Campground Cancellation Guideline

Campground Specific Cancellation Policy

ALL SITE TYPES with Reservations for 7 days are longer for the dates between Memorial Day and Labor Day, require a 30 day notice to change or cancel.

ALL RESERVATIONS: $20 Cancelation Fee

ALL RESERVATIONS: If you need to cancel your reservation, you must call the campground before the deadlines listed below to receive your deposit refund, minus a $20 cancellation fee. Text and email notifications of cancellations are not acceptable. Not calling to cancel/no show will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit. RV & Tent Sites: 7 days cancellation notice is required. Please notify the KOA you have your reservation with by 4 p.m., 7 days before your scheduled arrival. All Cabins: 14 days cancellation notice required. Please notify the KOA you have your reservation with by 4 p.m., 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Reservations made after these deadlines require non-refundable deposits. Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits.

GROUPS/FAMILY REUNIONS - Groups/Reunions of 3 sites or more: Full stay deposit can be required. Cancellation of groups/family reunions will follow our Holiday Cancellation Policy AND will be responsible for entire stay. 

VIP Guests-Extended Holiday cancellation policy applies to all guests including KOA Rewards VIP level guests

Select My Site fees are non-refundable for all sites.

RV Patio Sites - 28 days prior to arrival

RV (excluding Patio Sites) - 14 days prior to arrival

Deluxe Cabins (w/bathrooms) - 28 days prior to arrival

Rustic Camping Cabins (no bathrooms) - 21 days prior to arrival

Tent Sites - 14 days prior to arrival

Holiday Periods in 2025:

Memorial Day: May 21 - May 28

Independence Day: June 27 - Jul 9

Labor Day: Aug 27 - Sep 6

Holiday Periods in 2026:

Memorial Day: May 20 - May 27

Independence Day: June 27 - Jul 7

Labor Day: Aug 27 - Sep 5

National Cancellation Guideline

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your reservation, please call the campground before the deadlines below to receive a refund of your deposit, less a $20 administrative cancellation fee. Text and email notifications of cancellations will not be accepted.

Cancellation Deadlines:

  • RV & Tent Sites: You must give 7 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., seven days before your scheduled arrival.
  • Lodging & Accommodations: You must give 14 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., fourteen days before your scheduled arrival.

For guests booking accommodations in California, a full refund will be given for reservations canceled within 24 hours of booking, provided the arrival date is at least 72 hours after the time of booking.

Cancellation Details:

  • Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits.
  • Cancellations made after the deadlines will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.
  • No refunds are given due to the discomforts of nature, including no-shows and early checkouts.
  • No refunds are given on or after the arrival date.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original credit/debit card, with no exceptions.
  • The cancellation policy may be amended during a Regional/National travel disruption.
  • Holidays and special events may have unique deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Please check with your selected KOA for details.
