Fun activities, nice trail with two Indian shelters, and clean bathrooms. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Sites are small, but well maintained.

Everything was great! Loved the communication and the ability to text a real person if you need something! Great place, loved it. The ONLY thing, little thing, is I like a spot that the grass is cut...ours grass was a little high for my liking, but literally that was the only tiny thing and that's not that big of a deal! Overall it was a 10 on my list and we will be back! Very clean! Thank you!

All the staff was friendly, helpful and went above the norm. Park itself needs some improvements , some lots are small and cramped in spots, others great .

Fantastic little KOA, family friendly. I feel like their nature tails are an unspoken treasure here. Short enough hike to do with the kids, but the caves are wonderful to see. Bathroom lock is slightly difficult but once you know the magic touch it's great.

The lights string around the rec area were very bright at night and were intrusive to our rv. When I asked if they could be shut off at night I was told no. when we arrived on Sunday they were off. So someone lied to us

the cabin I stayed at had the socket high up on the wall above the top bunk bed! Ridiculous. I've never seen anything like that and I've stayed at KOA all the way to the Dakotas. Bad deal��

Only 2 30 amp pull thru sites, and they were on top of each other. We were site 241, and our picnic table was practically on top of the sewer for site 240. Fire pit too close to rig; spaces tight and cramped. View is of a residential neighborhood behind a fence with little screening. Fine for a one night stay, but as a KOA holiday, we'll pass.

A very nice place to stay if you’re looking for all the frills. We were there a week and didn’t use any of the amenities other than the dog park. It was a bit noisy with all the movement of vehicles in and out.

Staff were all very friendly, sites are fairly level with gravel, easy in and out. Have stayed here numerous times in past but we always had class A MH. We have downsized to a class C and decided to use the KOA showers...BIG MISTAKE!!! The water pressure was the worst I have ever seen. It was just trickling out so impossible to rinse hair. Ugh

Staff is very helpful. Campsite is kept up and clean. Sites are not level, so bring plenty of blocks for the tires. Site 284 is near the basketball hoop and had kids playing basketball a couple of nights till midnight and as early as 7AM so try to avoid.

Unlevel pull through site, narrow site with no grass and barely room for a picnic table. Not clear if we could use the fire pit across the road. Suggest a security gate in the future for use after 10 pm

We had a wedding in Louisville so this was the perfect place to stay while in the area. Although we didn’t spend as much time at the campground as we would have liked to, our time there was enjoyable.

It was great! Lots of activities. It was out first time at a KOA and we were impressed with how clean everything was. The gift shop prices were a little high but all in all a great stay!

i love this KOA. They have made so many improvements. Everyone is friendly. We stop here on our way down to Florida and back to Michigan. We tell everyone how clean it is, safe,etc. This year I had made a mistake on booking my reservation and they took care of it. Can't say enough good things.

Took our 2 yr. Old granddaughter on her first camping trip. We all had a blast! She played her little heart out she made tie-dye shirts, watch the movie, etc.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Clean park. I don’t know if it was because of the weather but planes landing until well after midnight. Had a hard time sleeping. Not KOA fault though!

We have "it's broken" issues and had to convert our parking spot into a cabin. The staff helped us get into the parking area, told us about an amazing pizza and made us feel welcome. The cabin was great - the shower felt amazing and we woke up ready to tackle the next leg of our trip. We will be back when we can sit outside and enjoy another pizza.

excellent communication via text; smooth check in after hours; site was easy to back into. facilities were really nice -- I checked out showers and rest rooms even though we didn't need them -- very clean so I would have been happy to use them. appreciated the 20% off extended stay so we checked in early and so glad we did!

We arrived later than we anticipated but were greeted with the welcome home feel that we have come to experience with KOAs. The ground were well kept, plenty to do and Karen was very helpful, kind and made us feel right at home. The weather did not allow us to enjoy the outside but we hope to go back again. I would highly recommend this campground for a quick stop-in or extended stay.

Muddy,rained alot. Not paved streets or sites. Sites are small and close together. Set back from street,which was good, but road to campground is curvy and narrow for bigger units. It just wasn't well kept. Not mowed,

Arrived in vey wet storm at 4:30pm. Got charged for dog as I expected. Asked for 2 towels to dry dog after potty breaks. Told no because housekeeping was already gone. I asked for even old, clean ones. The bed needs tobe replaced, it is sunk in one side. I stayed in nashvill a few times, it and everyone was great. Karen at desk is appropriately named. Will not return in Louisville.

We loved our stay at the Louisville South KOA! The site is well situated, and there are so many activities. Staff were very friendly, and even though the site was packed, it was nice and quiet at night. We will definitely be back!

Clean campground. It's tight, but most KOA's are. Perfect for quick overnight stay.
