Overall our stay was great. It would be nice if the cable worked since you cannot get TV channels using an antenna. Bathrooms/showers were clean, site was clean and nearly level (thank you!). The campground is clean and appears to be well maintained. Check in was a breeze. The cost was a little high compared to other KOAs that are a bit nicer (trees, tv, etc.). Would stay again!

The Limon KOA was a much needed stay after a long day of driving up from Ouray Co headed east. While it’s in a remote area of Colorado it has many nice amenities to include a swimming pool, Childs play area and patio lots. There is not much tree cover and the pull through lots are on the small side bit it provided us with a quiet night. It’s at an intersection of I70 Co St Rt 71 and US 40.

Poor upkeep. Need to mow and weed. Picnic tables were set up an uneven ground. Just poor conditions. If we had another choice, we wouldn't stay there again. Power is "not" a full 50amp We poped the circuit breaker 5 times.

The young man who greeted us was very nice. Well mannered. The laundry room looked new but I never used it. I found it tooo expensive for no trees. No slab. Cold pool. No other amenities.

The place is HORRIBLE!! The WHOLE entire place is weeds. Sites are tiny. Various trees & bushes planted sporadically on sites makes it extremely hard pulling in and out.

A KOA fit for it's geographic location....after a long day of high winds down I 70 towards Denver, this OASIS appeared...nice folks , clean facilities...a gift shop with some unique 'carved' rocks (were a big welcome gift to my rock loving/collecting daughter). After a couple of 102° degree days,the pool was perfect...oh yeah... Rabbits EVERYWHERE grazing dusk & dawn. Made it a 2 night stay...

It was okay. We just completed 10 days of camping and this was the last place we stayed. It was the most expensive place we stayed but really nothing was included. The pool was free, but the highway was noisy and the bathroom unusable. I don’t think we will be back.

Located close to the interstate, level gravel sites, but close together. Five years ago, I stayed at this KOA and they offered cable TV, but not now. The clerk said I might be able to get antenna reception for stations out of Colorado Springs or Denver, but wasn't able to.

Simple amenities, friendly and helpful staff, very clean campground right off of I70. Only negative ( if I have to state a negative) was the pool is not heated and very cold but it was clean. Kids can also enjoy a jump pillow and a small playground. Dogs can enjoy the fenced in dog park.

My table still had a penny on it. The bathroom smells bad. My daughter wouldn't take a shower in the bathroom. Then she went to the other camping cabin where my brother was to take a shower. It was only cold water. Never come back again.

Nice KOA with a pool, playground and inflatable bounce pillow for kids. Young man working at the front desk was friendly and helpful.

I have stayed at this koa countless times. The website stated check in was 1300. I arrived at 1247 kid stated check in was 1400 so charged me 5.53 extra. So cost me over 90.00 for one night. Stated they were out getting sites clean and ready. Not��. Place is not kept up and to charge these prices is ridiculous. Will not recommend

Original plan was to stay in a tent…Mother Nature had a different idea � wind and rain upon arrival and another storm rolled in later that evening. The young man at the front desk was understanding and got me into a cabin close to the restroom facilities

The staff was very friendly and though I had a tense sight due to the immense and severe storm that came through my tent collapsed.And they were very helpful in accommodating me with a cabin.Add a discount awesome staff

We stayed in a camping cabin. I understand it’s a rustic cabin, but there were hundreds of dead moths on the floors and window sills. I don’t think it’s ever been swept. We are in a cabin at another koa tonight and it is so much cleaner than the cabin at your koa. My kids enjoyed the bounce pad and the game room. We did like how it was quiet.

The pool needed cleaned badly. It was very dirty. The kids didn't swim very long. Water was to cold for them. The added on concrete to make pool area bigger was very rough. I understand that the concrete was just poured it needed smoothed out better.

Large sites, nice dog park and laundry. Daily maintenance wasn’t evident. Trash can in laundry stunk because it was over full. Poop cans in dog park were overflowing . Trash that was blown around on my first night because of a storm was still there when I left two days later.

Only used this KOA as a quick overnight stay, so we really didn’t a chance to see much. Used the shower, clean with good water pressure. Had a Hunts Brothers Pizza where you could order food inside the welcome building. Would use again.

Nice front desk staff. Cabin was full of moths and flies. Floor disgusting. TV didn’t work (not that important) but I was promised a delivery of batteries later in the day and they never showed up.

This KOA struck us as a little odd. Staff was helpful and friendly enough. Maybe we visited during an odd week. The cabin was full of flies and moths. When we pulled in, there was a dead rabbit at the back of the cabin. They did come take care of it. Then another dead rabbit at the front of the cabin. The next day, a dead bird and two more dead rabbits. I don’t know. It was just weird.

The lady up front was nice and the restrooms and showers were clean and nice. However , I booked and paid for the site a few months in advance and on arrival I was told I needed to pay an additional 18 dollars and when I asked why she wasn’t sure but thought there had been an increase in rates. We had a comical encounter with a couple moths, and was really the highlight of the day for our trip. Facility clean, plenty of local bunny's to look at. Cabin was awesome! Ease of Check In/Out was simple and very welcoming. Thank you Limon KOA!

Took the grandkids for a weekend getaway, the jump pad was a big hit. We were disappointed that we could not rent bikes, or the barrel ride was not in service. I feel that should have been updated on the website. Other than that everything was nice

What was supposed to be a one night stay during a trip from Illinois to Glenwood Springs turned into a 5 night stay due to an extreme snow storm. Not only were they out there everyday plowing the snow the staff was very nice and accommodating. They even gave us a free night. Would definitely stay here again. The sites were a little narrow but level and well maintained.
