The husband and wife team were super helpful. Had an interesting interaction with our neighbor and told the office. They were supportive and offered to go by. Made it clear to call if something more happens. Appreciated it!

Sites close together with no privacy. A cabin was next to our site and their car was next to our RV. Bathroom was disgusting.

The spots near the river are nice but we had an rv spot tight up front. Most spots are too close together, with no privacy. Fine for a night but not a relaxing weekend. Staff was friendly

The 1st 2 nights of our stay there was quite a bit of people noise around our area until around 12:30 A.M. We were in spot #2. The 1st morning the people in spot #1 started making noise inside and outside their camper just a few minutes after 5:00 A.M. They pulled out about an hour later. The 3rd night was very quiet and pleasant. I loved the Pet area that was provided.

WiFi and internet were difficult to access.My grandson was able to acess them for me. The showers need deep cleaning. A good feature is the fold down seat.However, the hinges were filthy. Also, only one shower had water. Reservation staff were very pleasant and helpful.

As always we had a great 4 days in paradise valley . Gregory and his staff are the best you will find anywhere . we will be back in a couple weeks and so looking forward to it .

Very friendly KOA staff as usual. Property getting run down a bit and the layout packs people in to tight. My biggest objection was the road in. It was in absolute terrible condition and I don’t know that I want to drag my trailer over it again. Not to mention if you’re frequently going in and out of the property you are having to negotiate that minefield of a road.

We have been camping here for 10 plus years and have seen the maintenance of the grounds decline drastically. And the pool closes at 8pm along with banana bike rentals closing 7:30pm. It is a beautiful area and we know how the campground has been cared for in the past and the personal touches that are not there anymore.

Arrived 10 minutes before closing but the staff took care us us promptly and showed us where our site was.

The campground was clean and well-maintained. The bathroom was also clean and centrally located. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. The campground is located in a great place, on the banks of the Yellowstone River. The location is very good for people who plan to fish the Yellowstone or nearby spring creeks. Access to hiking trails is good, particularly the trails.

Fantastic views, great staff giving a neighborhood feeling, great site layouts. Only downfall is Wyoming DOT tar&chipping the perfectly good asphalt road causing numerous tar chips on vehicle

As we all use / need to communicate with friends & family campgrounds need to make upgrading WIFI An important part of your business model. Spearfish SD KOA had figured out how to do this and others need to follow that example. My future trips will not include KOA’s with poor WIFI. That is most important to my Wife & I .. RVs were cramped together. Tree stumps sticking up, grounds not taken care of. Loved that it was along the Yellowstone River, had good shade over our RV.

Our spot was nice and tucked away. Loved the patio furniture. Clean bathrooms! Great front desk girl too!

Nice rustic spots. Staff didn’t seem motivated to accommodate the children. There were not allowing bike rentals, did not have the scheduled children’s activity, and did not have any hidden butterflies for the children to find around the campground. This was the reason we came back to this KOA with our grandchildren but there was no explanation or attempt to do anything extra for the children.

1 out of 3 showers didn’t work in women’s restroom. I called to make a reservation and the guy said they were full but he didn’t really look so I went on line and booked a site. He must not need the business.

The campground has a variety of spaces for tents to pull-thru. The KOA grounds are next to the Yellowstone River - not recommended for swimming. The area is nicely treed and the staff was very kind and helpful. You will enjoy a night or more here.

Everything was great, the sites are a bit closer together but all in all it was a nice campground. The staff we had contact with were very friendly.

Staff super nice and helpful. Campground and small dog park were well maintained. We cut short our stay due to our 135lb senior dog deciding he was no longer going to climb stairs into the trailer. I explained to the office staff why we needed to check out early and they were so kind and caring. Most likely his last camping trip, but we will return someday. Kindness goes a long way! Thank you!

This is a beautiful place to park your RV and explore the area. Jordan, Allison, Eric and all the staff are so helpful and friendly!! We were here for a week and everything was seamless and easy with the campground. We were here in October and weathered a freak snowstorm (like a foot of snow!) and they helped us however they could. We would definitely stay here again if/when we head back out this way.

We loved this spot. It was 51 miles from the N. Entrance but everyone else was closed for the winter. The time we spent and the hosts were great. We will stay again when the opportunity arises. Thank you Allison & Jordan for making us comfortable while we were there.
