We came in part because of the jumping pillow that was advertised and it was taken out and the website not updated. The other facilities were “fine”. Sites are small and not well kept. Bathrooms were “fine” but not awesome

As always the stay was great. The staff is amazing. The kids love the volleyball sand court that replaced the jump pillow. And there’s so much to do. The only complaint is the daily price for spots. It’s increased a great deal..

Lovely and large campground. I was just there overnight as I was traveling en route. A camper backed in next to me and the man acted aggressively towards my dog. Fortunately he moved which was best.

The pool and outdoor games were great, we enjoyed our stay and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We brought along fishing poles in hopes to take our grandson fishing but the access to the water was not cleared/mowed. Thankfully we scouted it out before getting his hopes up about fishing.

Upon check in we were allowed to change to a parking spot with a dog run. We were there on a holiday weekend and you would have thought it was a weeked, the grounds were so quiet.

The staff were kind and outgoing. John was especially helpful. The activities were fun and creative (tie die, foam, bingo...). The bathrooms and showers were clean and nice.

We stayed for 5 nights over Labor Day. Absolutely love the staff, very professional and friendly. The campground was kept very nice, the showers/bathrooms were clean at all times even over the weekend when the campground was full. On Saturday with a full campground we saw staff after hours driving around in gilfcarts just to make sure all was good. Plenty of activities for the kids.

Noticed many improvements since the last time we stayed there. It is a great place the RV for a stay.

Campgrounds nice but cabin had a few problems: door would not close without turning knob, bathroom sink faucet would not go hot or cold but only on and off. Bath water ran slow and went cold before bath full for my leg tbls, so did not sleep well. All else ok.

Positive friendly staff and clean park. Great location. Negative internet is not good and cable didn’t work. Needs improvement on the internet provided. Since this park is a corporate owned would have thought it would have been better with those type of services. Also our lot was really tight for our trailer. The slide out touched the electrical box and the awning up against a tree.

Campground and staff were fine. I was placed in a campsite that I was only 10 ft away when I was sitting outside to drink my coffee. As I looked around I seen a number of sites that were spaced out farther or on end of row. Don’t known why you pack sites in tight. I would think you would space out as far as possible and fill in when you get filled. I would have understood better if all sites wer

Great place to stay. Lots of fun activities to do onsite. Staff are friendly and professional. Not a place to stay if you are intown working to help the residents of Kentucky as they do not have long term sites available as they have a waiting list for a year. It was unfortunate they don't offer any weekly rates either. Overall a great place to stay for the vacationer.

9pm & storming. priority unloading car.Had to use rr. Didn't expect combination lock & thought it for employees to lock (for cleaning, maintenance etc)and not for guests. Asthma made hurrying hard. Called park host. Left message asking for it to be open and call back when ready. Son found code on check in form but host should be more courteous and called with code. MISERABLE mattress. Slats felt.

We were in site#270. Not very level, cable wire running across the site, mesh sticking up and trip hazard. The a##hole next to us parked his truck in road, had to back out of site. Speed bumps need to be painted for visibility.

Nice spot! Clean cabin, fun courtyard for the kids, WiFi only worked near the office but there was plenty of seating nearby.

Checked in and the staff was wonderful, got an escort to our site he was great. The campgrounds are very tight but we have a 45 foot Entegra with a tow car. I think the circuit breaker was old and it tripped on us. I shut off an air conditioner and it was fine. Leaving was relatively simple but again a tight squeeze. The KOA was nice but for me a little of a tight fit. I’m doing a one and done.

Totally uneven and most campers will not have materials to level their unit when the site is 99.90 for one night.

We loved our stay at the Louisville South KOA! The site is well situated, and there are so many activities. Staff were very friendly, and even though the site was packed, it was nice and quiet at night. We will definitely be back!
