have a special on Sunday mornings for breakfast from 8-10. If you order you get an extra hour on your site. Definitely will be back again. Thank you guys. You were great!!!!!

Besides the lousy weather, our relatives who booked beside us asked if they could stay an extra hour before they left a day earlier than us. The owners told them they could only stay an extra 15 minutes because that site would be booked. Well that site was never booked so that was disappointing. Other than that, it was just an very average. Playground was dirt.

An expensive disappointment. Won't return. Nothing actually bad, just everything too bland for interest of people interested in outdoor activities that aren't created (such as bouncy pillow).

Don't know how after only a few hours at our park that you could not find anything interesting to do or see. This is family camping.

Owners and staff went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. Sites are nice and large with some shade. Very quiet - but mostly we were treated very well by everyone at this KOA. Thanks for a great stay!

Check-in was a breeze, very helpful staff. The spaces are wide and long, easy to get in and out. We did not feel constricted in any way. The bathrooms are clean, and everything worked well. The location is excellent, from the campground, it was very easy to explore the Thousand Islands

This is our second stay, and it was again a pleasure. Very clean and well maintained facilities. The kids always have a hoot.

The pool & water slide was a hit with the kids! There was lots of open green space to run around for kids. The playground was small. They charge for everything on top of your overnight rental. DVDs $2-$4 (other KOA we were at were free), keurig coffee $2, the bikes were $10-30 an hour compared to $5 at the other one, linens not included in rentals as FYI. Was okay; not great.

We had a great spot in the deluxe area,a bbq, a fire pit with 2 benches, a picnic table with umbrella, we did pay the price! There was little to no activity at the park for adults and the other campers were not friendly. We should have only booked 5 days there and go somewhere else for the other 5 days. The park is very clean and maintained and the food is very good in their little restaurant.

Mallory town KOA is a great place to stay, very clean well kept. The staff is very friendly as well as the campers. Great pool, activities are fun and family oriented. Love the Bingo. I do wish that all the activities were free, for the price you pay. We will be back.

The grounds as a whole had many amenities and activities . Great for families. The trailer we stayed in is in need of an update, most notably the mattresses. We happened to bring our own blow up mattresses that were used instead.

We had such a great time at KOA Mallorytown. We stayed four nights in one of the deluxe cabins, which was very comfortable and well mantained. Plenty of amenities to enjoy. We played volleyball, basketball, took long walks with the dog, and relax at the pool. Susan, Richard, Kristian, Jake, and the rest of the staff were amazing. Always friendly and willing to help. Fireworks were nice.

Très rigide comme camping. Heureusement, ce n'est pas tous les koa qui sont comme ça. Terrain très bien et piscine agréable. Cependant, on a utilisé de l'électricité sur une tour d'électricité qui était au centre d'un chemin avec plein de prise de courant. À la fin de la journée, la date est venue nous voir pour une surcharge !!!! Il a fallu que je traine mon bois jusqu'au terrain ég

Annoying regular train horn… too much bright floodlight pollution from neighbouring buildings at night..cabin barbecue not working properly, knob broken frustrating not able to control gas properly also dangerous… superintendent complacent about bbq issue insisted it worked fine…. Fire wood expensive compared to other campsites… wifi signal very weak with frequent dropouts at my cabin lo

Office staff was as pleasant as always, my family has gone every Summer and have no plans to stop! Site was very clean and accommodating as always!

The campground was super clean and the site were very roomy but we found the rules were very strict and not kid-friendly. A suggestion would be, lower the price of the mini-golf and give away a free ice cream cone. The go-karts should be free. Staff was not friendly. We would say hello and there was no response back. Staff needs to smile and engage with the guests.

We stayed in a cabin last visit this visit was a travel trailer. Still it was camping. We always have an excellent time. Super friendly staff Susan is a great host and the park was very clean. Dog areas were tidy and a good place to bring fido. We still had lots of fun.
