Campground Cancellation Guideline
This Kampgrounds of America (KOA) location has enhanced its health and safety measures due to the COVID-19 pandemic in order to better protect you, other campers, visitors and our staff.
An inherent risk of exposure to this highly contagious virus exists in any public place where people may gather. You must follow all posted rules and instructions concerning the COVID-19 virus while you are at this KOA campground.
This KOA campground may have limited access to certain amenities in order to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Please call the campground to discuss specific limitations.
By entering this KOA campground, you voluntarily assume all risks of exposure to the COVID-19 virus.
Please help our campers enjoy this campground experience and the outdoors by adhering to all posted and supplied COVID-19 virus rules and instructions.

Long Weekends (May 15-18, Jun 26-27, Jul 3-4, Jul 31-Aug 2, Sep 4-6, Oct 9 – 12) require 14 days notice for RV or Tent site cancellations and 21 days notice for All Accommodations. Cancellations have a $20 service fee. Deluxe cabins or rental units require 21 days' notice at all times. Cancellations have a $20 service fee. Minimum 2-night stay. NEW in 2020: Basic cabins have a 2-night minimum stay.
Group reservations require 6 weeks' notice. Cancellations have a $20 service fee. If you cancel after the deadlines there will be no refund of your deposit. All other dates follow the National cancellation policy.
Due to new Government extra cleaning regulations, checkin for: Sites 2:00 pm, All Accommodations: 4:00 pm, Checkout on all: 11:00am
Rates are for a single family unit of 2 adults and their own children under 18 in one unit. Each 1 room cabin is for a single-family unit of 2 adults and their own 2 children under 18. Each 2 room cabin, deluxe cabin / lodge & rental unit is for a single-family unit of 2 adults and their own 4 children under 18. Pets left unattended in all accommodations must be in their crated 'hotel'.
DUE TO GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS REGARDING INVASIVE PESTS, IT IS PROHIBITED TO BRING FIREWOOD TO THIS CAMPGROUND. WOOD WITH NAILS/ STAPLES/SCREWS OR PAINT/PRESSURE TREATING IS ALSO NOT ALLOWED. $150 CHARGED FOR CONTRAVENTION
Social Distancing: Please keep the 2 meters / 6 ft distancing rule from all persons not registered to your site, unless within the “Bubble of 10”. A maximum of 10 campers visiting your site must still keep to this rule and still be distanced from surrounding sites. One (1) picnic table per site.
If you have a fever or flu-type symptoms, please stay home. If you have tested positive for COVID-19, are a presumptive case or have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive or is a presumptive case, please stay home until you have been cleared by your local health department and/or you have finished your self-isolation of 14 days. If you are returning from travel from outside of Canada, do not visit the campground for 14 days.
For registered campers only:Open, with Restrictions: Washrooms open 24 hours. Showers closed 10pm - 7am (For campers without self-contained units please) Badminton/Basketball/Soccer/ Volleybal/Ping Pong (1 site per activity)/Mini–Golf/Laundry (Sign up)/Pool - 1 site/day for 45 mins (Sign up at least 1/2 hour before the hour) Arcade, playground

National Cancellation Guideline
To guarantee your campsite, a deposit equal to at least your first night will be charged to your credit card at the time you make your reservation. Make your online reservations anytime, day or night, at KOA.com. You'll receive a confirmation email from the campground once you complete your reservation.
Need to Cancel? If you need to cancel your reservation, please call 800-562-9725 before the deadlines listed below to receive your deposit refund, minus a $10 cancellation fee. Text and email notifications of cancellations are not acceptable.
Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits. Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits.
- RV & Tent Sites: 48 hours cancellation notice is required. Notify your KOA by 4 p.m. two days before your scheduled arrival.
- Camping Cabins: 7 days cancellation notice required. Please notify your KOA one week before your scheduled arrival.
- Deluxe Cabins & Unique Accommodations: These units may have special deposit and cancellation requirements. Please check with your selected KOA campground location when making your reservations.
- Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits. Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits.
- Holidays and special events may have special deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Special conditions may apply during high-demand periods and special events. Please check with your selected KOA for details.
