All of the FHUs worked properly, however, the sites were very close together. Also, when we book a pull-thru for one night, it normally be because we don’t want/need to disconnect our tow vehicle. This campground indicated upon arrival that we would have to d/c because there could not be any vehicles in the road. The place crams so many campers in there that you have to park on your picnic table

The campground was very clean, sites are nicely spaced apart. Very well stocked camp store. The office accommodated us when we had to add extra days to our stay by making it work out so we could remain in the same campsite. The best part is the on-sight massage therapist, Rachel, who gave me a fabulous massage. She worked out all the kinks in my neck and shoulders. I highly recommend her!

Cindy Lou deserves all the credit, what a sweet and wonderful person to represent KOA. The indoor swimming pool, however, needs attention to make it an enjoyable experience. It lacked sufficient ventilation and the interior could use a coat of paint.

We needed a place to stay overnight while traveling. We booked online and called to make sure we were going to be good arriving after office hours. Everything went very smooth. The Park is very clean and we love the dog park. We will definitely stay here again if needed.

We stayed in a cabin. Pros: It was cute, a good size, well maintained, and had a good shower. Cons: The AC was undersized for the space. It finally got comfortable late in the night. There was limited air circulation in the bunk room. The queen mattress had broken springs. There were only 3 dining chairs and I would expect to have 4 based on how many the cabin sleeps.

Campground is in need of some TLC Admittedly we we're an overnight stay so I am only reporting on the camp site and associated area's Campsites are very basic the K9 park is right next to a main road and rail line zero grass just rock hard ground Price wise they could easily charge more after investing into the site

Very nice place to stop en route to your destination. Kamping cabin was a/c and fan-cooled and the shower was nice and hot. One of the commodes had been out of service for a while (not sure why), but that's my only complaint.

Just stopping over and got in late so could not enjoy any of the facilities, but the park was nice and late check-in after hours was a breeze.

I don't give 5's for the most part, because I believe there is always room for improvement. In addition, we weren't there long enough. However, the people there were super nice. We were passing through on way to Colorado and stayed on our way back as well.

We have stayed there 3 or 4 times, very clean and the people are very nice and helpful. We wouldn't stay anywhere else when we are in Lubbock. Thank y'all

Just pulled in for the night. Friendly staff. No issues, easy off ramp, easy on, easy pull thru. Gravel site, hook ups close to center of rig which is nice. Got to use my short lines. picnic table sitting in grassy area.

Arrived late and greeted by very friendly “Booger”. Very clean campground and beautifully landscaped. We were just passing thru but definitely recommend!!

Plenty of empty site but put us right next to the highway. Could feel the trucks all night. Cars actually entered the campground though the trees on the side from the frontage road during the night about 30 feet from our trailer. Not safe! This place was gross.

We arrived around 7. Staff member working was not super friendly. Site had a big 'pit' on one side which we discovered was helpful for level when dropping wheels into it.....after avoiding it the first few times. :o) Bathroom doors too high, sighting to seat. Dog feces in our site when we parked. :o( Loved the 1pm checkout! Next day staff very nice.

Great overnight stay, however, have yet to receive my KOA Workamper travel voucher refund. Afternoon host promised to take care of it. Will contact corporate to settle the issue.

The trash dumpster was filled past compacity that was Friday. When we pulled out on Monday it was over filled to the point trash was all over the ground. This should not be happening. Makes the whole park look bad.

Generally good. I stayed in the tent area. Only issue was the large number of flies that swarmed my food at dinner time... I suspect they were from the large nearby open garbage dumpster.

Management is very hard to get ahold of if there are issues. The pool is hard to swim in because all you smell is sewer from the bathrooms the whole time.

We felt so welcomed and at home here! The staff and other guests were so friendly. This campground is older, but very clean, it has a homey feel, cats and chickens roaming around. I loved the rooster! There is free coffee in the office, often goodies as well. The heated pool and hot tub were amazing! The bathroom and showers are clean. The laundry room takes your credit card! No scrounging for quarters! The campground was pretty quiet, even with some train and road noise. Would love to come back !

We rented the tent spot so we can sleep in our SUV and the spot was perfect. Hot tub and pool area comfortable and inviting. Owner and her help were so fun to talk to over coffee. Whole park safe, quiet, beautiful and easy in and out. Great job!

Great little no frills campground! Good value. We couldn't figure out online booking, so we just gave them a call. The employee was pleasant and helpful. We would definitely stay again. We stayed in one of the two cabins. They are small and staff informed us of this in advance. We were provided a key at the office/small store which operated a deadbolt. Two windows inside, one of which was able to be opened. The floors were dirty unfortunately, so we did some cleaning ourselves. The bed was awful. We didn't sleep well because the "mattress", which would probably pass for a mattress pad, was about 4" thick and plastic with nothing under it. If we stay again, we'll just bring something else rather than bedding only. There was a TV in the cabin which was nice and the a/c, oil heater kept us comfortable. The campground is on the small side but well kept. Even with a full camp, they did a good job of keeping it clean. All gravel. I think there were two dumpsters. Staying in a cabin really helped to keep the traffic noise down. If youre bringing pets, please be aware the "dog park" is very small.. probably 150 square feet. We took advantage of local parks. There were 3 showers and four bathroom stalls in the ladies room. Water was hot. We checked out the pool and it was nice. Everything worked and the space was clean and inviting. Cute decor. Liked that the pool wasn't rectangular and got wider at the deep end. It's small but still nice with a 6 ft depth. There was also a nice medium sized playground with a fair amount of equipment for guests enjoyment.
