The RVPark grounds were clean and ready for occupy. The office staff was friendly and welcoming. I was pleased with the park’s location, as numerous excellent places to eat were within a few miles. Making reservations was easy and simple. I really liked this park and will stay again on my next visit to/through Lubbock.

We got 3" of rain in one night, but most of the sites seemed pretty dry in the AM. Gravel sites really helped. Highway noise and trains are close and loud, but this is the best RV park in town.

Clean, friendly service, and great accommodations except Wi-Fi. It’s a priority service for most visitors and if it’s offered then it needs to work properly.

We had a problem with their sewer system not draining, making it difficult to properly clean our tanks. The trailer next to us was having the same issue. They will not return my calls to discuss. DON’T STAY HERE!

the kampground is so much nicer than I expected with lots of trees and grass. we have a student at Tech and we cant wait to come back!

Heather was exceptional! She agreed to stay late if we didn’t get there before closing to sell us ice! The only negative is there were a ton of mosquitoes! Sugg st you have in spray prior to exiting your coach! Otherwise very nice.

Staff very helpful, restrooms clean. General comment on all KOAs (10 different ones) we stayed at on this last trip . . . so many extended stay folks. People seem to be living at the KOA instead of camping etc. All but two KOAs are on very busy roads and or hwy, so if you are a tent or travel trailer bring something to “block” the sound.

We have a mixed review. The distance from TTU is great. The amenities are great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is right against a major highway and near train tracks. The noise is the biggest nuisance. We will consider staying again knowing the noise is significant.

Very nice. The staff was also very friendly. I will recommend this KOA to my RV friends. We will be on the road in November heading north. If we go that direction, we will stay there again.

We had a mishap with our truck, the staff at the site were more than willing to help as we worked through the problem. Just the fact that someone would go above and beyond will make me continue to come back. Thank you for being there

This is a very quiet, clean campground with large spaces. It’s close to everything yet far enough away from town that you feel like you’re actually camping.

Would recommend a larger dog park that does not flood. Other than that was a nice park. Very nice and friendly staff.

Staff was friendly and helpful. This is an older park. The roads and sites are gravel. So, muddy when it rains. No grass in dog park and muddy. Indoor pool and hot tub was nice but very humid. Bathrooms/plumbing are older. Separate shower stalls were appreciated. This KOA is OK for just an overnight stay. Pull thru sites barely accommodate tow vehicle and RV.

Owner did call us to make sure we were coming and to let us know where our after hours check-in would be. Site was level. Road noise- loud. Dump station-BAD pull up angle, requires longer hose, vehicle sitting in depression creates low flow when dumping, depression holds water so standing in 3" when trying to dump(unsanitary).Broke hose from over-extinction (owner sold hose at reduced cost)

We felt so welcomed and at home here! The staff and other guests were so friendly. This campground is older, but very clean, it has a homey feel, cats and chickens roaming around. I loved the rooster! There is free coffee in the office, often goodies as well. The heated pool and hot tub were amazing! The bathroom and showers are clean. The laundry room takes your credit card! No scrounging for quarters! The campground was pretty quiet, even with some train and road noise. Would love to come back !

We rented the tent spot so we can sleep in our SUV and the spot was perfect. Hot tub and pool area comfortable and inviting. Owner and her help were so fun to talk to over coffee. Whole park safe, quiet, beautiful and easy in and out. Great job!

Great little no frills campground! Good value. We couldn't figure out online booking, so we just gave them a call. The employee was pleasant and helpful. We would definitely stay again. We stayed in one of the two cabins. They are small and staff informed us of this in advance. We were provided a key at the office/small store which operated a deadbolt. Two windows inside, one of which was able to be opened. The floors were dirty unfortunately, so we did some cleaning ourselves. The bed was awful. We didn't sleep well because the "mattress", which would probably pass for a mattress pad, was about 4" thick and plastic with nothing under it. If we stay again, we'll just bring something else rather than bedding only. There was a TV in the cabin which was nice and the a/c, oil heater kept us comfortable. The campground is on the small side but well kept. Even with a full camp, they did a good job of keeping it clean. All gravel. I think there were two dumpsters. Staying in a cabin really helped to keep the traffic noise down. If youre bringing pets, please be aware the "dog park" is very small.. probably 150 square feet. We took advantage of local parks. There were 3 showers and four bathroom stalls in the ladies room. Water was hot. We checked out the pool and it was nice. Everything worked and the space was clean and inviting. Cute decor. Liked that the pool wasn't rectangular and got wider at the deep end. It's small but still nice with a 6 ft depth. There was also a nice medium sized playground with a fair amount of equipment for guests enjoyment.
