Campground Specific Cancellation Policy

Please note that Holiday and Special Event reservations have special cancelation policies, please see below for details.

2027 Holiday / Special Event dates:

Liberty  Graduation: (5/11 - 5/15 *dates subject to change) PLEASE NOTE CABIN RESERVATIONS for Liberty Graduation Weekend are NON-REFUNDABLE; please be confident with your plans when booking for those dates.  All other sites require 30 days advance notice to cancel

Basic and Deluxe cabins require 14 days prior notice to receive refund (minus $20 cancelation fee). Cancelations less than 14 days forfeit their deposit amount. No show reservations will be canceled at 9am the day after expected arrival unless other arrangements have been made in advance.  We will not re-schedule or move a cabin reservation that is within 14 days of arrival.  All cancelations should be sent by email to: [email protected]

RV reservations require 7 days advance notice (2pm seven days prior to arrival) of cancelation (minus a $20 cancelation fee). Cancelations less than 7 days prior to arrival will forfeit their deposit.  No show reservations will be canceled at 9am the day following expected arrival unless prior arrangements have been made.  We will not re-schedule or move reservations within 7 days prior to arrival.  All cancelations should be sent by email to: [email protected]

Tent reservations require 7 days advance notice (must be received by 2pm seven days prior to arrival)of cancelation (minus a $20 cancelation fee). Cancelations less than 7 days prior to arrival will forfeit their deposit.   No show reservations forfeit their deposit at 9am on the day after expected arrival, unless prior arrangements have been.  We will not re-schedule or move reservations within 7 days prior to arrival.  All cancelations should be sent by email to [email protected]

No refunds for early departure.

National Cancellation Guideline

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your reservation, please call the campground before the deadlines below to receive a refund of your deposit, less a $20 administrative cancellation fee. Text and email notifications of cancellations will not be accepted.

Cancellation Deadlines:

  • RV & Tent Sites: You must give 7 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., seven days before your scheduled arrival.
  • Lodging & Accommodations: You must give 14 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., fourteen days before your scheduled arrival.

For guests booking accommodations in California, a full refund will be given for reservations canceled within 24 hours of booking, provided the arrival date is at least 72 hours after the time of booking.

Cancellation Details:

  • Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits.
  • Cancellations made after the deadlines will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.
  • No refunds are given due to the discomforts of nature, including no-shows and early checkouts.
  • No refunds are given on or after the arrival date.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original credit/debit card, with no exceptions.
  • The cancellation policy may be amended during a Regional/National travel disruption.
  • Holidays and special events may have unique deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Please check with your selected KOA for details.
