Awesome park very clean

Have been a regular camper 1 or 2 times a year for the past 12 years. Every year. I always see upgrades to the campground. You will always see the staff constantly maintaining the park. This year the owners put in a patio area near the front entrance of the office with lounge chairs, tables and a fireplace and it seems to be a popular area in the evenings. What a great idea.

The front desk staff was friendly on the phone when I called at 7pm (2 hours before closing) and were quick and friendly when I checked it at 8:45pm (15 minutes before closing). The tent spot was spacious, flat, well cared for, and well lit. I enjoyed my short stay at this KOA and will likely come again!

Bathrooms need to be cleaned! They mowed when we were there and the maintenance man ran the mower over gravel with the blades engaged and the chute pointed directly at us as we sat by our RV fifteen feet away. No need to have 4.5 MPH speed limit signs if no one (including the staff) is going to abide by them. 4.5 MPH is aweful slow.

Loved the campground, setting, numerous amenities, helpfulness and sincere desire to learn if they could do anything to make our stay more convenient and enjoyable. We will be back

Our stay is always great. This campground is the best. We had a electric issue and Joe came out right away to figure it out. He couldn't fix the problem it was in our camper a Converter problem. Then David came out to resolve another issue with our battery fuse controller while trying to take it apart we broke it so he went back to his shop and found some wires and a 30 amp and rigged it to work.

The staff assisted us when we requested extension of days beyond anything I could expect. Worked hard so that we would not have to move to another site. Also, the campground is kept very clean and manicured. Loved our stay.

It was our first time here and we absolutely loved lt.I was amazed how many kids activities had during the day. We will definitely be back .

Beautiful KOA. Exceptionally well maintained. The best KOA that we’ve ever stayed at. I know that you appreciate and love your guests. But, when it’s time to part, a few EXIT signs would be appreciated. We did manage to tour a major part of the park while trying to exit. �

Best campground we have ever stayed at. The manager Credence Werhane has great personal skills and has the expertise of knowing all aspects of the campground. All the staff from the grounds keepers to all the helpers made a great team. I cant say enough about the owners Joe and his wife they always had time to talk to you and help you if needed.

While we only stayed one night, I would rate the Lena KOA as one of the nicest we have stayed at. The only area needing attention is the bathrooms and bathhouse. Having unisex toilets is unfair to women such as my wife due to men and boys not hitting the target when peeing. The broken and separated tiles in the showers need attention.

This place is always a pleasure to stay at. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. Bath rooms and showers always clean. I had an aiisue with my site and Dave showed up and took care of it. That is service! They do care and you can tell they do a good job of taking care of the sites and grounds. I would recommend and will be returning soon.

Our second time staying at this KOA and it was so nice that we booked again and we are looking to stay many more times in 2023. All of the staff is very friendly and super attentive. Only our second time camping here and we were remembered. That is very nice. Fun activities, well maintained sites and clean bathrooms.

Loved the enthusiasm of the Lena team and all the amenities and activities. We stayed for one night and liked seeing locally made items in the store.. Especially appreciated their using wash cloths for hand drying rather than wasteful paper towels.

Was concerned about the security after hours . Around after 11pm unsure of exact time site 71 had a visitor show up and started a very loud verbal fight. Causing a big seen, couldn’t find a number for after security but was about to call the police when the car finally left. Very scary when anyone can come and go at night .

Loved the Santa, kids bingo, the bubble snow . Thank you for the vote on decorations. It was a good weekend. No smoking in the kids play area so those with asthma can enjoy it too. Drunk people with food, drinks on pillow. sand needed in the sandbox, freshened mulch in the play area so the slides are not so far to the ground and a separate play area , bathrooms for the newer part of the park.

The stay was nice. The bathhouse up front was a little dated, but the facility overall was in nice shape and had a plethora of kids activities.

Our disappointment was the lack of cleanliness in the restroom/showers area over a busy weekend stay. Otherwise the property was well manicured and the spaces were roomy and level. Lots of activities for a family.

Lena KOA was the most interactive place we stayed during our 6 week cross country trip! There were structured activities for the kids that were safe and something not commonly done at home. The recreation team was well organized and cheerful . The campsites were well kept. One thought we had was that a separate rest room for the pool would be useful.

I enjoyed our stay. The Campground is very clean and well maintained. The only thing which I did not like was that the Site was very Sunny and I should have asked if there was a Shady site. I would not stay again if there was no shade available. There were sites which were in the shade which I would request and I would stay there. The campground is very nice..

Very clean KOA. Owners and staff very friendly and helpful. We had a spacious patio site. Campfire wood was dry so burned well. Many amenities for the grandchildren.

They made it very easy to book a weekend trip. They make sure you are well aware of all the awesome activities with texts throughout the day. Unfortunately, we did forget a bike helmet at the campground and it was difficult to coordinate with them to ship it to me, however, they were kind enough to hold on to it for at least a week until I could drive out there and pick it up. On a side note, they have an amazing selection of beverages from the local establishment that will certainly leave you wanting more.
