The pavement is full of huge holes and it caused our cabinets to open. was inly going 5 mph and my coach rocked back and forth violently. Never that place again!!!!!!!

We love KOA Ruffs Dale. We booked this trip for my daughters 10th birthday weekend since she loves the pool and bounce pillow, we were very sad the the bounce pillow was broken as that was one of the main reasons she wanted to come! We enjoyed our weekend though!

Very nice clerk at the checkin desk. The only problem with our spot was it was a little un-level. Nice shade.

Very happy that we got lucky enough that our camp site was a few feet from the public restrooms. It made those in the middle of the night trips so much easier. I can't thank you enough for that

Jumping pillow was broken, cable tv not working, and old well used hookups made this campground one to pass on

We had a nice pull-through spot, fairly level, and partial shade. The restrooms were clean and the laundry room had several washers and dryers. It was a nice stay and next time we are in the area we will return!

We were assigned a spot. When we arrived there it was occupied. The staff did not seem prepared to handle this. They said the person who was to move the unit off the lot was not on the property. They seemed to know it was occupied. The new site they gave us was acceptable and similar to what we had reserved. The staff who look like mostly kids with summer jobs have no concept of service.

Clean well maintained campground. Ez on/off from Interstate 70. Bath house was one of the cleanest I've seen. Staff super friendly and helpful. Other campers friendly.

We stayed only 1 night and that would be all we would recommend staying. The facilities were generally a bit dated and in need of some repair. The cable TV connections were non functional throughout the park without any posted notice. Fortunately, the over air reception was good. We arrived mid-afternoon to find the office unattended. The staff was not very helpful during our entire stay.

Nothing special. The jump pillow was broken which was one of the main reasons we chose KOA over other campgrounds. It seemed like it was mostly seasonal stays or full time stays. Our site was really unlevel but manageable and sites are very close together. I expected a better experience from a national chain. Was it a bad stay? No. Would I seek it out again? Also no.

The campground is on a hill. The jump pillow was flat for the entire week. Our family sites had hills between us, so very difficult to share camping space. The pool was filthy and the bottom was squishy and bubbles up. There were no golf carts to rent, no activities, and the camp store was minimal to say the least. This is just not what I expect when I go to a KOA, especially for the price paid.

Clean, open space campground. Friendly staff. The perfect place to stay if you are attending a concert or game in Pittsburgh. We will be back again.

Staff was able to get us in a day early and were able to change our site because of a problem we were having. Campground had easy access to major highway. Grounds were well kept.

Sites are squeezed tightly with no.pruvavy. Store is unkempt Pool.is nice but very small for the amount of campers Charging fee for ice cream.social Bathrooms are nice and clean.

Access road needs repaving. A lot of potholes. Location is great and near the PA Turnpike and points heading west.

Need to have an additional bathrooms somewhere in the campground. One day the bathroom was closed for cleaning an hour and another day one of the three toilets was broken. There was a line to use them because one of the two remaining was in a shower stall that was in use. Other than bathroom toilet shortage the campground was good.

This KOA has events for young children which is great (pond events), play ground, pool etc) and family events pool, ice cream social, etc. The maint staff was great and very helpful and friendly. The lot (42) I was in was very unlevel - couldn't use my auto levelers until I raised my one side about 6-7 inches. The hook ups were in a good spot, wifi worked pretty good (my firestick worked great).

Great campground. Friendly, helpful staff. The pond is nice! Good facilities. (My one tiny note would be about choosing a time to close the bathhouse for cleaning. I know there’s probably no optimum time to do that. But 9am on a Saturday morning, when ppl are getting up and getting ready for their camping adventures, seems like a bad time to do it.) Had a great stay here; would definitely return

The pool was very nice. I was glad it was full hookup. We won’t be back because the site was on a hill and there wasn’t very much yard. The fire pit was on the hill and there wasn’t anywhere level to sit around it. It was convenient to the interstate though and would be a great stopover for a night when traveling.

The staff was very nice, but no one could refill a propane tank even though it’s offered. The pull through sites were very unlevel, the grass at the sites was long, though the sewer hook up had been weed whipped around. The bounce pillow was broke and seemed to have been for a while. The dump station looked very questionable and was flooded. The paved section of road is full of pot holes.

we had a very nice stay.the campground provided easy access to our site we also enjoyed swimming in the pool.The only downside was a number of sites which appear to be full timers are not upkept and the garbage gets blown around.

Great basic overnight campground. We would definitely stay again. Restrooms and laundry were clean; our pull through site was level. They do have a lot of runoff down the drives when it rains. It ran off quickly though. Pool looked nice.

Great RV camping experience. Was able to experience this Campground in early - mid-march when most campgrounds are closed. The campsites are well-maintained. Clean and large laundry area. Camp store stocked with the basics. Friendly and accommodating staff. Only negative was the pothole strewn driveway - needs some major upgrade.

Great find, some comments refer the site as being inclined but the inclines are not bad at all and very picturesque. Vey clean canpground!

We had a 2 nights stay with our 45' Motorcoach and tow. Quiet location. Easy off and onto I-70. Our site was pretty level as it is located on a slight slope. The grassy area on our site #7 was sufficient. It also had a slope down to our neighboring RV site. Packed gravel site, picnic table and fire ring. Road going into and out of the park itself are a bit rough. Waltz Road was fine. The only KOA sign was at the entrance to the campground. Staff was extremely friendly and their fire wood was excellent! Enjoyed our stay! Had dinner at Rodney's Restaurant in Irwin. Really Good Food and Service.
