This was the best KOA we stayed at in our 3 week road trip. The people were really nice, and the laundry facilities were clean and worked well. We were able to buy our Mackinac Island ferry tickets at the office and caught the ferry shuttle right at the KOA. Very convenient.

Nice location. Trail leads to asphalt bike path into town. We stayed at the very end of the season so not much open. The KOA was well kept and RV slots nicely spaced. Loved the evening text reminders about if you needed anything all you had to do was text back. E.g. if you needed firewood or trash pick up. The dog run was a good size. Will stay again if in the area.

Beautiful mid fall stay at a new favorite campground. Already contemplating next years stay. Spectacular foliage right in the park.

Hosts were great. Campground was very nice and pretty with the fall leaves. It is easy to get to from I75 but road noise was not a problem. There is also a trail behind the CG (we did not get a chance to hike it). I would definitely stay there again.

Only a one night stand, I was impressed with the cleanliness and how organized and tidy everything was. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. If I'm traveling that way again I will definitely stay again.

Friendly staff. campground maintain very well. Sites are well level. This past fall the leaves were beautiful. I really enjoy staying at this KOA. At least twice a year we make it a point to stay there. Everything just great!

Very close to town,great place to stay when visiting the area.they had good service able to get my propane tank filled st the park,they pickrd it up and returnedto my site

Nice and close stay to the city of Mackinaw. Love to take the walking trail from the back of the campground into town. Our patio site was beautiful and the staff is always great and friendly. Bathrooms were clean and maintained. We got to see the peak fall colors of the area too this year!

Arrived after closing but the after hours checkin was simple. I had communicated with the office staff thr day prior via text (which was quick and easy) and they had quickly answered my 2 questions. The park is clean and the staff friendly. It was nice to have ferry tickets available there and a shuttle to Sheplers. Made everything very simple.

Campground was very nice. We did find it interesting that there was only one set of RR for over 100 camping sites/cabins. We were making the observation that if you were in the back of the park in a tent or a camper with no toilet at night, during storms or even with a small child this was quiet a hike.

Stayed five nights and it’s a really nice campground. Close to everything in mackinaw city. Nice, clean, friendly. Would go again.

The staff were very accommodating and polite. Our only "complaint" is the timing of the restroom cleanings. The 11am to 1pm time proved to be more than a little inconvenient to us as late sleepers. Perhaps starting a little later would help most patrons who use the showers/toilets in the building rather than those in their campers. The grounds are beautiful and very convenient to everything

Since I have been married and had children, I wanted to take my family camping, and we had a great time. I just hope they will remember going, I am sure they will ^^

I went here during the summer and it was great, the workers are very friendly and always trying to help. The bike path is very fun to ride on. The only problem I have is they don't want you to put anything up and I put up my portable hammock, and they said to take it down .

I have been to Mackinac City and Island a couple of times, and each time it was excellent experience! The moment you board the ferry to the island the journey to the past starts. It's just so peaceful and relaxing at the island without the noise and pollution of the motor vehicles. The fudge and speciality food on the island is a must have while there.
