Staff was friendly and helpful as always. Used the cabins this time. There were electrical issues as the cabins kept tripping breakers and the electricity in all the cabins would be out at the same time. Also, people were not picking up after their pets and stepped in dog poop. Not KOA's fault but very annoying.

We appreciate your review. We are sorry there were electrical issues. Some cabin Guests plug in items that overload the circuits such as extra space heaters or a microwave. Every Guest with a dog is well informed of the park rules to pick up after their pet. Sadly, some just won't comply. We try.

Hook up for camper were great. And rec room was very handy. Only recommendation for improvement is that would be very nice ro.have warm water in sinks in bathroom

Enjoyed staying at Lincoln City KOA very much. All of the staff are friendly and helpful and the facilities are clean and well maintained. Our RV site was just right!

Everyone is very friendly and fun to interact with, regardless of how busy they are or how bad the weather is. They truly care about the camp, the camper’s experience and integrating activities for the surrounding community and those staying onsite. 2022 Halloween was an excellent example. Thank you all for making me feel comfortable, safe and “at home.”

I have read the other reviews and agree that the Mustang is very loud. I would also agree that the bathrooms aren’t clean and have some mold growing. It’s still the best place to camp in Lincoln City though. They may want to consider putting some trash cans out for doggie bags. The only place we could find to throw ours was in their full dumpsters.

Thank you for your comments. The Mustang situation was addressed and the Guest has since left our campground. We deep clean our restrooms daily and assure you we DO NOT have mold. We limit the garbage cans so Maintenance can keep up with all they have to do to have our KOA clean and groomed for you.

Very nice helpful staff. It’s a quiet park in October when I stayed!!

I usually always stay at a koa - this time The Lincoln city koa seemed very lived in … and it didn’t as nice as usual for the amount of money we spend to be there it was slightly frustrating also the people who live there had very loud muscle cars that would get started at 8am and would Shake our entire trailer and wake us all up … differently didn’t feel like a vacation - felt like a ra

We appreciate your feedback. We did have a Mustang that had a loud exhaust which we did address with our Guest to reduce the noise. During the Winter months we offer monthly rentals to provide affordable housing and generate revenue in the off season. We're sorry you did not enjoy your stay.

We had great weather, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful (as always). Our only complaint would be the excessively loud vehicle noise in the evening and early morning hours.

The staff is outstanding - its more than just a job to them. Outgoing, they welcome you and just great people. The campground is always clean, pleasant and inviting. Very grateful we found this wonderful park at the beach.

Very nice people run the place very help full had a great time would go again only thing that was bad was the smell from where the trailers dump there sewage and people not cleaning up there dog poop in dog park

The waste station is a convenience for those RVs staying in water/electric sites only. The odor dissipates quickly minutes after each dump. We are constantly explaining our dog rules regarding clean up but some Guests unfortunately don't comply and expect our Maintenance Team to do it for them.

It was a very nice park. We were a little disappointed that there was no access to the lake but it was a very quiet place to stay. Plenty of activities for the family.

The bathrooms are in dire need of remodel. They also seemed unclean. Cabin floors could use a good cleaning.

Thank you for your feedback. A remodel of the bathrooms is on our "to do" list but we assure you they are deep cleaned daily. Cabins are also cleaned thoroughly so tell us if you have an issue while you are here and our Maintenance Team will address it. Take care.

Pull thru spaces to close together. Could hear neighbors. Couple of loud cars, Mustang in particular. Very polite staff and great breakfast on Sunday before we left.

This place was so charming!! The staff was friendly, the place was clean and absolutely beautiful. They also have an AMAZING breakfast. We wish we could have stayed longer.

We traveled up the Pacific Northwest this summer/fall. Made sure to book our return trip stay. Everyone is so nice and very helpful. Miss Betty cooks up a delicious breakfast and brings it right out to your table. The scenery and ocean proximity can't be beat. 5 star rating for sure! *****

One of the nicest campgrounds I've ever been in. All the tent sites were taken, but they allowed me to stay in an RV spot. A bit pricey, but well worth it. This KOA also has a kitchen that serves breakfast in the morning from 7 to 11. Sparkling clean restrooms. Beautiful Playground for kids. Several employees to help when needed.

Nice campground! Clean well maintained. Friendly front desk. Clean and updated restrooms snd showers. Would highly recommend! Ours RV space had a concrete patio with nice table and chairs and small bbq. Quiet and wooded setting.
