Set in the beautiful rolling hills of Southeast Ohio, this intimate festival offers live music from a variety of genres on multiple stages from national, regional, and local acts. Catch live music on multiple stages: NMF features a main stage of course, but also a picturesque Porch Stage, the small No-Fi Cabin featuring artists performing with no electricity, and our FREE Boxcar Stage with music from an old train car turned into a stage backdrop and mural.
20th Anniversary!Every year, on Father's Day weekend, the downtown streets of Logan, Ohio come alive with the celebration of the washboard, as a musical instrument. Logan is the home of the Columbus Washboard Company, the only remaining washboard manufacturing company in the U.S. It all began in rural America around mid-1800's, where music was a center- piece of family entertainment, but money was scarce. So, the washboard, an empty jug, along with a stick and string attached to metal tub turned upside down, became the backwoods answer to Saturday Night at Carnegie Hall. Modified to form a “vest” that hangs from the shoulders, that same raspy sound of energy also became the source of rhythm for Cajun music throughout the Bayou. Welcome to Logan, heart of the beautiful Hocking Hills and enjoy Ohio's Most Unique Music Festival!
If you love art, gardens and music, come enjoy the lovely woodland setting at scenic Bishop Educational Gardens, 13200 Little Cola Rd., Rockbridge. Throughout the beautiful gardens, there will be more than 70 fine area artists and craftspersons displaying, demonstrating and marketing their products. Annuals, perennials, and water plants will be for sale, Master Gardeners will answer questions on plant growing and maintenance. Visit the Viking Camp located between parking lot and Lilyfest grounds.
