Very friendly staff. Everything was very clean. They only recommendation that we have is - the showers could use grab bars and a soap dish.

Love this campground! Outstanding staff & wifi. Great dog park & bathrooms. We stay here every year on our way to Florida. Highly recommend this KOA.

Staff were super friendly and the deluxe cabin was very warm, clean, quiet and relaxing to stay in. The staff even helped us plan our trips in sightseeing so we could avoid traffic. It was very enjoyable and we hope to come back in the summer time!

We like this campground enough that we came back and stayed during the off season, but it may be our last stay. The staff was so high strung and nosy that they were borderline harassing. If the staff could calm down a little bit I would consider coming back.

This was one of our favorite KOA camp grounds ever. The staff were amazing, the brand new shower rooms are the best we have seen in camp grounds. The site was perfect for a 35 ft RV towing a car. The trails are great too. A must stay again on my list for sure..,

We really appreciated the level sites, but we were most impressed with the new family bathrooms that had great water pressure and nice hot water! We explored the K9 camp dog park and was amazed at all the equipment. Should travels take us this way again, we will gladly book a longer stay.

I had a small, rock-filled back in site next to the dumpster. I paid over $50 a night. I was expecting something more, honestly.

We're sorry that we did not meet your expectations. We would gladly find a different site for you if we had known you were not happy. Sites are gravel throughout the park. That site can be very private, most enjoy the view of the woods. It's lovely in Spring and Fall.

Beautiful campground scenery is restful and very quiet. I'm grateful that we were given accurate directions by the staff upon making our reservation as the GPS was trying to take us in the wrong direction.

We were very impressed with this KOA. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our dogs loved the Camp K9 park! Our site had a great view of the mountains and ridges.

We always stay here when we are in the Chattanooga area. Bathrooms are private, new, and clean. Staff is very friendly and it's very quiet as it's away from a hwy. Several things for kids to do as well.

My reason for a low rating pertains only to us, and in all fairness, we arrived after dark (which we try never to do). It was a very long way off the interstate on dark narrow road for a one night stay. It was a dangerous sharp right turn, downhill and sloping and poorly lit. While in the daylight leaving it wasn't too bad. Our rig 43 ft and 13.6" tall was just too big.

From the very beginning it was wonderful! Staff was wonderful and so inviting. We got to our site and was a bit nervous just because of the size ( i did request being near the pen) but when we backed in, we were the most level we have ever been EVER! WIFI was excellent. We were able to watch all the college football games. I love that you are off the beaten path! We will be back for sure!!

Just passing through. We arrived after dark and the office was closed but it was easy to follow the directions and was able to find a pull-thru site nearby and get hooked up. At dawn, we were preparing to leave when I took a quick walk around the campground. The views were beautiful and I quickly decided that this was a place that I will visit again someday. Oh, and the bathrooms are amazing!!

Wonderful stay. The bath houses are the best around. I’ve never seen separate full baths before and it was awesome, especially because we were staying during the Christmas freeze of 2022 and kept our RV winterized during our stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The price was incredibly low for the facilities. convenient location to all Chattanooga has to offer. All in all, great!!!

This was our second stay. Other than not having water because of extreme cold you could have loaded onboard tanks. Shower house was exceptional.

This campsite was absolutely a wonderful place to stay and visit. I was amazed at the friendliness of the staff and the other campers. I have most definitely made new friends!! Susan was a huge help���The cabins are nice and very clean!! I am all about clean. I was very impressed!! The laundry rooms and bath house was spotless!! These people take great care of the facility!! Kids loved it!!

Nice facility however we were in a spot where the holding tank became clogged. Laundry facilities nice. Location to SLC lineman training center was excellent. Signage to campground excellent.

The bathrooms were very clean and nice. We wish they would put a stool or small table outside the shower to put toiletries on. People are very nice. We will be back. Very convenient to Chattanooga TN.

Our site was very easy to get set up and pulling out was great as well. We have a dually and did not have an issue with room at all. This campground is close to the activities we planned in the area and the front desk staff was very helpful in giving us easier directions.

It was a beautiful and quiet location, however, our RV spot was slightly sloped forward and we weren't able to put our stabilizers down.

Nice place for an overnight stay-not much anyone can do about this, but the leaves make a real mess if you have dogs with a longer coat.

We stopped overnight while traveling, Although we have a motorhome, the shower is very small so the main reason we choose to stay at a campground was for a full shower. I went to check out the facilities when we arrived and was very impressed - private rooms with toilet, shower, sink. When we went back to shower later, out of 9 showers, all except 2 were locked & those 2 were being used.

Thank you for your comments. We do close some restrooms during the "slow" season. Some rooms are just restrooms, no shower, just may have been occupied. Sorry for the inconvenience. We'll make note and try to be more observant. Hope your stay was more pleasant than not.

Great fun for kids! The bouncy pillow was a huge hit. Very nice, level camping spots. The whole place was spotless! Great internet too. Would definitely stay here again!
