Great hiking trail on site. Nice big field and K9 areas

Had 2 minor issues. 30 amp outlet at site was very worn and could not get a good connection, they did repair it very quickly. The other issue was their fire wood was pretty bad, not seasoned enough and hard to burn.

The two gentlemen in the office were very helpful to make sure we had a space bug bought to not have to unhook for a one night stay. Nice setting wish we could have stayed longer

Our site was at the lowest point of the campgroud, a fair distance and downhill from the bathroom block. It was cold that night, so struggling to the bathroom was quite an ordeal. We decided not to stay a second night.

We are sorry to hear that your stay wasn't to your liking. On our property, our tenting areas are located on the lower end of the campground. However, for future stays, we do provide parking around the office to make access to the showers more convenient. We hope to see you again.

It is a very nice place with lots of different type sites and amenities. Wasn’t particularly crowded and was disappointed we were put in a small end spot with only a patch of grass for the fire pit and picnic table. Also, lawn mowers came out and, despite cutting grass next to areas with gravel, none of the machines were using the safety equipment on the chutes. Matter of time B4 a stone flies.

Our stay was delightful. The staff were friendly and helpful. The place was immaculately maintained. The only issue we had was that the campsites are too close together.

This was a quick overnight stay in a cabin. Great location, and very clean cabin and showers. I will definitely be stopping back in. One of the cleanest shower houses at a KOA.

It rained the whole time so we couldn’t use the jump pad, kids were bummed but it looked really cool. Bathrooms were always clean and staff were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Friendly staff but store closes early! No mention of firewood/sales so we had to drive to find it. Koa was clean and we loved our sites & the quietness of the campground.

Enjoyed our 4 night stay. Site was clean, facilities were clean and no issues. We stayed on the backside and it was very quite.

Overall we enjoyed this KOA, staff was great, sites were nice, everything was clean. Location is great base to visit Lookout Mountain and Chattanooga We did feel the playground noise went on way too late. Rules say it closes at dusk but we were listening to kids screaming until 9pm most every night. We had a great site but if we return we’ll request a site far from the playground.

Beautiful area and campgrounds, enjoyed hiking the trail around the campground, the K9 Camp, the jumping pillow, and just walking around the campground in general. Bathrooms so clean and loved the family bathroom layout. Lots of things to do in the sur area. Excellent communication by text while we were there, with warnings about the threatening weather coming in. We will be back again.

We chose Lookout Mountain KOA for it's location and it is good for the places we were visiting. However, we stayed at two other campgrounds in the same week and this one was the most expensive of the three, and the site we had was narrow and hard to get into. We were so close to the next site, we could not extend our awnings. We had a "Patio" site, but it was behind our camper, not beside.

Pool was drained. It was cold since days but sunny and hot others would have been nice to us the pool. No waters available at the office.

Our pool is open May 1st-September 15th. These dates are posted on our main website. As for the drink availability, we do apologize, we are currently waiting on a shipment of a new cooler/refrigerator for our camp store.

We stayed at 4 different campsites on this trip from Ohio to Florida. This by far was the cleanest. The sites are close together which made it a little uncomfortable especially when the person next to us ran his/her generator all night.

The best bathroom/showers - so clean, updated, well-kept. Quiet, peaceful. Most KOAs are near a main highway. This one is too, but it is up on top of the mountain, so the sound of the train going by was faint and I didn’t hear any cars at all. The signs up to the top of the mountain are helpful - “You’re almost there!” “Keep going.” The best KOA I’ve visited across many states.

This place is perfect! The best staff on the planet, you really can’t find nicer people. Lovely sites that give that true camping feel. A nature trail and good size dog park with so many obstacles for the dogs to enjoy. The location is so convenient to a lot of tourist and hiking spots. I can’t stress enough how much I loved my stay here.

Great fun for kids! The bouncy pillow was a huge hit. Very nice, level camping spots. The whole place was spotless! Great internet too. Would definitely stay here again!
