Always enjoy my stay at this campsite but they need to work on that lock in the mens facility totally outdated

We rented a cabin on a cold and snowy February evening…a better heater (or loan of a second heater for one of the winter’s coldest nights) would have been nice. And why oh why did you go to the trouble of installing good TV in the cabins but got the smallest screen possible? Surely a decent sized screen would have been worth a few more dollars.

Nothing to do in Lordsburg, only reason I rated the KOA at 4, instead of 5. The campground is nice, quiet.

Microwave was not in the cabin as advertised, otherwise the staff was amazing allowing us to use the office microwave. Thank you

The bathroom & showers are beautiful and very clean. I had to ask the age of Kabin 3 because it looked like new inside and had the best lighting of any Kabin I have ever been in. Can't wait to come back.

Couldn't check in early as the location is understaffed. Cabin had TV, Microfridge, and AC. Close to I-10. I have family in Lordsburg and it is a struggling town now. I stayed in 3 KOAs on this trip and this was only cabin with TV and microfridge.

We had a three-night stay during an event we were attending about 40 miles away (no accommodations closer). We were late arrival and early departure and had absolutely no trouble getting in or out. The Deluxe Cabin more than met our needs, giving us a place to clean-up and relax after each day out in the field under very austere conditions during our event. Highly recommend this location!

We had a kamping cabin and arrived at 5 pm at 105 degree temperature and they did not think to turn on the air conditioner earlier in the day to start the cabin cooling. So after 2 hours, the cabin was still very hot. I complained to the management but they said there was nothing they could do. I said they could reimburse us. And the guy was very rude. We finally left at 8 pm and got a hotel room.

I got the tepee for a night and I didn’t even last two hours in it. I was so excited cause it looked so cute until all the bugs started to be everywhere. They were on the bed, the walls, floor, and even crawled on my leg. I know it’s camping but I expected the tepee to be more secure, even my tent wouldn’t have that many bugs. We stayed this time in Kamping Kabin. When we got there the temperature was 100 n the cabins A/C was not plugged in. Took over four hours to get the cabin comfortable. When the cabin was reserved and temp went up someone should turn on the A/C before check in. Also the mini refrigerator didn’t work. So had issues but rest stay was good

Love the small cabin. The staff are very nice and helpful. I hope the swimming pool will be ready for summer use. The grounds are well kept and the ladies bath and shower room were nice and clean!

We stayed in the Teepee for a night. The teepee was as described, but I wish I knew to bring my tent heater. It was cold in there, but we were ok with our sleeping blankets. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The camp kitchen is in a good location. The best and most unique thing they have is breakfast! Such a nice feature. Thank you for our wonderful stay!

Having arrived late, we didn't see the sign on the office door regarding a free pancake breakfast nor that the office was only open for only an hour in the morning. The KOA brochure said nothing about the free pancakes either. The camp kitchen didn't have water to wash dishes and there was no water at the camp site. We managed to find a water hose and wash our dishes outside.

Loved loved loved the Deluxe Cabin! So cozy, comfy was the cabin. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. And they were very accommodating for us to charge our Lightning truck at the site. Will def be back on our trips through Lordsburg. It was nicer than 90% of the mid-range hotels we stayed at.

Second time staying here. Convenient stop off I-20. It is a KOA Journey versus KOA Holiday or KOA Resort. This KOA Journey is tucked away behind a neighborhood off the I-20. It has a nice little playground for kids, nice pool, and a small dog park. It is neatly kept. Bathroom/showers are very clean. The staff working (Donald or was it Douglas... so sorry my memory is mush) was very nice & helpful

It was a joy to have a place to stay but the place is a little need of some upgrades compared to othe KOA's, but the cabin was clean bathrooms clean and A/C worked just fine....... I will they would wait till end of Oct to winterize there pool....... still kinda warm out. Overall it was good and clean

We enjoyed our stay, and also eating at Kranberry's Chatterbox just a block or two away. On driving in, you'll see some vacant properties, but the campground was clean, the staff was friendly, the price was excellent, and we felt safe. There were train whistles, but we enjoy those and weren't awakened by any in the night.

I have stayed at Lordsburg many times. Park itself is a little rundown and could use upgrades, check-in is always a major hassle because of office never being open when it should be . . according to the bizarre hours posted by the front door. Keypads on bathrooms and laundry are ancient and difficult to operate, definite upgrades needed here.

A great place to spend a night while traveling from AZ to ME. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Not sure why the pool hours are limited to what they are since there is no lifeguard anyway. We would have enjoyed a late morning swim before getting back on the road.

It was 104 degrees outside. When we arrived the ac was off and fridge unplugged. Neither the room nor fridge cooled off the tv was so blurry we could not even see it and there was tary black stuff all over the floor that got allover my Aussie. Worst KOA stay ever. I plan to call customer servi e after my trip. I always stay at KOA. In 10 years worst ever.

If your desperate than it's does the job to stay overnight with res. Everything was unplugged so it took all evening for the ac to cool down. When we went to the pool the apparent owners wife was sitting in a chair nearby the pool with a bottle of chlorine in her lap. She said she was fixing to add it and we would have to wait a while. We decided not to swim. I think she did not add the chlorine.

Low key KOA, good for overnight stay. Looked like they had additional camping amenities, but everything closed for the season? Clean restrooms. Check in was complicated by pet policy for their cabins. Employee insisted that we failed to complete our online reservation regarding a pet. After clarifying that we had NO pet the conversation only continued. Felt like a shake down for additional money.
