The campground is clean and well maintained and has nice river views, however the sites are very close together with no privacy and we had people cutting through our campsite often. I would not stay here again unless we really needed a place and nothing else in the area was available.

Thanks for camping with us. I hope you can find a campground where everyone practices proper camping etiquette. However with so many you camper, I don't think you will. Our sites are larger than most campgrounds. Good luck finding what you are looking for.

Extremely helpful and friendly personnel and clean accommodations. Also, appreciate the shared knowledge of where the good (and not-so-good) fishing spots were.

Great campground! Very friendly staff, large sites, on the river, super WiFi! Route 302 got a bit loud but we seemed to tune it out. Lots for families to do and great accommodations for TENT camping.

No cell phone coverage

Thanks for camping with us. Perhaps, you need to camp in the city so you will have phone coverage. We are in the mountains of NH and we all deal with spotty phone service. If you had of come to us we could have explained to us to put you phone on wifi calling.

Pros: Very nice, small, clean, quiet campground with friendly employees. Very convenient to Franconia and Crawford Notches, North Conway and the Kancamagus. We will be back in October! Cons: My friend came to join us for lunch so we had to pay an additional $20 guest fee plus there is an additional $5 parking fee which seems excessive. Also, the wifi is very spotty.

It would be a great campground if the cell service was better I had none ( T mobile/Sprint) the main issue is the wifi it was terrible so no wifi calling either. The staff is fantastic

We spent four nights and truly enjoyed our stay. Our pull through site was roomy. The staff was very helpful and efficient. The only little complaint I’d have is that the cable channels were all grainy. We loved the location. Littleton is a great little town and the campground was close to Franconia Notch State Park where we did quite a bit of hiking. I would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed staying at the campground. It is small, quiet, and very clean which is what we like. They have activities for both kids and adults. It is in a great area with lots to do within a short drive. Staff is great and very responsive to requests. We pre-booked for next year!!

Great spot on the Ammonoosuc River. Our site was big and level. Only negative was the proximity to the road and vehicle noise. All in all really good stay- would definitely recommend to anyone going through the area.

Love this campground! Definitely would come back! Staff was so nice and campgrounds were clean and well kept. Laundry facilities were super clean and affordable

Bathrooms are awesome. Campground is close to Littleton, which is a great town. Not a lot of stuff for kids to do while at the campground though. Road noise from both sides is very loud. Staff patrolling the campground every 30 mins on golf carts makes you feel like you're under a microscope all the time, and is disconcerting.

Thanks for staying with us. Yes, we do have road noise, but of course nothing we can do about it. We do have a playground, basketball court, pool and of course the river. We rent bikes, and we have puzzles and games. Our staff is out doing their job, that is why you see so many golf carts around.

The place is great and we loved being by a river. The rest rooms and staff were a 5 star operation on all matters. We really loved the place and hope to visit soon!!!!

It was a great stay. Everyone was so happy and welcoming and ready to make our stay the best ever. I would highly recommend this campground to everyone. Small but mighty. Clean and well kept grounds.

This is the best managed KOA we have stayed in to date. We had a breakdown in our tow vehicle and the staff helped us at every turn. This is a very busy RV Park; staff found space for us when we needed to extend our stay. The park is orderly and clean; all facilities are in good working order. The location is on the Ammonoosuc River and close to Franconia Notch State Park for biking & hiking.

Clean campground, friendly staff, and the river side sites are very peaceful. It would have been nice if the edge of the river had been more cleared for access.

Great staff lots of things planned for kids,Christmas in July was cool. very clean bathrooms and shower areas, the only problem was the camp ground is way to small for the amount of campers, we did not enjoy sitting around fire and looking at the the back of camper with the black water hose hooking up to septic,wish there was a row of bushes to hide that.we will not be coming back for that reason.

Thank you for staying with us. This campground is going to turn 50 years old in August. When the campground was built we all had much smaller campers back then. If we add bushes, then your site becomes even smaller. I hope you can find your special place.
