Fine for an overnight or very short stay. Tight sites that are badly in need of basic maintenance- like gravel. Given how much it rains here, the sites are very unlevel, rutted and muddy.

We only stayed one night on our way home. If it were not for needing to get back home the next day, we would have been tempted to stay another day or two just for the atmosphere and amenities.

Need more and better maintained bathrooms. We were given a code to use but then the codes were abandoned and you could get in without one! Keep the codes and maybe people won’t be so disgusting!

We had a great stay. The people are wonderful and the pool and activities we great. The sites are a bit close with placement of fire pits too close to the camper.

We were on a very unlevel site and had to really work to get parked where our 40ft diesel pusher could level. The weeds had not been mowed. They advertise Wi-Fi but it is basically unusable. They staff said that they know it is a problem and have for years requested an upgrade. The cable service was awful for 3 days and we were told it was on our end and then miraculously fixed itself

I could barely get my trailer close to level; the campsite could easily be made level. The bath house was too far away. I will not be returning to this campground. The only positive was that the staff members were friendly.

Great location in relation to Louisville, Bourbon Trail, Bardstown, and other fun locations. Beautiful campground area with activities to do. Wifi was the best we have ever had. Shower house was incredibly clean. Campground staff was very friendly and helpful.

This is 20 miles south of I40 which I didn't realize while making the reservation. But it was worth it. Beautiful campground. Showers were very clean.

Our stay was very nice. We enjoyed it tremendously. Staff was very courteous and helpful and the park is very peaceful. Greatly appreciated. We will definitely stay again.

Sue was terrific. All the Workers were so nice and helpful. Campground was lovely and convenient to everything. Store well stocked. Had a wonderful food truck. Plenty of family activities. Can’t wait to return with the grand kids. Cable was out for a short time and water shut off for 1 hour. Didn’t even know but they texted guests everything. Water pressure great. No electric issues.

I like the location, shady sites, great laundry area, low traffic inside and outside the area. The cable tv was very fuzzy, we just stayed with our antenna. We had trouble connecting to the wifi but got connected after calling the helpline. The wifi was very slow and sometimes would get bumped off.

We reserved a site with patio and furniture. We were unable to use the patio area. There was a plant or vine that was constantly dropping seeds or pods not sure exactly. It covered the patio furniture and would fall all over us, in our drinks etc. If i brushed the table and chairs off it just immediately covered them again

Well we checked out of cabin at 9 then they called said key wasn’t left in cabin trying charge me 25.00 4 a key that was on the nightstand.

We always enjoy our stay. However this time we were disappointed to se a large “Let’s Go Brandon” flag displayed at a site and we all know what that translates to. Aside from being juvenile, vulgar and not very family friendly. It can be alarming for some marginalized groups who are currently targets of the MAGA Trump crowd. We were under the impression political flags were not allowed,

The WiFi was horrible. The cable TV is terrible. Very fuzzy. Unlevel lots. It was very difficult getting the coach level without the back wheels off the ground. And very muddy.

Very clean and neat campground, including the bathhouses. Loved the play area with all the yard games. Every campground should do like this one and provide those family fun games. The chairs and tables at our site were perfect too!

Unfortunately, earlier in the day they had a rainstorm.We did not have cable available.The staff were friendly and helpful. The site was level and clean.Safety measures were in place. I would have liked to see a little more landscape including flowers.

We came down to do the Bourbon Trail and this campground was the perfect spot for us. It was really quiet and the shower rooms were clean and well maintained. We will definitely be back.

Great staff, nice pool, ok store! Our site was decent. Need to have more grass and less leafy weeds. Wouldn't want to stay here other than one night unless a patio site or cabin as most of the sites were cramped with no space between them. Otherwise, really great place for amenities and the location was really good and easy to find.

Location was great, but I felt we were a little too packed in. We would have liked to have had a little more space. The fire pit was not in a good location.

For the price we paid I expected a better campsite and campground. I am very glad it had not rained, or we would have been deep in mud. The sites said gravel but it mostly mud and very uneven ground. We had difficulty leveling our camper. We were down in a small gulley and every time a vehicle went by it kicked up a dust storm. I expected a better experience from a KOA.

Pretty campground, lots of trees, shade, cool central area with lots of activities, nice store. Good bathrooms, nice store. It’s an older park, layout is a little jumbled and tight. In/out can be challenging, both within park and entryway (narrow, curvy). Had “delux patio” reservation which included glider, none on our site but one next to us had one and was never occupied - disappointing.

Very nice campground, we were only there for one night but if we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stop there. The staff was very pleasant and friendly.

We loved our stay at the Louisville South KOA! The site is well situated, and there are so many activities. Staff were very friendly, and even though the site was packed, it was nice and quiet at night. We will definitely be back!
