Upon arrival we where felt welcomed and treated to exceptional service. This was our first time staying at a KOA and it will not be our last. The shuttle service was a nice convenience.

We put in the notes for a satellite friendly site. Lady checking us in not too friendly and says all are sites are satellite friendly. We had the most trees and was not satellite friendly.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Thank you for your feedback. Our full pull thru sites are wooded and shady and depending upon which satellite service, and what direction you need to face your dish, it can be tricky to find the right site. We do have some deluxe patio sites in the open and will try to get you in of them next time

Stayed 20 days at this wonderful KOA. Extremely efficient well organized and polite. Facilities such as the bath houses,showers, swimming pool and grounds were extremely clean.Very pleasant experience!

Wonderful campground! Camp store, bathrooms, laundry facilities, pool, nature trail, etc. were all very well maintained. Dishwashing station needs some work.

Pull thru site was easy access and loved the patio with firepit, chairs, and grill. Great to have service for ice & firewood. Highly recommend. Nice being close to heart of city and bridge but nestled in a quiet area. Convenient off/on highway without noise.

The sites were level, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool area was nice and clean. The service was outstanding. This was a very nice campground. We will definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed family with a cabin, trailer and tent sites. Sites were close to each other making it super fun. Pool was great the store was great for anything we forgot. Thanks for the great time. The Holmbergs

Backin site was ok but we had issues with electrical connections. Staff very nice and helped with parking and ice delivery.

Nice KOA. You can see the improvements and the care they put into upgrading this KOA. I would rate it a Holiday if they had more premium sites with Marine grade furniture on it and more patio sites. Friendly staff and workers.

Great campground. Bathrooms and laundry facilities were among the best I've ever seen. Convenient location. We really enjoyed our stay.

The campground was well maintained, nice space between campsites and lots of mature trees for shade. The staff at the campground were amazing!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and well taken care of. The location is perfect for visiting the Mackinaw area and other nearby areas.

Very friendly staff. Bathrooms and showers are very clean and well kept up. The only downside was the fire pit, very small. My first time at a KOA, but it won’t be my last. I hope that all the others are as good as this one.

Place was clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Very nice facility with great accommodations. Easy to check in and staff very helpful answering questions and providing recommendations for local businesses.

We were on site 49 and the large tree over our entire site continuously dripped sap so we couldn’t go outside and enjoy the site. I literally went to a car wash daily across the bridge to wash my truck because it was covered in sap. Absolutely horrible experience

Since I have been married and had children, I wanted to take my family camping, and we had a great time. I just hope they will remember going, I am sure they will ^^

I went here during the summer and it was great, the workers are very friendly and always trying to help. The bike path is very fun to ride on. The only problem I have is they don't want you to put anything up and I put up my portable hammock, and they said to take it down .

I have been to Mackinac City and Island a couple of times, and each time it was excellent experience! The moment you board the ferry to the island the journey to the past starts. It's just so peaceful and relaxing at the island without the noise and pollution of the motor vehicles. The fudge and speciality food on the island is a must have while there.
