We stayed one night and told them we would like to maybe stay too they went ahead and charged us for the second day and would not refund my money I never gave him permission to charge for 2 days I told them I would let them know the next day if we were staying terrible

It’s a great park for camping, this was our 2nd time here and have already booked for next year. Camping sites are spacious which I like.

Overpriced for what you get, dirt pads and roads. Tight spaces, not much in the store. But handy to Mackinaw Island with the shuttle system. Close to paved bike trail into town.

You have an efficient and well-run first class campground of staff and service amenities. This was my second time staying with you, the ease of communication with your staff works great and is greatly appreciated, your staff always make themselves available to your campers. I told the same thing to one of your employees this morning, I think her name was Carol?

Campground was awesome. Super clean facilities. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Wish all were like this one. Would definitely recommend.

Really liked the deluxe patio site with the one downside that we couldn’t open our awning due to being too close to the tree on the site (57). All the grounds were kept in great shape and staff all waved and smiled as they went by. Also liked the onsite recycling bag and the use electric mowers which are quieter and non-polluting-good job!

The park including the restrooms were very clean. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

Wonderful campground. Nice and clean. Helpful getting firewood and gas. Communication was excellent! Sites were great!

First time staying at a KOA.....highly recommend! Perfectly located for day trips to Mackinac City, Mackinac Island, Tahquamenon Falls, Whitefish Point, and Saulte Ste. Marie. Staff is friendly and helpful, love that you can just text if you need anything.

Check the size of the site for your unit. The sites tend to be narrow and short, so that your tow vehicle has to be squeezed in.

Mackinaw City KOA is very good. It has clean level sites and all the utilities are easy to hook up. They have a large dog park and an adequate store. We have stayed there twice already and would go back again.

Easy access to downtown. Having the shuttle bus to the island stop right at the campground was terrific. Fire wood and propane delivered right to the site was fantastic. We had a premium site that was very nice and clean.

We’ve stayed at many KOAs, and this is one of the nicest. Access to downtown and the ferry couldn’t have been easier, and we enjoyed the nature trail and bike path. Staff was helpful and friendly, and your gift shop is great. Our site was just great, comfortable and spacious. Bathrooms were fine; shower spray was a little iffy, but the water was hot. We loved our stay.

Great park. Easy off, easy on access off of I-75. Very close to Mackinaw City attractions. Staff were very helpful. They can even deliver items from the camp store. Highly recommend. AAA+++

Campground was lovely. Very active…we were in a busy spot but only there for one night. Owners were wonderful when we arrived. We were late and they helped us manoeuvre into our spot. It was a little tight. He also helped us getting out …right on a corner with trees. Popular spot that I would love to return to. Only issue I had was that (Pam) at the front desk was not very friendly at

Since I have been married and had children, I wanted to take my family camping, and we had a great time. I just hope they will remember going, I am sure they will ^^

I went here during the summer and it was great, the workers are very friendly and always trying to help. The bike path is very fun to ride on. The only problem I have is they don't want you to put anything up and I put up my portable hammock, and they said to take it down .

I have been to Mackinac City and Island a couple of times, and each time it was excellent experience! The moment you board the ferry to the island the journey to the past starts. It's just so peaceful and relaxing at the island without the noise and pollution of the motor vehicles. The fudge and speciality food on the island is a must have while there.
