My wife and I have stayed at this KOA a few times and it’s always been a nice time. We camp in our 27’ Thor and we have been in a different site every time. We’ve had to use our leveling bricks at times, but this time we were perfectly level and setup was a breeze. We will be returning again!! Thanks for a restful and relaxing stay!!

The park overall, bath houses and pool areas were clean and inviting. There were plenty of outdoor games in the mini park to keep the young ones busy. The staff was friendly and very attentive. Negatives: The Internet clocked at about 7 mbps and the water had a slight “lake” taste from the fresh water spigot. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and we would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay. Staff are always friendly and attentive. Park is always clean and stocked. Stay here several times a year and never had a bad experience. Would highly recommend staying here.

Very nice place, with friendly people and very accommodating!! They allowed us to leave our camper trailer while we went into Louisville and then we came back in the afternoon and picked it up.

It was a great stay, the campground was clean the people were friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and the bathrooms were great. The only thing I would like to recommend is since my wife has some stability issues it would have been nice to have a shower with some grab bars inside for her to grab hold of when she was showering. It was a great base camp for all the things we wanted to do.

We are a 40’ class A with a tote, rented a pull through, after we registered we were told we needed to disconnect our tote as it was too shap of turn into lot 276 when we got to lot it was very narrow we hugged the drivers side as close to a tree as possible and still had to run over a freshly sawed stump… whe I ask how to get out as it was tight the guide just drove off..paid additional amoun

Very rude staff. Grass not mowed. Paid more to have a paw pen site that couldn’t use due to grass knee high and everyone living there long term was using it for their dogs. Will not stay here again.

Campground is nice. Roads can be confusing the first time. Sites are long but very close together.

I have never in my 76 years been treated so badly , I'm disabled and wanted to see the part , my wife and I got into our mobility cart to take a ride , a very rude guy came up to us and said "you can't ride that thing here " we explained that I'm disabled and he said " I don't care , get that thing out of here " the same guy we saw mowing grass and riding around way past the 5 mph posted speed

We really didn't get to use your facility. We arrived late, set up, slept and took off early the next morning...we felt safe and it was nice and quiet.

Overall, campground was nice and staff was friendly. Playground and rocket park were awesome. There seemed to be a garbage problem. Lots of random litter all over the grounds that didn’t get picked up while we were there.

Had a great time in Louisville…I was there to visit with friends ..so I didn’t spend much time at the site. I can see though it would be a good place for families. I’m older and didn’t have any young children with me. I am planning more trips to the area & will probably make reservations there.

We only stayed one night, check-in was easy and they were friendly. Didn’t use any amenities, but there was a pool and play area for kids.

Overall a nice campground. Restrooms are clean and staff is polite. This is a large campground and some of the sites are close to each other.

Impossible to level in the site even though it was premium-priced. Somebody else’s dog poop bags left in the garbage prior to our arrival-never got emptied or replaced. Multiple low-hanging tree limbs-one of which took out our AC cover upon exiting the campground. No other way to exit. Overall felt like this KOA was old and neglected. The cost certainly didn’t reflect it.

Nice park, nice pool, very family friendly and the staff was great. But, our premium spot that we paid a premium price for was far from level both front to back and side to side. For the price we paid we should have a site approaching pool table flatness.

We love this KOA. The staff is great. But, not having the movie under the stars is a downer. Seeing the families sitting around enjoying each other and the kids watching the movie in the field is very comforting and nice. We looked forward to the movie until we heard the decision was made to have the movie under the pavilion. Please bring back Movie Under The Stars.

Lot size was very small at our pull through site. It appears they underestimated the lot size with picnic tables and awnings when adding the new sites. We also prefer concrete lots instead of stone for easier leveling. Our site was free of debris and it suited us for a quick weekend stay. Nice shade for a hot summer day too.

We havent been since 2020, but we were happy to see updates to the KOA and friendly staff as always. We dont live very far and plan to come to Louisville KOA several times a year. Its a nice home away from home.

We enjoyed our stay very much. However, when we got there, our fire pit was across the road, so we had to change our spot, which was fine, but it costed an extra 150.00 which was unexpected. We learned our lesson, so if we aren't able to actually choose our site, we're gonna make sure to call instead of doing it on line.

I have a 42' 5th wheel. I was initially placed on site 277. This site was so unlevel it was unusable. When I went to the office to get a new site, they told me they knew this site was a problem, and the guy who parked me also said he knew, yet they placed me there anyway because "that's where the computer placed you". I was moved to site 260 which was more level, but mainly dirt, and thus mud.

We had a great site#303 large grassy area vegan bd us and not jammed next to our neighbors. Lovely pool. Clean showers. Thank you for the extra discount to stay another day… we took advantage of it!

One of the nicest KOAs we have stayed at in a while! Most of the KOAs have been less than impressive! The properties have been poorly maintained but the staffs have been great!

Louisville South KOA was a great place for children with a lovely pool and outdoor games. My dissatisfaction comes with the camping spots themselves. We were in site #264 which was horribly unlevel. Our daughter was in the site next to us and it was not much better. The hookups are antiquated and and lawn was not mowed. There was also a huge fly problem, and we couldn't sit or eat outside.

We loved our stay at the Louisville South KOA! The site is well situated, and there are so many activities. Staff were very friendly, and even though the site was packed, it was nice and quiet at night. We will definitely be back!
