We could not get propane because the hose was broken but there was no sign to indicate that was the case. The sites are not at all well maintained. We will find another place to stay next time we’re in Limon, even for one night, because the price was too high for the site conditions.

Nice enough for 1 night. Staff was great. Paid for cable TV, on purpose stayed at this KOA, and paid more than usual. No cable, no refund of any kind for inconvenience.

We booked a one night stay at the last minute on our travels and were able to boolk on thje spot. Great service from efficient and friendly staff.

This is the only place to camp in the area. Close to highway, and thus the traffic noise. Old part of the town. Limon does not have much to offer. But this KOA works for a night.

Got charged for cancelling one night (more than 24 hours in advance) and got charged for early arrival (one hour because we forgot about the time change). OK, so that is stated policy. After I pay for everything and am given the site map, I am told cable is no longer available and got no rebate for that lack of stated amenity. Site was tiny and dirty. Conveniently off the interstate, though.

Very nice stay. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful with dinner suggestions, bathrooms were clean and on a special note, I left a necklace in the shower room, didn't realize it until I left there, called the next day and the wonderul young lady found my necklace and mailed it to my home in Ohio! Above and beyond the call and I am so appreciative!!! Thanks! Would stay again!

OK if you're only staying overnight. The wifi and cable do not work. I stayed 5 years ago and it flooded. New owners as of 6 months ago and was told it flooded again. Go the extra 75 miles and stay at the Strasburg KOA instead.

This park was way below KOA standards! I understand the park is in transition with new owners. But there was NO TV, 0 over antennae stations even, the picnic tables are so warped they look like boats. Still, with these sub-standard conditions they charge FULL HIGH PRICE to stay there. The $68 overnight cost was the highest we paid in 5 others from IL to AZ!

This KOA has a pool, rec building and small store. We checked in and they were unable to take us to our spot because they were short of staff. The material that is between sites is horrible. Few weeds coming up and the rest is ground gavel and sand. AWFUL. It was all over the inside of the coach. It is close to the main road.

Unfriendly, dirty, not a pleasant experience. Wanted to charge extra for a 20 minute early check in (didn't), because of ongoing maintenance (none observed).

Girl in office was nice. But no other help she had to work by herself. . Had to clear tree limbs that were cut., by our site. Wi- fi was horrible. Couldn't get any tv channels. Asked about ice but none was made. Showed cable,but not working. Rate for the site was to expensive for not getting what they said we got booking online. Should of got a extra discount. Won't be back.����

STAYED THERE BECAUSE OUR TRUCK BROKE DOWN. THEY WORKED WITH US BECAUSE WE WEREN'T SURE HOW LONG WE WOULD HAVE TO STAY. GIRLS IN OFFICE WERE GREAT.

Neither the cable nor WiFi worked and the campground needs some attention. We felt like we definitely not get what we paid for. We have stayed at many KOA across the USA and Limon has been our least favorite.

Good level site with w/e hookups, clean bath, friendly staff. That's what I got out of it since wifi, cable, and pool were nonfunctional. Had no use for the jump pad. Way overpriced for what's received.

We only stayed one night. We called ahead to make reservations since we arriving after business hours. The late arrival instructions were clear and we had no issues. We were out early the next morning so we did not use any facilities but it looked very clean. We would stay here again.

Park and dog park were completely covered in dog poop. This is the highest price we have paid for a KOA and was a terrible park. No cable, it was broken. Weeds and grass needed to be mowed. Campsites were not checked after campers leave. We found a bag of dog poop right by our picnic table. Ordered a pizza and they were out if two ingredients, They did have clean restroomd.

Cable was out of service. Wifi didn't reach our site. Too many flies, etc. Priced too high for all the inconveniences. Very disappointed, although the 2 young employees behind the counter were a pleasure, very nice and courteous.

Corp and managers need to update their park. Grounds uneven, picnick tables wore out, weeds and bathrooms need updated, other parks are beautiful. I would think managers would want to take pride in their KOA.

Needs a lot of attention.Caps missing of of sewer line.Wifi sporadic.Cable doesn’t work.Lightning in mens shower dim,no shower curtain.Cigarette butts scattered around site.Run down.

Initial site assigned electrical hookup was intermittent. There was no cable TV and the WiFi did not work at our site (54), the iPad couldn’t locate the service. However, it as was a place to park for the night, it was acceptable.

The stay was satisfactory. My only quibble is that the office hours posted online did not match the actual office hours. We made an effort to arrive an hour before "closing" so that we could be oriented by staff, but the office had already been closed for an hour. The after hours check in went fine, and it all worked out, but it would have been good to know accurate information.

We had an emergency and needed a place for two trailers. The staff was very helpful and took care of us.

What was supposed to be a one night stay during a trip from Illinois to Glenwood Springs turned into a 5 night stay due to an extreme snow storm. Not only were they out there everyday plowing the snow the staff was very nice and accommodating. They even gave us a free night. Would definitely stay here again. The sites were a little narrow but level and well maintained.
