We got there to check in to Cabin # 9 and the heat was left on which I didn't think anything about it. As it turns out the next morning g we had so many bed bugs we had to throw out $400 worth of bedding. Also there was no wood in the shack and the store closed at 6 pm so we had to leave the campground to get wood and other stuff. Very disappointing.I was told to the the key inside and the heat on

This is a tough one for me. I love the KOA culture & the values embraced by the owners and other campers. This is the first time I haven’t been delighted with the experience. The cabin wasn’t clean and the bathrooms, though attended to as to paper products and soap, was dirty. Water was applied to the floor but it wasn’t cleaned. When we reserved the spaces for the weekend of Sept. 9-10, they didn't mention that the cafe, arcade, badminton equipment, volleyball, and paddle boats would not be available. The cabin was dusty inside (we swept it ourselves when we entered) and there were at least 10 spider webs all around the outside. We did enjoy the pool. The mini-golf course was covered in leaves. Maybe lack of staff?

Campground itself is beautiful, lots of big trees. Two issues with our cabin: the light was so dim we couldn't see to read at night and no ceiling fan to cool things down.

The campground was busy but never felt crowded. The setting is so peaceful and all campers were thoughtful of one another. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. We stayed in a Kabin and the double bed needs a bit of a tune up - every toss or turn resulted in loud squeaks from the frame. This was the only thing that was a problem.

Camp cabins were a great fit for our mini family reunion! We had kids between the ages of 3-12 yrs old and they all have fun. Would give 5 stars but the bathrooms were not cleaned regularly as they had said they would be. Lots of standing water in bathrooms, overflown toilets, over flowing trash cans and toilet paper running out.

The staff was all great, and enjoyable to be around. And, the cabin I stayed in was pretty comfortable, and Cosy. The park looks great, and I can tell that they take pride in keeping their KOA well maintained. I highly recommend this KOA! �

Always a great time with friends in Lynden, but lots of trouble with the restrooms this trip. Just generally not as clean and more units out of order than on previous stays here.

Great stay. Pool was super clean and store was well stocked. loves the parade and the smores night. Kids enjoyed it alot. Maybe sometime do a scavenger hunt and then break up kids into teams. The winning team will receive icecream! Ya all probly have done that before. Its a great family fun place there in lynden. We love it.

We had a great time. There seemed to be a lot of maintenance issues, particularly with a lot of toilets out of order causing long lines at the bathrooms but overall we had a nice stay. Cabins were clean and surprisingly comfortable

Two out of the three KOA employees we interacted with were quite rude. One of them, who was cleaning the bathroom at the pool/club house at 11:30a on 8/8 was the rudest. Also, it’s terrible timing to have that bathroom closed during checkout. Mini golf at other KOAs are free. We found out the hard way that one of the peddle boats were broken. We were there with several other family members. We enjoyed the pool (but a little crowded at times), the playground and the ice cream. It was great that you had a coffee stand along with ice cream - so nice to just stay at the campground so you don't need to leave. Also appreciated that you were still allowing campfires - so we could have smores one night!

BEAUTIFUL CAMPGROUND AND PLEASANT STAFF. WE DID HAVE OUR TOWELS STOLEN WHILE THERE, A SOMEWHAT SUBSTANTIAL INCONVENIENCE, BUT THE PRICE TO PAY FOR LEAVING THEM UNATTENDED.

Staff was very friendly. Easy check in and check out process. Store in front office had everything we needed at a reasonable price. Bathrooms were without toilet paper and towels often (2 separate days; staff was kind when we mentioned it, but were not refilled). Showers had hot water and were clean and there is a dishwashing station with hot water. We enjoyed our stay.

Grounds were very clean, staff was friendly. Cabins were great. My only complaint was the toilets, I think a few more would be nice. 2 of the 3 toilets near our cabins were clogged and the 3rd was out of toilet paper for longer than 12 hours. I think more regular bathroom maintenance is necessary with so few bathrooms. Otherwise we had a great time and would stay there again.

This was our second year staying here and we loved it! We originally had one night planned but the kids really wanted to stay longer and fortunately KOA made it work and we had an extra day of family time. Thank you!

The events were great. The cabins were clean The staff were pleasant . The only problem was the two washrooms were not being attended by staff. Several times during our four day stay there was plugged toilets , stalls out of toilet paper and no hand tissue.

Good except for there was no milk, eggs or bread in the store for our entire one week stay - Lame! The swimming pool was open but WAY TOO COLD to swim in. The store was open but the little kiosk downstairs was closed most of the time during our stay. Are you open or not? It is June!

We had a great time as always. Was disappointed the movie was canceled. Understand for Saturday as it was raining but was dry Sunday and canceled again. Lots of new stuff and everyone was working hard and doing great! See you next year

What a great site. Love all the trees and activity options. My only complain is on restrooms- we stayed over Memorial Day weekend, and the site seemed ill prepared for the number of folks staying; stalls were consistently out of toilet paper, and 2/3 toilets were out of order at a give time.

Very friendly helpfull manager. I was surprised how nice this campground is. It's a great campground if you don't have tiny kids, because of the open water. My kids are older so I didn't have to worry about that. Lots of fun.

We absolutely LOVED our stay and will be back for sure! The Enployees were very kind and helpful and it felt like we were soxfar from home but the reality was we lived 20 mins away. We can not reccomens it enough!

Very nice and well maintained facilities. I would recommend it for families with children. We loved it. So much for everyone to do. We were grateful the pool was still open for Members weekend. The only two issues were a noisy family after quiet hours and the bathrooms had slow filling toilets so it often seemed that the toilet was clogged.

We have been going to the KOA in Lynden for 12 years. We have always loved it and never been dissapointed. It's such a fun family friendly campsite. It's where we first gave our kid his freedom. They have done some amazing upgrades in the last years and the campsite looks so good. We just got back from a weekend and I highly recommend. Long weekends in the summer are the funnest. They have games, dance party and bingo plus a lot more. Our kid loves going back even though he's 15 now. Highly recommend. Eventhough we always camp we have stayed in there cabins once, they were clean, comfy and well worth it if you don't like to tent or RV.

Stayed for a couple nights in a newly constructed pull through site. Fancy! Nicely landscaped with plants and mulch that were groomed almost every day. The steel fire pit with outdoor furniture that can seat six people just made it a seriously high end experience. Definitely a destination KOA property!
