Park needs work, grounds, entrance, grass is minimal and for the money the overall park is not worth the cost. Yes they have a pool. This park should be 50 bucks max to stay there. Neighbors are very close

We stayed in a deluxe cabin and was pretty disappointed. The beds were bad, the bunk beds literally had the same mats as jail in them and I couldn’t exchange towels once housekeeping was gone. Could only use one burner on the stove. The pricing in the store was super fair and the staff were nice. But the rate I paid for the cabin was so disappointing for the result. I feel robbed lol

Not an easy access site…very difficult to get in and out of spots. Did have a good amount of activities for the kids.

This is the best KOA ever with the best staff. They make you feel like family when you arrive and it doesn’t stop until you leave. They should win the president’s award every year. They truly exemplify what a KOA should be.

What you refer to as the New camping area is incredibly tight. Your rvs front door is in your neighbors septic drain.

I found the staff to be very professionally and helpful. During our stay a very powerful storm came through, knocking out power and bring down many trees. The management and all the staff handled this emergency very efficiently and keep all the campers informed throughout. They did a great job!

The best part of our stay was the staff. Our site was terrible. There was red clay everywhere. We paid $100.00 plus per night! We only paid $70.00 a night in a very nice KOA in Florida during February-March. It was a beautiful KOA. I thought we were getting a pull thru site with a concrete slab and nice patio furniture. We were extremely disappointed. There was no place for a camp fire.

Good RV park but over priced in my opinion. We don’t need all the amenities for children. Showers were not clean for a Monday morning shower.

We enjoyed our 4-night stay with our A Class RV. Everything was great! We will stay again on our next trip through Kentucky.

We had a fantastic stay with you, it was a great ten days. There is so much for the kids to do and the sites are clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful when a storm came through and we needed assistance. We highly recommend!

The customer service of all the employees was fabulous. They had so many wonderful things for our grandchildren to do. The park was very clean and organized. We even had a tornado touchdown close to the park, and there were fallen trees and branches everywhere! They were very professional and got everything taken care of. We always felt safe. We will visit again.

Great location to visit sites in Louisville. Shopping close by. Site was a little in level and we were near play area which got noisy at times. Staff friendly and helpful.

We had some bad weather, but the staff handled it well and safely. Hated to see some of the trees get damaged, glad no one was hurt.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Can tell that this KOA has had a lot of TLC recently. The kids' play area was the best we've seen at any KOA. Thought the staff was amazing and very helpful. Ladies in front office were very accommodating and friendly. Preston and his team were always visible and easy to find - very, very helpful on our arrival. GM was very helpful when a storm disrupted things!

1st night we couldn’t level the RV, was very uneven, 1/2 the site had water and mud. Site we were on the next 4 nights was better. Cable tv was terrible, very snowy, couldn’t even see the people. Cable was up and down constantly, had to watch crappy antenna tv. Shouldn’t even advertise you have cable. Price was ridiculously high for this campground.

The site I had was very unlevel because of that I had to do extra work to get my RV level giving my Rv doesn't have a hydraulic leveling system.

The staff was friendly willing to help answered all of her questions to stay was great up until the storm hit Sunday night and they took care of everyone affected they came around make sure everyone was all right they got right on cleaning up the trees that fell I will come back and stay again

The staff is wonderful! We reserved a premium RV site. We’ve reserved them at other KOAs. We were disappointed in the inconsistent patio size (ours was narrow) making it a little snug. It seemed many of the average sites might have the same amount of room. The grounds were maintained and bath houses were clean. All in all we’d stay again but not at the premium sites. Thank you �

Cabin DC1 was nice with plenty of green space around fire pit. One of the nicest KOA pools we’ve seen! 4 k cups were not enough for 4 adults staying 2 nights. Provide coffee for each person- each morning or tell campers to bring there own! We had coffee for a pot so had to pay a dollar for each additional k cup.

We had a great time at this campground with our grandchildren. We love that there were lots of activities for them to do. Didn't quite like our site. The neighbors septic hook up was just 5 foot from our door step. Also, our picnic table was across the road. Not very convenient considering we had 3 littles ones with us.

Amenities were great, the kids really enjoyed their stay. The campsites are gravel, unlevel, and there wasn't any yard to the site. Sites were extremely tight! The jump pillow wasn't inflated for 2 of our 4 day stay and they didn't have any activities for the kids throughout the week, only weekends even tho there were tons of kids all week.

DC2 had sufficient amenities for a week long stay. Cons: The a/c unit in the main bedroom smelled like smoke really bad. It was turned off when we came in and I’m guessing that’s why. Hopefully a filter change will fix it. I would also suggest not putting towels in scented bags to transfer them. It made the towels smell bad. Mattress in main bed could be updated as you sink into the middle.

We loved our stay at the Louisville South KOA! The site is well situated, and there are so many activities. Staff were very friendly, and even though the site was packed, it was nice and quiet at night. We will definitely be back!
