Very nice campsite and nice people but the rain contributed to a bad stay. We had to leave because of bad weather and MOSQUITOS. The mosquitos were in swarms and unbearable.

stay was nice granddaughter got to play alot and i got to ride my bike. we had electrical issues that were part them and part me. The maintenance guy was a real prick and should be fired period. we left early due to the amount of mosquitos that were there did not notice any spraying taking place by koa employees or any other measures to prevent or lessen the amount of mosquitos around.

Absolutely amazing location to stay. Staff is incredibly nice and this place has everything you need during a camping stay.

Good place to stay. We stayed there 4 nights and everything we needed was close by and easy to find. People that worked there were great. The pull throughs were easy in and out. IF I get to Lubbock again I will definitely will stay there again.

This is a nice RV park with nice people working there. Have stayed there multiple times and enjoyed each stay.

I would make the dog run bigger and maybe put some gravel down level it because of the rain you had it was so muddy in there

Nice park for an overnight stay. Not far to restaurants in town. Level spot and nice wide drives. Easy in, easy out! Nice Kamp K-9 as well.

Was just an over night stop but the camp ground is well kept lots are spacious and the staff was helpful and friendly. Would stay again on our travels

All of the staff are just amazing! Cindy and John are the camps hosts and they always go above and beyond to help! So much so, I keep coming back! Only thing that would make it better is if they had a weekly rate! (Hint, hint!) We love the indoor pool!

It was definitely noisy as stated by other reviews, but most KOA’s are usually right off major highways. The roads were really muddy, as was the K-9 camp, but it had probably just rained. Someone was washing their RV next to us so that added to the mud puddles. There was a nice indoor pool, the bathrooms were nice and well kept, and friendly staff. It was a place to rest safely.

frequent visitor...Very nice people working. Had horrible mosquito issues. Not really a KOA problem. Back in sites are getting pretty ratty.just everything needs redone. tables power posts etc. BIG Issue is the WIFI is horrible. the back ins have almost no service. The flowers around the office are just wonderful

The location is way too close to the highway and you hear the construction trucks and train going all night long.

Average campground. Roads need grading to help with the huge mud puddles after rain. Also a solution is needed better than stepping stones through the standing water to get to office, pool, and restrooms.

Park is nice and quiet. Nice sized dog park, playground needs updating, but the kids still had fun. Pool is amazing. All of that is good to have, but what makes me give a 5 star is the staff. From the camp hosts, Cindy & John, the owners, each front desk worker (Heather also deserves a mention!) and then every single maintenance worker I met were ALL so friendly and so helpful!

It was a lovely park with a good dog area! The employees were super friendly and helpful with any questions. We didn't use the indoor pool, but was gorgeous and very clean area!

We felt so welcomed and at home here! The staff and other guests were so friendly. This campground is older, but very clean, it has a homey feel, cats and chickens roaming around. I loved the rooster! There is free coffee in the office, often goodies as well. The heated pool and hot tub were amazing! The bathroom and showers are clean. The laundry room takes your credit card! No scrounging for quarters! The campground was pretty quiet, even with some train and road noise. Would love to come back !

We rented the tent spot so we can sleep in our SUV and the spot was perfect. Hot tub and pool area comfortable and inviting. Owner and her help were so fun to talk to over coffee. Whole park safe, quiet, beautiful and easy in and out. Great job!

Great little no frills campground! Good value. We couldn't figure out online booking, so we just gave them a call. The employee was pleasant and helpful. We would definitely stay again. We stayed in one of the two cabins. They are small and staff informed us of this in advance. We were provided a key at the office/small store which operated a deadbolt. Two windows inside, one of which was able to be opened. The floors were dirty unfortunately, so we did some cleaning ourselves. The bed was awful. We didn't sleep well because the "mattress", which would probably pass for a mattress pad, was about 4" thick and plastic with nothing under it. If we stay again, we'll just bring something else rather than bedding only. There was a TV in the cabin which was nice and the a/c, oil heater kept us comfortable. The campground is on the small side but well kept. Even with a full camp, they did a good job of keeping it clean. All gravel. I think there were two dumpsters. Staying in a cabin really helped to keep the traffic noise down. If youre bringing pets, please be aware the "dog park" is very small.. probably 150 square feet. We took advantage of local parks. There were 3 showers and four bathroom stalls in the ladies room. Water was hot. We checked out the pool and it was nice. Everything worked and the space was clean and inviting. Cute decor. Liked that the pool wasn't rectangular and got wider at the deep end. It's small but still nice with a 6 ft depth. There was also a nice medium sized playground with a fair amount of equipment for guests enjoyment.
