We Love, Love, LOVE �ϋ� staying @ Lubbock KOA���� With all the choices in Lubbock we will only stay @ this campground ���� The staff is AMAZING, they are ALWAYS friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. The campground is ALWAYS clean. BONUS EXTRA CREDIT POINTS @ this location you can be almost anywhere in Lubbock in under 20 minutes. We try to stay here at least once a month. Highly, Highly, HIGHL

It was a one night stop on the way to New Mex. Campground was average, indoor pool was very nice. Store had lots of fun unique gifts.

Great dog park, lots of shade. Very pleasant helpful staff. RV site was good and within easy walking distance of everything. Will definitely stay here again when visiting relatives in the area.

Staff is friendly, but lots of trash around, picnic tables are full of splinters and gray water on the ground. Lots of stray cats. Restrooms were very clean and pleasant.

It was a great stay, the only thing is that they charge too much for a bag of ice at $4.00 for a 10 pound bag.

Care of this KOA has gone down hill. Don’t do your laundry there, you have to use a credit card and pay .25 more for hot water. one washer one was so gross �Ͻ I wouldn’t touch it. No AC, Box fan is filthy! Come on KOA Campers, part of this is our responsibility to clean the washers and take your lint! The rest is on that KOA staff. Lots of neglected maintenance problems there. The cable TV does not always come in clear (lose channels) and WiFi is hard to use but everything else is awesome!

While the people were very nice working there, it is nothing more than a field with full hookups. The ground was very unlevel and very limited trees.

We make a trip to Taos a couple of times a year. Our stop half way is with you. Very convenient for us. Clean and comfortable. Nice staff.

We have stayed at the Lubbock KOA many times and it is a convenient, safe place to stay. When we have kids, they always enjoy the pool. On this visit there was a problem with the septic/sewer system that caused the inlets around our campsite to discharge sewage resulting in unsanitary, smelly, fly-attracting conditions. Another camper we met there complained about the dusty conditions.

We've stayed at this KOA a week each yr.. It's a great place to stay and everyone is kind and helpful.The grandkids love the indoor pool. That was the problem. Friday and Sat. the pool was crowded. Parents were letting small kids in the hot tub. Teen boys had a football they were throwing to each other in the pool and just rowdy.and diving in. I never saw staff correcting anyone.

stay was nice granddaughter got to play alot and i got to ride my bike. we had electrical issues that were part them and part me. The maintenance guy was a real prick and should be fired period. we left early due to the amount of mosquitos that were there did not notice any spraying taking place by koa employees or any other measures to prevent or lessen the amount of mosquitos around.

Good place to stay. We stayed there 4 nights and everything we needed was close by and easy to find. People that worked there were great. The pull throughs were easy in and out. IF I get to Lubbock again I will definitely will stay there again.

I would make the dog run bigger and maybe put some gravel down level it because of the rain you had it was so muddy in there

We felt so welcomed and at home here! The staff and other guests were so friendly. This campground is older, but very clean, it has a homey feel, cats and chickens roaming around. I loved the rooster! There is free coffee in the office, often goodies as well. The heated pool and hot tub were amazing! The bathroom and showers are clean. The laundry room takes your credit card! No scrounging for quarters! The campground was pretty quiet, even with some train and road noise. Would love to come back !

We rented the tent spot so we can sleep in our SUV and the spot was perfect. Hot tub and pool area comfortable and inviting. Owner and her help were so fun to talk to over coffee. Whole park safe, quiet, beautiful and easy in and out. Great job!

Great little no frills campground! Good value. We couldn't figure out online booking, so we just gave them a call. The employee was pleasant and helpful. We would definitely stay again. We stayed in one of the two cabins. They are small and staff informed us of this in advance. We were provided a key at the office/small store which operated a deadbolt. Two windows inside, one of which was able to be opened. The floors were dirty unfortunately, so we did some cleaning ourselves. The bed was awful. We didn't sleep well because the "mattress", which would probably pass for a mattress pad, was about 4" thick and plastic with nothing under it. If we stay again, we'll just bring something else rather than bedding only. There was a TV in the cabin which was nice and the a/c, oil heater kept us comfortable. The campground is on the small side but well kept. Even with a full camp, they did a good job of keeping it clean. All gravel. I think there were two dumpsters. Staying in a cabin really helped to keep the traffic noise down. If youre bringing pets, please be aware the "dog park" is very small.. probably 150 square feet. We took advantage of local parks. There were 3 showers and four bathroom stalls in the ladies room. Water was hot. We checked out the pool and it was nice. Everything worked and the space was clean and inviting. Cute decor. Liked that the pool wasn't rectangular and got wider at the deep end. It's small but still nice with a 6 ft depth. There was also a nice medium sized playground with a fair amount of equipment for guests enjoyment.
